A really cool Little private place in the grounds of a Roman Villa with lovely grounds but very private. Views amazing and croissants to bake a really nice touch. Will hope to return.

The location is great, nature is all arround. The beach is within a walkable distance. And the host, went above and beyond to help us out. We had a medical emergency and she did not hesitate to assist... in the end everything turn out ok thanks to her. Totally recomded!!!

Appartamento molto molto bello. Accogliente, pulito, moderno e dotato dell’essenziale. Lo stesso, è situato in una posizione ottima, dove è possibile raggiungere a piedi supermercati, bar, farmacie, pizzerie e tanto altro. L’Host Manuel si è dimostrato sin da subito disponibile, professionale e tempestivo nel risponde ad ogni nostro dubbio o domanda. This is a perfect spot for when you have a 7am flight and you want to be very close to the airport. The apartment is spotless with many amenities. The host left lots of nice treats that were yummy. We took a bus to and back to Rome on our last day as we tried to squeeze a few more sights in. The host also helped with a 4:45 am transport to the airport which was very much appreciated. I highly recommend.

I had a fantastic stay and truly enjoyed the place! The atmosphere was great, and everything was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient, and I loved exploring the area. While there was a bit of confusion at first since I didn’t realize they charge per person rather than for the whole house, it was quickly sorted out. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I’d definitely come back!

Desde el comienzo hubo buena comunicación por parte del alojamiento. nos recibieron también poco antes del check in sin problema, también nos guardaron el equipaje después del check out para poder seguir conociendo; el desayuno muy rico y excelente atención por parte de personal del hospedaje. Referente al departamento, me gustaría mencionar que aunque estaba en pe rato estado y todo limpio y ordenado no es lo que yo buscaba, en cuestión de que me gusta rentar alojamientos completos por privacidad y este es un departamento que es parte de otro complejo de habitaciones por lo que no es completamente independiente, como digo, es parte de un conjunto de habitaciones. En general una experiencia muy agradale, siempre muy atentos y un lugar muy céntrico. Sin duda lo recomiendo. Gracias por todo.

The apartment is cosy, comfortable, and has everything you will need for a few days in Rome. Suggestions: add a fly screen so that we can open windows in the morning and air the place. Add a couple of blankets- the comforter was a bit too warm and the very thin blanket was not warm enough for this time of the year. Small additional suggestion - Add a small makeup mirror with led lights. The light in the apartment is very dim, and impossible to apply any makeup or see anything in fine detail. The location: absolutely perfect, a few steps away from two different metro stops on the A line, which takes you to most of the main tourist sites in Rome. Lots of eating places, coffee shops, small grocery stores all within walking distance. The apartment is on the ground floor, and is fairly quiet. You can hear/feel the metro rumble by in the distance, but it didn’t disturb me at night. Cecilia and Walter are wonderful. A+ hosts, very communicative and considerate.

Everything perfect! Luca was a great host. Beautiful spacious apartment..terrace with a view of the sea, comfortable bed, conveniently located to supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants and metro. I highly recommend.

Laura’s ‘Tiny House’ was perfect! I was looking for a cozy place at close proximity to the Rome airport (FCO - Fiumicino) and to the waterfront. Laura’s house was just right, and is fewer than 5 minutes from the airport. The house was very clean, secure, and has a nice veranda from which to relax. I’d definitely come back on my next trip to Rome. Ciao for niao, Laura!

Honestly, one of the best Airbnb stays I’ve ever had!!! Paola was super kind, quick to respond, and just really thoughtful—exactly like other reviews said. The apartment was amazing: super clean, comfy, and even had some snacks and a welcome bottle of wine waiting for us (such a nice touch!). It looked just like the photos, maybe even better. Paola also gave us some great local tips and even had her daughter pick us up from Roma Termini, which made our first day in Rome so much easier and nicer. Everything went super smoothly, and booking Paola’s place was 100% the right move. I’ll definitely be recommending it to friends and family heading to Rome!

This apartment is located in the Centro Historico and you can walk 20 minutes or less to all the famous sights of Rome. It is located on the second floor of a locked building and feels very safe. The four large windows in the apartment look out over a small plaza that contains a cafe, a kiosk, and a few benches and you can hear people talking and laughing. The apartment is large with a good-sized living room with a sectional, TV, and dining room table, a small kitchen, a comfortable bedroom with closet, and a large bathroom with a washer/dryer in it.

Pobyt u Carlo był naprawdę świetny. Pokój taki jak na zdjęciu, bardzo czysto i ładnie. Carlo jest bardzo miły i pomocny, jak masz jakieś pytania chętnie Ci odpowie. Zero problemów wszystko super. Polecam nocleg i gospodarza ❤️

Silvia was a great host, really helpful with directions. Room was great, clean and spacious, coffee and cakes/biscuits were a lovely touch. Location was perfect, next to the Colosseum and metro but quiet. The main station and all attractions were all walkable. I would stay here again and would recommend

Luca and Marilla were great hosts! Very accommodating (especially since we were later that we said with checking in). The place was clean, comfortable, well stocked and quaint. We liked the location because it felt really local and away from the crowds of tourists, but the place was close to a bus and metro so it was easy to get to the sites.

Myself and my daughter stayed in the Orange room. We had a lovely stay here! The room is exactly as described with the use of coffee machine, mini fridge and a safe. It was nice and quiet, especially at night. We heard no noise at all from anywhere. It was also very clean too. It's a great base to explore Rome. Only a few minutes walk to Vatican City, and a 2 minute walk to the Metro station for easy transport to other attractions such as The Colosseum and Trevi fountain. We found restaurants easily in the area also. I would highly recommend staying here, and would do so myself for future visits to Rome. Thanks for a great stay!

Abbiamo soggiornato per due notti e siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi dal servizio di pulizia giornaliero, che non ci aspettavamo e che si è rivelato impeccabile, il migliore mai ricevuto in questo tipo di soggiorni. La stanza era spaziosa e dotata di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Paolo è stato estremamente preciso nella descrizione di ogni dettaglio, rendendo il check-in autonomo semplicissimo grazie alle sue chiare indicazioni. Al momento del check-out, abbiamo avuto il piacere di incontrarlo di persona, un tocco che abbiamo molto apprezzato. La posizione è ottima: la metro Piramide e la stazione Ostiense sono entrambe raggiungibili a piedi in circa 10 minuti, garantendo un’ottima connessione con il resto della città. La colazione, inclusa nel pacchetto e convenzionata con un bar nelle vicinanze, è stata una piacevole aggiunta. Silvia place is a great place to stay . Silvia is very nice and friendly she even lend me a shawl to use for me . It’s was so Easy to get there , nice and short walk to metro c , just around 10 minutes away from metro , from metro C to Metro A you can get there at city centre of Rome just about 30 to 45 minutes , transportation is very convenient. There is also a bus stop nearby around 5 minutes to walk . The place is clean , and the owner stock some food for breakfast and it was pretty well enough . Silvia’s place will really recommended to anyone who is looking for their vacation to stay .
