Rome : locations de vacances adaptées aux familles

If you are planning on spending more than a week in Rome but do not want to reside in any tourist area, look no further than Antonia’s absolutely fantastic home in Garbatella!!!! The bedrooms (three!) are all spacious and well-lit. The bathrooms provide everything one needs, including a washing machine! We cooked several of our meals in her well-appointed kitchen as it contained everything one needs, including a huge refrigerator by Italian standards and a dishwasher! The BEST part however is Antonia herself! Fantastic communication throughout our stay and the most generous of persons, even dropping off fresh Italian pastries one morning! 5-minute walk to the metro; fantastic cheese and meat shop around the corner; 12-minute walk to the train 🚂 station and all in a vibrant neighborhood of true Italy!

At the entrance to Piazza de Popolo, this apartment welcomes you to Rome the same way that Keats, Gerte, Hans Christian Andersen and others entered Rome, with all its magnificence and history. In many ways, this apartment echos the grandeur of all who have come before it, while also providing the comfort and simplicity needed by guests who come to visit this incredible city. At the end of the day, you want a peaceful place to think, breathe, and sleep. The beds are perfect, the windows (when closed) keep out the city noise) and the loftiness of the rooms provide space to breathe. I know we will rerun again and again to this very special apartment—unless it is booked because of this review! This is a truly special location.

We enjoyed our stay at Germana's place! We loved the location, walkable to everything in the Trastevere neighborhood and about a 25-30 min walk to the Colosseum. They provided coffee, tea, a snack, and a small bottle of prosecco which we appreciated! It was also well stocked with shampoo, a hair dryer, and iron, and a closet with hangers.

We really enjoyed our stay in Rome. Mauricio’s place is in a great location being walking distance to the Vatican and lots of buses to get to downtown Rome. The apartment was very clean and spacious. Maurizio was very responsive when we needed to contact him. Highly recommended.

Great apartment in a lovely location near to restaurants and within walking distance to lots of historical places of interest. Marco was quick to reply to every request. The apartment itself is so interesting full of unique objects and artworks, just amazing. The only negative was some of the bars nearby were very loud on Friday and Saturday evening/night. However I would rent this property again. Thanks again.

This tastefully decorated, comfortable, well-equipped apartment in a superb location made it the perfect base for our trip to Rome. Many of the major sites are within easy walking distance and the neighbourhood has lots of restaurants, bars and shops in walking distance. Communication was excellent, check-in was straight forward and it was lovely to be met by an actual person rather than a lock box. Maria Teresa and Karina were very helpful in recommending restaurants, cafes and ice cream parlours. We would highly recommend the apartment and Maria Teresa as a host.

Nous sommes une famille de quatre et avons passé un séjour formidable. L’appartement de Luca est très bien situé et très agréable ! Luca a été très aimable et toujours réactif pour nous répondre. La déco de l’appartement est très soignée, les lits très confortables. De nombreux commerces et restaurants de qualité sont à moins de 5 mn à pied et le quartier très sympa et bien fréquenté. Nous avons quasiment tout fait à pied et pris quelquefois les transports (se trouvant à proximité). L’arrivée autonome est aussi très pratique. Merci pour cet agréable séjour, nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Really enjoyed our Stay at Eduardo’s place. Beds were amazing and rooms can be dark for when you want to sleep. Apartment is on one short flight of stairs so easy to get in. There’s a balcony area at the top that is accessible. There’s also plenty of rooms and 2 bathrooms for convenience. It is a little bit outside city center but the peacefulness at night makes it worth it. There’s also a foosball and ping pong table that my kids really enjoyed. My only complaints were that there’s no dishwasher and one of the showers spills a lot of water out that is not worth using since floors get all wet…also main bathroom sink and toilets need adjustment, besides that, it’s a great place and we slept amazing!

Viajei com minha mãe para Roma, e um dos requisitos era deslocar de maneira fácil para as atrações. O apartamento de Emanuela foi perfeito, perto do metrô e com restaurantes e mercados por perto. o apartamento é ótimo, espaçoso, confortável, ótima ducha e cozinha completa. Ótimo custo benefício em Roma, e as dicas de Emanuela contribuíram para uma ótima estadia.

El departamento de Giuseppe está bien ubicado, recorrimos casi todos los lugares de interés caminando. Solo usamos el subte unas pocas veces ya que nos gusta mucho caminar. La casa estaba limpia y ordenada. Tiene todo lo que necesitamos para una excelente estadía. El Lavarropas y la secadora de ropa fueron muy útiles. La calefacción con radiadores funcionó perfectamente, también tiene aire acondicionado que lo probamos y funcionaba perfecto. La cama es cómoda y las almohadas también. Lo único que tenía es que hay una pizzería abajo y se escucha ruido si abrís la ventana del living así que la mantuvimos cerrada y estuvimos perfectos. Recomiendo el departamento de Giuseppe y me volvería a alojar sin dudarlo.

Localização excelente, em frente ao metrô. A região é muito boa, com diversos restaurantes e lojas. Anfitriões muito solícitos e atenciosos. Apartamento espaçoso e muito agradável. Recomendo fortemente.

La ubicación del departamento es inigualable, literalmente a una cuadra del Coliseo y muy cerca del todas las otras atracciones.. Pamino muy amable y el acceso muy sencillo. Ampliamente recomendable.

Ho alloggiato da Paolo 4 giorni appartamento molto spazioso e confortevole vicinissimo alla metro (20 m),Paolo molto simpatico e amichevole .Consigliatissimo.

Abbiamo soggiornato durante le vacanze natalizie, la zona è ottima, comoda per visitare a piedi l'intero centro storico di Roma, ma allo stesso tempo molto silenzioso. L'alloggio è dotato di tutto il necessario ed è confortevole per ospitare una famiglia di 5 persone. Giuliana è stata d'aiuto per qualsiasi occorrenza, spesso proattiva nei suoi consigli.

Stefania was a fantastic host. Very communicative and helpful from the very start. The apartment was just as described and in a great location. It is compact, but with so much to see and do in Rome, you really are only there to sleep and the bed was very comfortable. We walked everywhere during our stay as it was in such a great location. There was a slight issue with our bathroom - no one’s fault just one of those things - and Stefania responded immediately with a handyman sent out within the hour. It really was a lovely stay and we will return to both Rome and the apartment in the future.

Stefano’s place was absolutely amazing! We couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more. The location on the 6th floor offers stunning views that are truly unforgettable. I especially loved the hot tub and terrace, where I spent every evening relaxing. The place was spotless, and they even let us drop off our bags the morning we arrived. I give Stefano’s place 5 stars, and we’ll definitely book again when we visit. It felt just like home!

A haven away from the hustle and bustle of Rome. Only a 15 min drive from the station where you can hop on the metro and be at the heart of the city in 15 mins. The house was really well equipped set in beautiful gardens that are perfect for relaxing in after a busy day. Licia was there to greet us and was welcoming, friendly and very knowledgeable about the area giving us some great tips on what to do and where to go. Highly recommended.

Wow, what a place. Claudia's house is like a little oasis of calm with breathtaking views over Rome. We stayed with our friends with 4 little children amongst us and it couldn't have been better, the children loved playing in the ample garden and spent ages down in the little play area. The communal spaces outside were really lovely, it was just a shame the weather didn't allow us to use them as much as we would have liked! Inside, the house is spacious and great for multi-family living. Grazie mille Claudia, for allowing us to share your little piece of paradise.

Perfekter Aufenthalt in Rom! Die Wohnung war sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und perfekt gelegen – viele Sehenswürdigkeiten waren mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln schnell erreichbar. Trotz der zentralen Lage war es angenehm ruhig. Der Gastgeber war herzlich und hilfsbereit, mit tollen Tipps für Restaurants und Ausflüge. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Absolute Empfehlung!

After a stressful airport journey it was nice to meet Alessandro’s mother who welcomed us and showed us around the place. It is a very warm and intimate place - perfect for 2 people. The area has walkable grocery stores, restaurants and cafe’s and a beautiful mall within a 10 minute drive. Although it was nice to stay in February, I would definitely recommend visiting in the summer time :))

The house was exactly as described and we had a wonderful time. Communication was always spot on and Flavio was a great host. Everything worked perfectly. The house is in a great location. Perfect for day trips into Rome or to the surrounding hilltop towns. We couldn’t have asked for anything more.
