Riccardo and Irene have been incredibly helpful and responsive. The place was comfy, tidy and clean. Public transports were nearby and connections were easy.

Beautiful place to stay with easy walk to Vatican City and local Taxi station and bus stop. A little difficult to find for cab drivers, so be sure to tell them the EXACT address, including the number 7C. Gabrielle was amazing, responsive, provided clear instructions and made check-in a breeze. She also provided a large list of places to go for food and drink. Much appreciated! I'd definitely stay again. The inside was clean, quiet and comfortable with an excellent view!

AMAZING apartment. On the ground floor of a beautiful Liberty style Italianate building, with a beautiful garden and outbuilding seating area, in a super quiet authentic Roman neighborhood, if you want to know what real Rome is like, stay here. Restaurants, cafes, and stores all around, with convenient buses to take you in and out of the city, and within 1.5kms of a metro stop - Policlinico. I cannot recommend this place enough !!! And your hosts Giovanni and Veronica are amazing !!! There is a B&B on the 1st floor of the little villa, too, so if you are a large party, some can stay there.

Muy fácil la llegada, estuvo todo el tiempo pendiente para estar allí cuando llegáramos del viaje con las maletas. Después, cuando le pedimos que fuera para poner en marcha la calefacción, pues hizo un frío poco habitual en Roma, tardó 15 minutos en llegar y lo solucionó rápidamente. El apartamento a 2 minutos de la entrada a los Museos Vaticanos y a 5 minutos de la Plaza de San Pedro y del metro Ottaviano para llegar a cualquier lugar de la ciudad. Muy limpio, todo funcionaba correctamente y había incluso cosas en la cocina como aceite, sal, azúcar, así como detergente, bolsas de basura, etc., de todo. Especialmente agradecer a Roberto que nos permitiera salir un poco más tarde porque teníamos el vuelo por la tarde y así no tuvimos que estar con las maletas por la ciudad el día de nuestra vuelta.

this place was awesome!! we came to visit mainly Vatican, which was only a 10 min walk!!! metro was close by but theres a bus stop across the street that took us to the center and to Colosseo. nice calm area. the apartment was awesome. cant complain. would stay again.

Very good service and place, location was good since it was based in the centre of rome and was close to tourist attractions. The wifi was a bit slow but it still worked. The airbnb was nicely furnished and a good stay with family or friends. Host was amazing as well.

Isabella's apartment was a quiet and comfortable place for us to stay during our week in Rome. The apartment itself is spacious and light. The seating area in the living room is SO comfortable. The kitchen has everything you may need to cook or snack (or have coffee, as we did). Isabella also provided a quick response to the few questions we had. We love the apartment's Monti neighborhood, which has so many lovely cafes and restaurants and a great mix of locals and visitors. In short, this is the ideal vacation rental! Enjoy it.

Great location. Easy walks to Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Vatican, and several churches. Estimate 2 miles or less for each and all were flat topography. There is the main bus line a block away and a taxi stand near the bus stop if you want to use for longer longer trips. I would not take a rental car into this area. Parking is difficult and streets are narrow. We did not miss having a car. We had breakfast at the coffee bar, lunch at the pizzaria that are just a few shops down the street. Can not review the kitchen as we ate out every night in the neighborhood. Couple of gelato shops and other authentic Rome restaurants that were very affordable that were within a two block radius. There was a Vino bar down the street that was a popular night spot. Apartment was quiet for us, bedroom was comfortable, internet reliable, bathroom nice. A great location to explore Rome from!

El alojamiento es perfecto para recorrer Roma a pie, la ubicacion es excelente. Muy cómodo, con todo lo necesario para cocinar en el caso de así quererlo. Tiene un supermercado a dos cuadras y un parque para tener un poco de tranquilidad a unos metros. Si volvemos a Roma, sin dudas lo volvería a elegir.

Avevamo bisogno di una casa con tre stanze ognuna il suo bagno ed di una zona conviviale comune con una bella cucina attrezzata. E l'abbiamo trovata. La casa è stata perfetta per le nostre esigenze di famiglia che si ritrovava provenendo da diverse parti del mondo. Sicuramente consiglio questa casa anche per coppie di amici con bimbi. Noi ne avevamo tre con noi 3-11 anni.

Great spot to stay in Rome. Super quiet area but still walkable to Trastevere restaurants and beyond. Easy walk from 2 train stations and easy ride to Vatican city. Laura was able to welcome us herself and was reachable if we had any questions. Would stay again!

Roberto is a wonderful host that goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable. He was very responsive and helpful. He is very friendly and warm. The home is exactly as described. It has many amenities that make even a long stay comfortable. The home is spacious and can certainly host a family. The kitchen is well-equipped if you'd like to make your own meals The home is situated in a very charming square and only steps from the main square of Castel Gandolfo. Castel Gandolfo is a very beautiful and charming town. I highly recommend this airbnb if you are in the area.

My two sisters and I stayed at Rudi’s home for 4 nights. Upon our arrival in Rome, we had planned to meet my niece for a birthday lunch and Rudi was very flexible with our check-in time. He was friendly and helpful with the instructions about the lift to the sixth floor condo, which was clean, bright and spacious. We always felt safe in the neighborhood and enjoyed sitting on the 2 patios taking in the view of the city a few times. We were walking distance from all the sights in Rome with cafes, restaurants and shopping nearby. Rudi checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed and our self check out was easy. We had a lovely stay in Rome at Rudi’s home!

Solid location - grocery store nearby, awesome gelato (Terra was great), easy access to Metro stops. A few things to note: The apartment is even bigger than the photos show. Comfortable beds. It was quite noisy outside at night and the window panes are thin. But we slept with either ear plugs or a sound machine and slept fine. We did have one request while we were there and it took the host around 6+ hours to respond. The kitchen is great! Well stocked! Overall, it was a great stay and the apartment is lovely.

Dobra lokalizacja blisko dworca Termini, ok. 900-1000m. Spoko restauracje na dole. Okolica jak 90% Rzymu, czyli wydaje się okej mimo starych, nie zawsze odnowionych kamienic. Kamienica, w której jest mieszkanie jest jedną z odnowionych i wyróżnia się na tle innych. W mieszkaniu po prostu czysto. Bardzo dobrze wyposażone: pralka, suszarka, deska do prasowania, żelazko, przyrządy kuchenne, nawet folia aluminiowa i woreczki aby móc zapakować np kanapki na drogę. Gry planszowe w mieszkaniu. Telewizor z internetem i YouTube. Internet działa dobrze. Stara i malutka winda, ale spełnia swoje funkcje. W nocy było spokojnie. Spokojna okolica. Gospodarze bardzo mili i pomocni. Zameldowanie bez problemu. Wymeldowanie również, bez obecności gospodarza jeśli chcesz. Po prostu wychodzisz i zamykasz drzwi. Klucze zostawiasz w środku, drzwi są zatrzaskowe. Elastyczne godziny wymeldowania, w granicach rozsądku. Polecam

In October 2024 , we stayed three nights at Michele’s apartment and left the same 5 star rating in all categories; the review is still available to see. We just spent 10 days here in February, and found everything as good as previously. We intend to return again. Michele is a gentleman and a superb host.

We stayed 5 nights at this apartment and absolutely loved it. Close to transportation, great restaurants, and the sights. Anna Maria was very responsive to all of our needs and just lovely. My 6 year old son randomly spiked a fever the 2nd day of our visit and Anna Maria helped direct us to a local pediatrician for care. The doctor's office was only a 5 minute walk from the apartment. And then when it was time to get the antibiotics, the pharmacy was across the street from the apartment. I'm grateful for Anna Maria's help as it made the situation far less stressful. Overall, perfect location, beautiful apartment, and responsive & helpful host. Book it - you cannot go wrong here.

Elisabetta is a great host. The apartment is very convenient and right at the Vatican's doorstep which is what we were looking for. Elisabetta is always available for any questions and advice, she is a local who lives nearby. The apartment has 3 bedrooms which is one more than we needed but the place is so nice and incredibly convenient. I highly recommend Elisabetta and her apartment.
