Rome : location de maisons de vacances

Great stay with my college age daughter. Fantastic location. Marco met us on the street by the front door and got us settled. He took care of all of our requests. Amazing and surreal to see the Colosseum every day as you walk to and from the flat. Nice to have grocery store and Cafe just around the corner. Marco's place was wonderful.

Great apartment in the center of the city. Location is a 10 out of 10. So easy to walk everywhere in Rome from the front door. Love having a W/D for our use. The kitchen was well appointed and we had everything we needed. My mom appreciated having the elevator. Thank you Edoardo for memorable stay.

Stefania molto disponibile, gentilissima. Casa molto fornita, in un’ottima posizione. Metro a 5 min a piedi, supermercati vicini.

Massimiliano is the perfect host. His place is one of the cleanest and nicest places I have stayed. We were comfortable and felt right at home. The beds were extremely comfortable! The location was ideal, in walking distance to restaurants and main attractions. I hope to return again in the future and would love to stay at Massimiliano place again!!

Le logement était parfait tant par sa localisation que par ses pièces spacieuses. Nous sommes venus en famille. C’était parfait. Massimo a été vraiment super accueillant et très pro. Nous garderons un superbe souvenir de notre séjour à Rome!

El alojamiento es muy bonito y muy tranquilo, queda súper cerca del metro y de paradas de buses. Lo recomiendo mucho :)

Andrea is an amazing host and was very helpful right from the start and always asking if we needed any information/help related to our visit. He provided detailed information and was there to receive us and make us comfortable with the apartment. He also went out of his way to book a taxi for our early morning departure. The place was fully stacked with food (bread, pasta, variety of breakfast bars and cereals), different beverages and even a bottle of milk.

Daniela’s communication with us was really great. Everything was easy. The apartment is really clean, spacious, modern and very beautiful. We met with Daniela’s daughter on check in and she gave us lots of useful information about the area. We liked the area, supermarket across the street, a pub and some great pizza places. You can use the tram or bus to get into the Centre, we used Uber. I would defiantly use the place again.

Location is good. Close to Vatican. It’s great that we can check in earlier but bags cannot be stored at the place after check out. Overall is great!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Rome dans le logement de Mario. Le logement contient tout le nécessaire pour se sentir chez-soi et Mario a été très disponible pour répondre à nos questions. La ligne du Métro C est vraiment à quelques pas du logement. En cas de fermeture de ligne (la ligne est fermée à partir de 21h jusqu’au mois de juillet), comptez 25 minutes de marche depuis l’arrêt San Giovanni.

Tamara was a fantastic host. We appreciated the flexibility of dropping off our bags early and the clear instructions. We felt instantly at home after a long day of travel. Tamara’s place is huge and spotless. Our family of 4 was able to spread out and it was a perfect location for exploring Rome. The recommendations of restaurants and what to do were very appreciated and resulted in us having the best meal of our trip just a half a block away. I cannot recommend this place enough!

We had an amazing stay and I can’t recommend it enough! From the very first moment, Diandra was incredibly responsive, replying to our messages within minutes. She made us feel welcome. The apartment is spotless and looks even better than in the photos! It’s new, spacious, and beautifully designed. The Jacuzzi was a highlight for us – we used it every evening after our long walks around Rome. The hot water was always available. The location is ideal – close to everything you want to see, yet quiet and peaceful with very little traffic. We loved the convenience of being able to walk everywhere while still having a calm environment. There was a bottle of wine waiting for us in the apartment. The heating was excellent and fast, and there was also ac. Additionally, the apartment was equipped with a hairdryer, coffee machine and a smart TV, which was a nice bonus. Diandra kindly allowed us to do a late check-in with no extra charge. This was the perfect place for our week in Rome! ❤️❤️

Tomasso's property is conveniently located. A few minutes walk to the subway, with a train that takes you to a majority of the tourist attractions. The host was also very hospitable and forthcoming with recommendations.

Stayed at Giampieros apartment for New Years. The apartment have plenty of space and is located walking distance from Metro or Tram lines that take you to Roma Termini in a few stops. Easy self check in and out gives flexibility. Recommend.

Maddalena's place was excellent for a month-long stay in Rome. It was everything it appeared to be in the photos, and the rooftop terrace made it one of the most beautiful Airbnb's that I've stayed in. Adding a huge Thank You to Roberta, who helped me check in, and was extremely kind in driving me to the airport on the morning I checked out! Thank you so, so much!

100% recommend Livia's place. Location is perfect, we walked pretty much everywhere, its close to all main spots, lots of food and shopping options just steps away, beautiful historic street and neighborhood. Our party of 8 had a variety of ages, from 72 years old to 5 years old and the apartment was pefect for all. Quite spacious, 3 full bathrooms and stocked kitchen. Livia was very responsive & friendly. We had a minor issue with wi-fi one night and she was super quick to provide a solution. She was also able to accomodate an early check in which was helpful since our flight arrived early in the morning & provided a recommendation of a transportation company for pick up/drop off at airport. Prosecco bottle waiting for ua in the fridge was a nice gesture as well. It was a perfect stay, thanks for everything!

Ilaria was extremely flexible, courteous and friendly. I can warmly recommend her as a hostess. The flat matches the description and we felt very comfortable.

Francesca ist eine perfekte Gastgeberin. Sie ist jederzeit erreichbar und hilft proaktiv mit Tipps. Auch unser Transfer vom Flughafen in die Wohnung wurde von ihr zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit arrangiert. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr sauber und bietet alles, was man braucht. Die Lage ist perfekt. Wir konnten sämtliche Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen. in direkter Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche nette Restaurants. sollten wir wieder nach Rom kommen, würden wir sicher wieder diese Wohnung wählen.

My son and I had an amazing stay at this Rome apartment! Andrea was a fantastic host - extremely responsive and helpful. The apartment itself was immaculately clean and perfectly equipped for our needs. We especially loved having a washer and dryer in the apartment - it was such a convenient bonus! Super well located, 10-15 minutes walking distance from a metro station, the train station & some major Rome attractions. You will also find many restaurants & grocery stores nearby. Maybe not the best appartment for older people or for young kids due to the stairs and outside noise but I would recommend 100%.

We had a great stay here! Everything was just as we had expected and it being close to the Colosseum was a plus.

Cinzia was a wonderful host. Very responsive and so helpful in anticipating our potential needs. She took care of our airport transfer which simplified our experience. The apartment was very well stocked with all kinds of kitchen niceties and Cinzia provided some very sweet welcome gifts. There was absolutely nothing that we found to be missing!! The location of the apartment was terrific with many excellent food options. We walked everywhere. So close to Vatican and easy walking to all major sites. Perfect! Thank you Cinzia!!!

We had great time in Lorella's house. Lorella and her husband greet us very friendly, gave all instructions, we're very attentive and extremely helpful! House was very clean, comfortable, even better than in the photos. Lorella think about every details for her guests will feel comfortable, coffee, tea and sweets were waiting for us in the kitchen, we were enjoying of our morning coffe in the wonderful balcony! Less than 5 min walk to the metro, shops and restaurants in the neighbourhood, easy to reach airport via shuttle bus - so all you need for great time in Rome! I will highly recommend Lorella's wonderful house, she and her husband just perfect hosts!
