Excellent getaway; plenty of room for our family of four to spread out for peace and quiet.

Great place to stay, hosts were wonderful, super kind and responsive to help me! Short nice stay right off the highway, very convenient and hot tub was great!

We had a wonderful stay. The cabin was very neat and the hot tub was a great bonus. Also, the whole area is private and cozy. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Claudia did a great job of staying in touch with us when needed.

Absolutely beautiful cabin! The space was great and the views were stunning. The hot tub was enjoyable. The kitchen was fully functioning with everything needed. There were more than enough towels for bathing and swimming. There were so many deer! We stayed for 5 nights and loved that we were able to bring our 2 pups with us. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive. Would definitely book again!

We had a great experience and stay start to finish. Their response time was extremely impressive and the cabin was absolutely beautiful. We had deer come visit us 2 to 3 times per day, which absolutely made my two little girls day, every time. The cabin is fun and cozy all at the same time with spacious rooms.

Very beautiful place! Rob would quickly respond to any questions we had. The lake was beautiful. Deer was in abundance several times a day and they would just look at you. It was very peaceful. The house was spacious and set up very nice. There were some utensil issues but we went and bought some. The drawers in the cabinets were a bit dirty but no more than what they get like at home. A good swipe with a wet rag and they were good. Would love to go back. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking things.

Great peaceful spot right on the lake. Plenty of space and well equipped for our 7 people (and could handle more). Wish we had been able to stay longer to take advantage of the amenities.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cabin, was clean, decorated for Christmas which was fun, well set up. We enjoyed the deer from the screened in porch every day.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Charlie's farm! The accommodations were clean, cozy, and well stocked, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Charlie was an exceptional host, always friendly and available to answer any questions while respecting our privacy. The farm itself was a delight—peaceful mornings with scenic views and acres of private land to take our dog on walks made it a truly memorable experience.

Kim worked with me to help family last minute during the Hurricane Milton evacuations. I am looking forward to using her place often for family.

Robin and our stay was perfect! The area and place we stayed was so beautiful and comfortable. Definitely going back with our girls.

My husband and I, along with 2 dogs, were evacuating our home due to Hurricane Milton. We booked Beth & Edwards’s place in the road. It was a perfect, relaxing getaway. Beth and Edward are very friendly and welcoming. Their dogs are adorable, too! The unit is very clean and has the most comfortable bed! I love that it has a full size refrigerator. The backyard is big and filled with tons of plant. We got to see the deer, too. The neighborhood is nice and relaxing, too. The lake is one block away and we had plenty of areas to walk and explore with the dogs. This is a wonderful place and we are so thankful it was available. Just what we needed for our small escape!

The Cabin is set right on Carters Lake. The view from the wrap around porch is gorgeous. Everything was exactly as described and the price was very reasonable. If you’re a morning person, going out on the porch a half hour before sunrise and watching the night turn into day over the lake is just beautiful. This was fantastic for our three night stay. On a longer stay, I think the lack of amenities (no internet, washer dryer, you are the dishwasher) would have worn on me. Still 5 stars because all of that was disclosed before renting, and they delivered exactly what they described, and that view…

We loved our stay at the Kozy Kennesaw cottage! It was spacious, clean, private and the host was very responsive to our inquiries in a very timely manner. The area was near everything; shopping, eating, mountain walks, public parks, lots to do for the family. Our stay was very memorable and we hope to be back!

My family really enjoyed our stay in this quite neighborhood. We felt very calm and relaxed and spent some good quality time together. Definitely would recommend

Precious, pristine cottage. It’s in the heart of historic downtown and very convenient to restaurants, shopping and Lakepoint. Beth and Edward went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Already looking forward to our next visit.

This cabin is fantastic and Joeseph and Lorena were great at communicating. I ended up proposing to my girlfriend at this cabin and they were accommodating to make everything perfect. There were so many thoughtful gestures like a personalized sign and have other cool things like deer feed and bird feed. The pictures of this cabin don’t do it justice! Views are amazing, clean, and all of the games you could ever want to play. The only thing I would note before you book is make sure you put the correct amount of people staying. Even though the cabin sleeps 8, I only reserved with 2 because I didn’t know how many were staying. There is a fee for anyone over your reserved amount. I ended up having 3 others stay for a total of 5 and still had to pay extra for them. Something to note. Everything was amazing and would recommend to anyone to stay here!

Me and my friends had a lovely time, the host was very helpful and responsive. She gave us helpful tips with operating the hot tub. Would love to stay again!

The cabin was lovely and in great condition. There were issues of communication steming from what Airb&b shares with the host. If this could get worked out, I would have no complaints. We did have an issue of septic flooding on our final night which the host was highly apologetic about and quick to address even though it was late at night and below freezing. The host was friendly, the resort was nice, and the trails would have been so fun if we had not been too cold to walk to explore them. Had it been warmer, there was beautiful scenery and much to explore. Fair warning, apple maps works great on the resort property but Google maps will take you in crazy directions.

This house was perfect for our family over Thanksgiving weekend. It was was clean, cozy, and well stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect with multiple neighborhood amenities and the view from the back porch over the lake is stunning - especially if you catch the sunrise. Quick and easy communication with Mike. Highly recommend.

We felt one with nature. The cabin was very cozy. The views were spectacular. I would definitely recommend this cabin👍🏽

We had a great time at the cabin! the view was absolutely stunning and the house was gorgeous. We had some minor issues getting in, but the host was very responsive and took care of everything. Would absolutely stay here again!

Ken and Sandy’s Place was wonderful. Tucked away along the river, we enjoyed all the porches on all levels of the house. The hot tub was perfect and we saw deer every day we were there. Wonderful couple of days and we would absolutely return.
