We stayed at this amazing Airbnb in Rome, not only was it super cute and cozy, but the bus stops were just 1–4 minutes away, which made getting around so easy. Loved the small balcony and the very convenient projector to watch movies The local businesses nearby were incredibly welcoming. We loved starting our mornings with breakfast at the café right next door and ending the night with a cocktail and some good music at the bar just two doors down. Masoud was also super responsive anytime we had questions. The Airbnb was very well equipped, and my whole family loved it. We would definitely come back!

One of the best apartments I've ever stayed at! Giancarla clearly put a lot of thought and effort in decorating and furnishing it, and making sure you'll find everything you need. The location is practical: 15min walk from the train/metro station, and 5min from a tram line leading to the Colosseum and Trastevere. Also, plenty of good restaurants in the neighbourhood. The apartment is as in the pictures, and was perfectly clean. The bed is super comfy, and it comes with a proper feather/down duvet! As mentioned, all needed amenities are there, and more. One of the few places where I didn't have to think "why hasn't the owner provided [insert essential item here]" 😅 Plenty of bottled water, and even wine and some sweets as welcome gift! Giancarla was a very gracious and helpful host. Highly recommend!

En réalité mieux que sur les photos. Logement sécurisé. Ascenseur. Propre, spacieux, lumineux, avec machine à laver et étendoir à linge. Avec 3 enfants, vaut la peine d'être mi en avant !

Die Wohnung ist sauber und super ausgestattet. Die Gastgeber sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und in wenigen Gehminuten ist alles zu erreichen (Straßenbahn, Cafe‘s, Supermarkt etc.)

Je voudrai dire un grand merci à Barbara pour sa gentillesse, sa délicatesse et toutes ses attentions. Son appartement est un havre de paix décoré avec raffinement ou l’on adore se retrouver après une journée de grande marche. Les fenêtres donnent sur un immense palmier qui nous rappelle les teintes de la Méditerranée et ses parfums si envoûtants. Si vous restez le dimanche vous assisterez au concert des cloches, quelle merveille. Un bonheur à l’état pur. Le quartier est magique plein de jolis restaurants et de commerçants… La Dolce vita.

The host and co-hosts were amazing and responsive with any questions we had. During our stay they were accommodating and friendly when communicating with them back and forth. The apartment was located in a wonderful area near many many many restaurants, cafes, and local shops. We walked about 90% of the time during the entire stay. The apartment was clean, instructions were clear, the sleeping arrangements were comfortable. Everything was AMAZING. I would love to revisit and re-stay with Leonardo and his companions.

Die Wohnung ist traumhaft schön und liegt sehr gut. Der Zug ist gleich in der Nähe. Von hier kommt man ohne Umwege in die Stadt Rom. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und haben uns bei Fragen jederzeit unterstützt. Diese Wohnung kann ich nur empfehlen.

Simone è un ottimo host, la sua gentilezza e la sua disponibilità nel fornire le indicazioni utili al soggiorno sono state davvero apprezzate. La casa è accogliente, calda e dispone di tutto il necessario per trascorrere il soggiorno in pieno relax, molto ordinata e pulita. Sicuramente un esperienza piacevole e che se nel caso dovessi aver bisogno terrei nuovamente in considerazione!

Stylish apartment, close to all the amenities. My flight was delayed and I arrived late at night but Luca was very accommodating. A great place to stay in Rome :)

Cozy, very clean apartment, in which we felt very comfortable. In 5 minutes you can walk to the Labaro train station, from there you can take the train to Piazza del Popolu in about 20 minutes, for us a perfect connection to downtown Rome. Adriana and her son Andrea are very friendly hosts. Gladly again!

We had a lovely stay in Tivoli. The Airbnb is beautifully designed, comfortable, clean and private. Great outdoor space with an amazing courtyard all to yourself. The location was a short walk to the town centre and very near to public transport into Rome. Piermario is a friendly and helpful host who gave excellent clear instructions. Highly recommended!

Como la descripción, lindo, es un edificio residencial, el lugar tranquilo en general. llegamos antes del check-in por el transporte y Pietro no tuvo inconveniente de que alojarnos hasta que realizaban la limpieza, fue muy amable.

These hosts were fantastic and incredibly helpful! Everything was well organized; the house itself is very cozy and spacious for two people, and it is clean and tidy. The hosts offered us advice on matters even beyond the house. When we sought their guidance, they were remarkably responsive, for which we are very grateful! The house has everything you need, without any unnecessary items. Everything functioned properly, and we didn’t encounter any issues. The house is quite stylish and fully immerses you in the beautiful atmosphere of Ariccia! This is a superb place to stay for exploring Ariccia, nearby towns, and Rome (the train station is just a 30-minute walk through a lovely town). It's easy to reach the stunning lakes of Albano and Nemi, as well as the palace in Castel Gandolfo, all while enjoying breathtaking views along the way. Definitely recommend!

I had a fantastic stay and truly enjoyed the place! The atmosphere was great, and everything was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient, and I loved exploring the area. While there was a bit of confusion at first since I didn’t realize they charge per person rather than for the whole house, it was quickly sorted out. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I’d definitely come back!

We loved our stay in Valentinas apartment. Valentina allowed us to stay at number 3 (rather than nummber 5) due to less steps. We were absolutely thrilled with the location, the view and the apartment. Our purpose to stay in Genzano for more than a month was to 'live like a local' and this apartment allowed us to do exactly that! Very close to restaurants coffee shops, supermarkets and the main street. Highly recommend staying here!

We got great instructions for check-in, complete with detailed photos. We had a problem with the hot water when we arrived, but they sent two guys over in 20 minutes and it was fixed and worked fine from then on. Parking for cars is very difficult (as in all of Italy!), but there were plenty of spaces at the metro station a short walk away. The close metro station makes it easy to get into the center of Rome (but watch out for pickpockets, my wallet was taken while on a crowded train!).

Giovanni met me and provided a tour of the apartment, which was well equipped as it’s actually a “home”. Close to the Vatican and within minutes of several bus stops, grocery store, restaurants and shops. Overall a very good stay.

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare in quest’appartamento a Roma per un fine settimana e posso dire che è stata un'esperienza fantastica. L'appartamento è arredato con gusto, molto accogliente e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno piacevole. Inoltre Stefano è stato molto disponibile e cordiale. Lo consiglio vivamente.

A beautiful apartment for a short stay in Rome. Easy access into central Rome and tourist attractions via the metro. Supermarket close by.

Increíble estadía en el piso de Laura, todo estaba perfecto y también dejó detalles que no te dejan en todos lados. La comunicación con ella siempre fue muy rápida, excelente anfitriona. Sin duda volvería a alquilar este piso.
