The accommodation was very pleasant! Small and cozy apartment with everything we needed, even a sun umbrella for the beach and very close to the sea. It was also convenient to get to Rome. The owner was very responsive and very pleasant to deal with. Even allowed us to leave the apartment a little late. Thank you! We had a very nice stay!

El apartamento de Manuel es hermoso, limpio, nuevo, lo tiene todo y está estratégicamente ubicado. Lo recomiendo 100%. Tienes pizzerías, Bar/Rest., supermercados muy muy cerca. Llegas a Pie a las paradas del Bus que te llevan a sitios de interes inclusive aeropuerto. (Planifiquen según horarios) Manuel y su esposa estuvieron siempre atentos ante cualquier duda, inclusive me gestionaron 1 taxi lo cual agradezco. (Duración del taxi apto-aeropuerto 7 minutos). Me hospedaría de nuevo aquí sin duda alguna.

Host was very helpful, There are 2 step-outs a romantic Romio-Juliet, and a cozy roomy hang out above the hustle and bustle of the city. Good town to relax and plan day trips around Italy.

Great and easy time staying here after a long day of travel. Super clean and perfect for one person or a couple.

5 stars+!! On top of Daniela's fantastic hospitality, the apartment can be reached after a very short drive from the airport. Located right on the beach it offers amazing views. Additionally, it is very well suited for both families and couples looking for some rest from the hectic everyday life; the village offers basic amenities and at a mere 7 minutes drive you'll find yourself in Fiumicino, a gastronomy hotspot full of shops and exiting restaurants. To conclude, very well worth.

What can I say besides a wonderful stay with a wonderful host. Stefano was extremely kind and helpful before we got to the apartment, at our meeting with him at check in, during our stay and at check out. We wanted for nothing during our stay as we he apartment has everything we needed. The supermarket was walking distance and a nice bakery was nearby as well. Even in late October, the sea was awesome to jump into and the balcony and sunset were a plus. I would highly recommend this place and am looking forward to coming back again. Thank you Stefano!

We have spend wonderful and joyfull time in this place. Apartment was very clear, adjusted perfectly to our needs. The sandy beach is few meters away and deserted at this time of the year (November). Rented car is here however mendatory.

Lillina was a lovely host, meeting us on arrival and providing a detailed tour along with great recommendations around the area. The apartment was perfect for us!

We have been traveling a lot lately and staying primarily at Airbnb’s. this was by far our favorite of our recent travels. Host was extremely helpful, we even locked her keys in the unit at one point and she was able to get us a back up set so we were able to get in. And she also had recommendations for local restaurants and activities. Overall, it was a great stay and we would definitely stay here again in the future.

Wir, eine Familie mit Kindern und Großeltern hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Vittorios Villa. Die Kinder liebten den Pool und den Jacuzzi, für Elten und Großeltern war eher die Nähe zur Kultur der ewigen Stadt wichtig. Ein Auto ist definitiv von Vorteil, aber nach einem anstrengenden Tag in den Museen ist es herrlich, sich in der Ruhe der Nachbarschaft am Pool bei einem Glas Wein auf der Terasse zu entspannen. Vittorio ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, jederzeit zu erreichen mit vielen nützlichen Hinweisen. Supermärkte sind in der Nähe, auf die Restaurants sollte man außerhalb der Saison lieber nicht zählen.

It was our first vacation in two years. We had a pleasant stay and had several days near the seaside. Patrizia and her husband were so helpful, always in contact and in good mood. We were so lucky to find this gem! Some days were very hot and we spent time at the pool. The neighborhood is quiet and so green! The house is beautiful and well equipped- you have everything you need!

The house is in an excellent location making for easy drives to Bracciano and Trevignano Romano, both filled with restaurants and shops. The kitchen is well equipped and the outdoor pizza oven made cooking a variety of foods quite easy. The view is positively beautiful. Vincenzo and his father are highly welcoming hosts and clearly love and take care of their property.

Very modern and seem very recently renovated. New AC's, huge TV, new walkin shower. and even dimmable led mood light! Mr Lino was very nice and bought a new fill up pool for us to play. Thank you, Mr Lino

This place is amazing! Orietta is a very very sweet lady! She is very responsive! The house looked exactly like the photos-even better to be honest. The photos don’t do the house justice (; it’s a large space and feels like a 5 star resort. Not to mention there were 3 bikes included which made the experience amazing! About a 5 minute bike ride to some lovely cafes, 10 minutes to Conad grocery store and a 15 minute drive to Fuimicino. I highly recommend going for a late night bike ride! Everything about Oriettas home was perfect. This place will not disappoint you! My family and I shed tears leaving haha! Thank you so much Orietta we will for sure be back!

This was such a beautiful place and just minutes from the beach! Coming from a Coastal town ourselves it was nice after a busy few days in Roma to be able to dip our toes in the sand! We used the local metro to travel in and out of Rome and Pepi gave us clear instructions to get to and from. It was nice to come back “home” to Lido di Ostia after the sights and sounds of the city. We highly recommend Casa di Pepi!

absolutely gorgeous and a great way to get close to the airport. My only issue is that I didn't spend more days there. Very peaceful after a week in Rome.

Beautiful, clean penthouse a short drive from Fiumicino Airport. Alessia was very responsive and helpful, even giving me taxi advice when ride share wasn’t working. Highly recommend

Lovely place, communication with Francesca was great. Easy check in (self check in with lockbox) and the place was clean. Stayed just for one night during a 24 hour layover between flights. Got a good night's rest on the comfortable beds. One thing to note is that the house was cold when we visited in November and I was not able to find out how to heat it.

Dream Airbnb equipped with all the comforts that a guest could look for, a two-minute walk from the beach and the shopping center where there are minimarkets, restaurants, pastry shops, bars, etc. and a bus stop to go to Rome. Alessandro is a magnificent Super Host who assists you from the moment of booking and upon request organizes transport (very convenient when arriving at the airport and leaving) restaurants and the beach etc. at super discounted prices!!!! Bicycles are available at no extra cost so, fantastic for going to the beach and getting around Fregene. Thank you Alessandro for your splendid Airbnb and for all the help you provided to me and my son every day which for a foreign tourist is a huge convenience and money saver!!! Csodás napokat töltöttünk el Isabella villájában. 8 felnőtt és 2 gyerek kényelmesen elfért. A konyha kiválóan felszerelt, kényelmes nagy közösségi terek, hatalmas terasz. Isabella nagyon segítőkész, egyből válaszol, a reptérről a szállásra való eljutásban is segített. A házba való bejutás könnyen ment, nagyon rugalmasak és kedvesek. Közel a buszmegálló, ahonnan Rómába közvetlen járattal be lehet jutni. A tengerpart is nagyon közel, kb 3 perc gyalog! Mi emiatt választottuk. A bolt kicsit messzebb gyalogosan, de biciklivel vagy busszal is megközelíthető. Egyedül az egyik szuteréni fürdőszoba volt kényelmetlen és nem túl tiszta, felújításra szorul. Ennyi emberre talán kevés a fürdők száma, de megoldottuk, nem volt gond. A szuterénben a legnagyobb szoba nem teljesen elkülönített. Összességében ajánlom nagycsaládosoknak és nagyobb baráti társaságnak, hangulatos ház kedves tulajdonossal.

I was looking for a last minute place for my family, and Beatrice was extremely accommodating and supportive. The place was exactly what they needed and they had an amazing experience. I got all my requests answered within minutes and Beatrice is actually an outstanding host. I'd always consider her place whenever I have a long stopover in Rome. thanks a lot for everything.
