Evgeniia didn’t leave any stone unturned. All the information was available at my disposal before I arrived and she was accessible throughout the entire stay! Worth every penny :)

Claudia & Marco were the nicest hosts and made us feel right at home! Honestly cannot say enough great things about our time with them, don't hesitate to book for a proper Italian experience!

Silvia was a great host, really helpful with directions. Room was great, clean and spacious, coffee and cakes/biscuits were a lovely touch. Location was perfect, next to the Colosseum and metro but quiet. The main station and all attractions were all walkable. I would stay here again and would recommend

This was such a wonderful stay. The room and the apartment overall look like the pics and were lovely. Maria Carolina was very responsive and helpful over messaging and her husband Giacomo was available on site. I asked for directions to take the bus and he walked me to the station and waited with me while I bought my ticket so that I would feel safe. It seems like they truly enjoy hosting people in their city rather than many Airbnb hosts who are only looking for the income. You can tell that they care. They also allowed me to check in early after an overnight flight which allowed me to catch up on sleep and quickly acclimate to the local time. I will definitely book with them again when in Rome!

Stefano is a very welcoming host, gave us a lof of useful information and made sure we felt like home from the very first minute. Very clean and cozy apartment for a couple, also close to metro line A so it was very easy to reach city centre and all attractions. We had a great time in Rome!

Giancarlos place was perfect. The location was ideal for transport into the city and taxis for places not accessible by train (buses were another option). The place was clean and tidy and any damage was quickly fixed by the host. Communication was great and I would highly recommend and use again if I was to ever come back! 5/5!!

Mario anlatılanlardan çok daha fazlasını sundu. Oda son derece temiz, iyi mobilyalar ile döşeliydi. Her ihtiyacımızı karşıladı. Türkiyeden ilk defa gelecek ve endişeli arkadaşlar gönül rahatlığı ile burayı tercih edebilir, biz de biraz ürkerek geldik, oda olması ile ilgili bazı endişelerimiz vardı ama otel odasından çok daha rahat ve konforluydu, ilk defa odad kiraladık ama pişman olmadıl. İçerinib temizliği harikaydı, kahvaltıya güvenmeyin ama, bizim kahvaltı anlayışımız ile onlarınki farklı, ama çay kahve istediğiniz kadar içebilirsiniz, her şey vardı. son derece yarımsever, saygılı ve hoşgörüydü herkes. Giriş çok kolaydı, yeri mükemmel, merkez istasyon Termini nin dibinde. Her şey için teşekkürler Mario.

La comunicación fue excelente desde el primer momento. Desde mi llegada estuvieron siempre al pendiente de mí, lo cual hizo que me sintiera muy bien recibida. La habitación es preciosa, no hay palabras para describir lo perfecta que es. Además, la sala común es ideal para relajarse y pasar el tiempo cómodamente. Sin duda volvería, ¡100 veces si pudiera!

Great experience all around, would recommend. Barbara and her husband are one of the nicest people you'll meet. Room was decently kept and clean. Parking is available right in front of the apartment. Location was exactly what I needed although maybe not ideal if you want to explore the centre of Rome.

Love the place and host. The location is great. Near a school, felt safe the entire time. Its also a short walk to Libia/Nomentana stations, both a direct line to the city centre and airport respectively. They also gave out free breakfast vouchers for a bakery near Libia station, ate that every morning we were in rome. The host is really best host ever. When we first checked in, he sat us down and gave us a good 20-30mins recommendations of where we should go and where to eat then proceeded to continue messaging us for EVEN MORE reccos.

The accommodation is located in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Getting around is very easy – it’s on Metro Line A, and you can also reach the Colosseum comfortably by taking Bus 85. The apartments are exceptionally clean and well-equipped with everything you might need. Marco is incredibly kind and welcoming—he prepared breakfast in advance each day and always made sure everything was perfect. I truly enjoyed my stay and highly recommend this place!

Stefania è gentilissima e disponibile. L’alloggio è centralissimo. Nel mio caso ho fatto base qui per partecipare alla Maratona di Roma 2025, con partenza Colosseo. Camera con bagno dotata di tutti i servizi e pulitissima. Unica pecca il vicinato a volte leggermente rumoroso nelle ore notturne.

Nous avons passé 2 semaine excellente a Riano. Roberto a été a l’écoute de nos demandes et extrêmement réactif. La villa est parfaite, la piscine est encore plus grande que sur les photos, tres bien situé mais le déplacement en voiture est recommandé ! Des magasins sont à proximité pour faire les courses, des meme que certains petits restaurants. En espérant revenir au plus vite des que possible pour profiter du charme de l’Italie.

Alloggio moderno, dotato di tutti i confort e corrispondeva alle informazioni indicate. Bagno spazioso e alloggio pulito.. inoltre offre anche il servizio di colazione .

Gianluca è stato veramente disponibile e accogliente. ci ha fornito tantissime informazioni su cosa visitare nei dintorni, ristoranti, e anche ottimo nella descrizione di come arrivare alla casa dalla stazione. La casa era pulitissima e molto ordinata, con tanti servizi (colazione ben rifornita). siamo rimaste molto contente dell'esperienza. lo consiglio vivamente e sicuramente torneremo da lui se avremo bisogno di dormire in zona.

Nous avons passé un super séjour à Rome ! L’emplacement est bien situé : proche des lignes de bus comme indiqué. Silvia’s and Francesco’s place was wonderful - piece of heaven on top of the hill, quiet area, brilliant garden and magical views. Whole house and our room was very cozy, we felt like home from the first moment we stepped in. Style of the room/house/garden is unique. We got many recommendations from Silvia where to go, places to visit, where to eat etc. We had a nice conversation at the breakfast table and also in the garden during the sunset. We booked Silvia’s place for the last 2 days of our Italy trip to explore some places near Rome and we had early flight from Ciampino Airport, and the house is only 30min from that. To be honest we have loved to stay there longer because the place was perfect and Silvia & Francesco was such a nice and warm hosts. We definately suggest that place when you are looking for peaceful and relaxing place to stay near Rome (by the way - the view in the evening from room and balcony to the lights of Rome was just incredible)

Overall, we are rating the stay 5/5! Antonella is very kind. I like her going the extra mile for her guests, e.g., by letting us in earlier, leaving a bottle of water, sharing some biscuits she baked with us, etc. Overall the Apartment is ok, and felt a bit smaller than it seems in the picture. However, it was very clean, the location (centrally) is fantastic and very helpful if you want to take the bus from and to the airport(s). Most importantly, you can reach every corner you like in Rom by walking (e.g., Colosseum is ~15 minutes only). So, if you want to visit Rome to visit Rome and not for the sake of a chilled stay home, this is your go-to apartment! Comments: 1.) The internet was very good in the room. 2.) We did not even realize that the bathroom was meant to be shared with her. 3.) The small included breakfast is from the Coffee Shop at the doorstep, that gives you a hot coffee + a cornetto. This is cool as I picked it up and came back in to have it while my wife got ready.
