Our family enjoyed our stay in Giulia's home and it's location was great for walking to amenities and the beach. Beautiful surroundings, clean and tidy, spacious in shared spaces for 8 adults. Would recommend. Murray, Kathy and family

Séjour parfait dans cet appartement situé à proximité de l’aéroport de Rome ! Propre, confortable et bien équipé, il correspondait exactement à nos attentes. L’hôte a été très disponible, arrangeant et même réservé un taxi pour notre départ, ce qui a été très appréciable. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Die Wohnung ist traumhaft schön und liegt sehr gut. Der Zug ist gleich in der Nähe. Von hier kommt man ohne Umwege in die Stadt Rom. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und haben uns bei Fragen jederzeit unterstützt. Diese Wohnung kann ich nur empfehlen.

Our family had a wonderful stay here and really appreciated the host's flexibility and responsiveness. The location is amazing; a 30 second walk gets you to the lake, 2 minutes gets you to the local restaurants and shops. The house was spacious and comfortable and at an amazing value. I hope we can visit again!

This place was not only amazing, but was a blessing. We were previously at another Air B&B which was not suitable and we had to scramble to find another location. When we found this place we were really fortunate. The location is amazing, the host was very helpful and had loads of recommendations ranging from services to restaurants, the residence was clean and secure, and the price was reasonable. I will highly recommend this place for anyone looking to make this area a home base while exploring Italy.

Muy linda casa cerca de la playa. Lorenzo nos recibió personalmente y fue muy amable mostrandonos cada detalle de su casa. Nos gustó mucho el diseño de la casa y fue muy cómoda para una familia grande. El parking muy fácil en la calle de enfrente y la llegada a Roma toma 30 minutos hasta el centro en auto. Recomendamos ampliamente esta casa

Стефания, очень хорошая хозяйка квартиры. Она предупредила нас обо всём,как самостоятельно заселиться,где ближайшие магазины,где общественный транспорт и есть развлечения. Квартира очень чистая,со всеми принадлежностями на кухне,можно готовить и хранить еду! Туалет и ванная безупречно чистые,постельное бельё свежее и очень хорошо пахнет! Кровать удобная и в салоне есть раскладной диван для двоих. Перед входом в дом есть приятный и зелёный дворик. Это замечательное место кто хочет комфортно отдохнуть в тишине. Мы обязательно вернёмся в этот прекрасный дом!

Giuseppe è stato gentilissimo. Ci ha fornito indicazioni chiarissime, ed è stato veramente super disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. L’appartamento è un gioiellino, pulito, spazioso, non manca niente. Si trova Vicino all’aeroporto e quindi ottimo come appoggio anche per una notte. Super consigliatissimo!

Host gentilissimo e disponibile. Appartamento pulito, ordinato ed esteticamente piacevole. Per me ottimo anche per presenza di zanzariere alle finestre. Posto auto assegnato è un plus molto gradito. Grazie!

I had three fantastic and peaceful days at Gaia’s beautiful flat. Everything was as described and seen in the photos and this is absolutely a super important point for myself. As a solo traveler and digital nomad ,it had everything I needed. Especially the opportunity of going to the beach through the back gate and being on the beach in the blink of an eye was priceless. Thank you so much for everything,making me feel like home and especially your kindness. Highly appreciated🙏🏻

Hermoso lugar, ubicación alejadisima de paradero de bus, nos sentimos como en casa

L’appartamento era impeccabile ed estremamente grazioso. Host sempre pronto a dare supporto o consigli sulla zona. L’accesso direttamente in spiaggia rende il soggiorno inestimabile. Grazie mille a Fabrizio e ad Annamaria.

Esperienza breve ma molto positiva. La casa ha tutto il necessario un bel giardino e la doccia fuori è sicuramente un piu della casa. Renata ha una cura estrema per i dettagli e farà in modo che il soggiorno non manchi di nulla. La colazione è molto buona al bar con cornetti di pasticceria di altissima qualita. Da consigliare dalla A alla Z!

Giandomenico è stato super disponibile e sempre presente per qualsiasi cosa. Ci ha consigliato molti posti carini dove mangiare e fare colazione. La sua villetta è dotata di qualsiasi cosa, ci siamo trovati benissimo

Alloggio molto accogliente, dotato di tutti i comfort. Ottima posizione. Soggiorno molto piacevole per noi e i nostri cani. Umberto davvero molto disponibile e cordiale.
