Marcello je skvelý hostiteľ, komunikuje rýchlo, veľmi milý, jasné pokyny k ubytovaniu. Apartmán je ako nový, po úplnej rekonštrukcii, všetko dokonale čisté, funkčné, komplet vybavenie. Samozrejmosťou je veľmi rýchla Wi-Fi. Po príchode nás čakalo občerstvenie. Jednoznačne odporúčam, isto využijeme aj nabudúce. Ďakujeme za všetko :)

1000% worth it! Location is excellent and apartment is even more spacious than we initially thought. Paolo was a communicative and generous host. Even made arrangements to accommodate us having a baby. I did extensive research on lodging options before our trip, and with this Airbnb you definitely get what you pay for when choosing it. It is mere minutes away from countless shops, restaurants, Campo De' Fiori, and Piazza Navona. Using rideshare is simple as you can get picked up right out your front door. Since you are right off the main street there is the unavoidable street noise, but there is a room back away from the street where sensitive sleepers can stay. For the rooms, space, and location...this Airbnb is hard to beat. Thanks Paolo and team for a great stay while in Rome!

Vincenzo's maintain an open communication and make sure we were find at all times. The place is neat and walking distance to the Vatican, restaurant and supermarkets. It was a good experience!

The appartment is great, super clean, have a bus station and a grocery store that you can reach by walking. The appartment have a great kitchen and a cute terrace. Our only negative point with this place is that it’s far away from the center so you absolutely have to take the bus which is not always there on time which makes the traveling time consuming. Other than that, this place is great!

This apartment is very nice and clean and has a really nice and big balcony. The kitchen has everything that you need in a kitchen, a nice and clean bathroom and there is a lot of space in the rooms. Everything works fine! It is quiet in the evening and night, which was really nice after spending the whole day in the center of Rome. Maurizio who manages the place is very friendly and helpful - he answered our questions very quickly and he was there to say welcome when we arrived and he was showing us everything in the apartment and told us how to go to the center and so on. I will recommend this apartment - thank you for a very nice stay!

Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo questo appartamento, curato in ogni dettaglio e con arredi nuovi. Il balcone è spazioso e regala una vista mozzafiato sui tetti di Roma, grazie alla posizione ai piani alti. Un vero angolo di relax! Francesco è stato un host eccezionale, sempre disponibile nel darci indicazioni preziose su musei, spostamenti e attrazioni della città. La posizione è perfetta: metropolitana e fermate dell’autobus a pochi minuti a piedi. Abbiamo amato le piccole attenzioni: il kit di cortesia con ciabatte, spazzolini, lamette monouso, cuffie e persino una piastra per capelli! E che dire della macchinetta Nespresso? Gustare un caffè italiano sul balcone, baciati dal sole e con una vista meravigliosa, è stato un momento indimenticabile. Ci siamo sentiti coccolati in tutto: Francesco risponde tempestivamente a ogni richiesta, con messaggi chiari e ricchi di informazioni utili. Un supporto prezioso per chi visita Roma per la prima volta. Un soggiorno perfetto! Grazie di tutto 😘♥

Daniela was a great host. She was always responsive, always ready to help and support. Apartment was very beautiful and cozy with all needed amenities. On the last day, she took us to the bus station in her car. To reach out the city center you should take a bus, then metro. Bus station is just near the house. Also there is a supermarket not far from the apartment. The area is safe and comfortable. Will return here for sure.

We loved our stay in Valentinas apartment. Valentina allowed us to stay at number 3 (rather than nummber 5) due to less steps. We were absolutely thrilled with the location, the view and the apartment. Our purpose to stay in Genzano for more than a month was to 'live like a local' and this apartment allowed us to do exactly that! Very close to restaurants coffee shops, supermarkets and the main street. Highly recommend staying here!

This is a lovely place. Despite being in a cultural hub beside the Pantheon, the bedroom in the apartment is totally silent. Comfy bed too! Everything in the apartment was well-maintained (good kitchen, good bathroom) and Lucia is a great host!

We had a lovely stay at Fabio's place the past month! The location is phenomenal and extremely walkable to Rome's iconic landmarks. We enjoyed grabbing gelato nearby and there are many spots nearby in the neighbourhood that were accessible to us.

Appartamento ben arredato e confortevole, immerso nel verde, situato in una zona tranquilla con pochissimo passaggio di autovetture, ottimo anche come base di partenza per visitare Roma. Rico l'Host e stato cordiale e tempestivo nel rispondere a ogni nostra domanda ,ci siamo trovati bene.

In October 2024 , we stayed three nights at Michele’s apartment and left the same 5 star rating in all categories; the review is still available to see. We just spent 10 days here in February, and found everything as good as previously. We intend to return again. Michele is a gentleman and a superb host.

Fabrizio’s place was great, easy check in and check out. We had to check out early but Fabrizio was accommodating.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, appartamento molto accogliente e ben arredato. C’è stato sempre un supporto immediato per ogni richiesta che abbiamo fatto. Ritornerò sicuramente da Fabrizio e lo consiglio davvero.

Logement très agréable et à proximité de la plage, de la gare et de la pinède. Walter est très accueillant et le contact est très facile. Toutefois le logement est un peu éloigné du centre-ville où se trouvent les commerces et animations. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour pour profiter de Rome toute proche et des plaisirs de la mer et plage

An unforgettable stay in a cozy , beautiful home I had the pleasure of staying at this absolutely charming Airbnb, and it truly exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I stepped in, I felt right at home. The place is impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully designed to ensure guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay. One of my favorite parts was the outdoor space. Whether sipping coffee in the morning or relaxing in the evening, the patio area offered a peaceful retreat with beautiful views. It's clear that the host has put a lot of thought into every detail, from the decor to the amenities, making this a perfect getaway spot.

If you are looking for a beautiful place in the haert of Rome, this is the place. I slept perfectly! Cristina is a super host. Extra points for a magnificent record collection!

Thank you Iris for the amazing stay; you went above and beyond with helping us to book restaurant reservations and taxis to the airport as well as leaving us thoughtful welcome gifts and a cosy apartment. We found it really easy to get around by the buses which were close and frequent into all the main attractions and as a host you improved our stay! Your apparent was quiet and peaceful and felt safe with a cafe for coffee and croissants just a few doors down. 100% recommend!
