It was a great place for a large group and the hot tub was key! The driveway to get up to the house was long and there is a steep hill at the end so you should be prepared with AWD if you're going in the snow. Also the largest primary bedroom with the wood stove has a door that connects to another room and that would have been good to know since we were traveling with couples. The primary bedroom does have its own staircase to use the first floor bathroom, but the shower is in the adjoining room so it could be a bit awkward if it's two separate families. Overall, it was a great place to stay in Bridgton - one of our favorite towns with lots of cute restaurants (Beth's!) and fun things to do.

This is a great place to stay don’t even hesitate to book this place. The place looks more better in person I am not exaggerating and Katy is a great host she records everyone’s experiences in a book which is someone unique I have seen until now. She’s responsive, helpful and very understanding host. Thank you ! For this wonderful stay we started out new year 2025 at Katy’s place and it was amazing

We were in town for the Damariscotta Pumpkin Festival and this home is very convenient and so cool. We loved the open concept and the privacy. The space was great for making breakfast before launching out for a day of fun. Thank you for the great instructions on the TV and Coffee, both were appreciated. This is a very nice place and I would recommend.

Beautiful restored farm house with enough room for 4 adults and 3 kids for a family getaway! We were able to cook dinners with a very well equipped kitchen and enjoy the fire pit in the backyard with incredible sunsets. Our kids loved the hike to the river on the property and our family really enjoyed spending a day at the Coastal botanical gardens which was only a few minutes drive away from the house!

Chris was very communicative from the beginning. Very peaceful and quiet place. Overall, our experience was amazing. We highly recommend Chris and his place, if you want to have great gateway.

This place was so quiet and peaceful. It was perfect for our family while we were visiting family for the Thanksgiving holiday. Host was very responsive and helpful.

Our stay at the skylight treehouse was amazing and just as nice as all the other reviews said. Feras and his family went above and beyond leaving flowers and cookies and a little note waiting for us when we arrived. The place was staged in such a cute way with the fireplace on and made it feel very homey. The hot tub was the icing on the cake overlooking the lake and even though we knew there was another treehouse right next door there was a privacy fence making it so we felt totally private and alone. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay. The location was ideal and everything we needed was supplied. The house was exactly as pictured and well stocked and very clean. Chelsey was very responsive to any questions and they also dropped off some very thoughtful sweet treats! Highly recommend and we would definitely stay again!

Hot tub made this a five star stay. It was clean and hot when we arrived. Easy instructions for check-out removed the stress that other air bnb can have. Thank you Ren

We had a great and pleasant stay! Everyone was so friendly, especially Zeke the dog!! My son loved him! The sunset on the lake was magnificent! Beds were very comfy, and kitchen was great with everything you'd need. High-speed internet with Roku TV!! Felt like home! Robert, and his family were great hosts!! Thank you

This a beautiful spot! Tucked away from the roads and very quiet. The private lake access is great and the views are beautiful. So thankful we found this place!

Lyn and Bruce are wonderful people..this is our 5th stay with them! Always helpful and an all around great hosts! Place is always clean, the view is beyond words of beautiful, the pictures don't do it justice! God willing, we will go back again next year, same time. same place!

Nancy greeted us warmly upon arrival, making us feel instantly welcome. Her place is in a quiet neighborhood with ample parking and offers thoughtful touches like muffins, coffee, tea, and bottled water. Prices are extremely reasonable. The space was exceptionally clean, spacious, and well-stocked with extra blankets, pillows, and bath linens. We will definitely stay at Nancy’s again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Pittsfield area.

Robin is the most gracious hostess. Her little Nest is so warm, super cozy and beautiful. Every and anything one could need in this sweet space is available... This is our, "Go To Spot" whenever we're spending time in Unity❤️

We had a wonderful stay! Lisa is very responsive and so nice. We quickly made friends with Bella, the resident dog, and she is the sweetest pup. We were surprised with a Thanksgiving snow storm and the town lost power but there is a whole house generator, so we didn’t skip a beat or notice the power outage, which was so nice! There is a coffee pot on site (not a Keurig) and Lisa provided coffee grounds, which was amazing because we brought coffee pods. The bathroom is directly off the bedroom but there is no door, so if you need more privacy, I’d plan to tack up a blanket. The view of the lake is gorgeous and the property is peaceful. A gas station with a Dunkin is just a just a minute or two down the road and very convenient. We would definitely return.

My family and I had a wonderful stay. We booked over Christmas. Jacki reached out to me just after I booked to see if my family celebrated Christmas and if so, would we like some decorations put up. I replied yes. When we arrived there was a decorated tree and some other decorations throughout. It was really nice. It is wonderful that they are dog friendly, they even have dog dishes there. Our Great Dane was with us. My whole family agreed that if the opportunity presents itself, we would definitely go back.

This was our 4th stay at the cabin. If you need a break from your busy life, this is the perfect place for you. The cabin is always clean, welcoming, and tranquil. It is a great place to enjoy peace and quiet. The wood stove is awesome for the cold months and makes the cabin even more cozy. The views are amazing, no matter the time of year. We can't wait to go back again soon.

This, being my second visit to Jon’s Cozy Cabin, I knew what i signed up for. I was confident that my friend and her pup would absolutely love the cabin and location . She has been heating her home with a wood stove for decades, saying that, if she had to replace her stove, she would certainly consider getting the same model as you have there . Our dogs had a ball , running free on your large yard . We also enjoyed walking them on trails along the river by the wire bridge . Thank you for sharing your slice of heaven ! ❤️🙏🏽❤️

Sean is an excellent host who’s thought of it all. This place has a great location near the slopes and off the beaten path, all the charm and amenities you need for a cabin hideaway. The place was very comfy all around and he is very responsive.

My friends and I had a wonderful weekend. We loved the fire place, whirlpool with lights and watching the stars and of course the surroundings. We went for a walk on the lake! Can only recommend that place.

Very cute little cabin on the river, and very close to the mountain! Well equipped with all you'd need for a comfortable stay in the winter. Much appreciated were the "little but important" things like basic pantry food items (the things that are a real pain to have to purchase once you realize the place doesn't have them, like coffee, tea, condiments, coffee filters etc.) and a good amount of snacks on the counter! The house's "systems" were all very simple to operate and clearly explained - allowing us to focus on enjoying ourselves. The hot tub was fantastic - since I was unfortunately injured and could not participate in the skiing - this was huge. It has lovely views over the Carrabassett River and gets a little peek of sunshine sometimes. The hydrotherapy was very welcome for all of us. Samantha was extremely responsive, helpful and flexible. I would say it was "just right" for our party - two couples plus a pooch. Highly recommended!
