While the access road is not for the faint of heart and more closets/clothing storage is needed, the cabin was very clean, well-stocked and organized. There were plenty of movies to choose from and a big firepit to enjoy. The property manager, Mike, was very responsive, knowledgeable and helpful. All in all, the cabin is a lovely place to spend a few days relaxing and enjoying the incredible view.

This was an amazing home in such a beautiful area of New York. The views are so nice and the hot tub off the master looking out at the landscape is amazing. All the details of the house really made it feel like you are in a chalet. The shower steam feature was also great. Just a great stay and we will definitely be back. For all you Hamilton parents - this is a great find only 20 min from campus!!

We stayed at Jon's place for our snowmobile trip. Jon was extremely helpful with letting us know the local restaurants and where to ride. He went over and above trying to help us plan our daily rides. The BBQ was also put away for the winter but once asked about it, he got it out for us without hesitation. The cottage itself is nice homey place with a wood stove and separate games room where everyone can hang out. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place!

Was a cozy cabin with with a lot of amenities that the owner did not have to provide was very grawe planned our stay at the last minute so we were totally not prepared. Not that far from towns to get things that you need overall very pleased with our stay

Matt & Kristy’s homestead is gorgeous. It was such a pleasure to be able to stay in such a pretty place during my Syracuse trip. I had a couple of small issues with the heat/hot water, but they were very quick to respond and make it right. It was worth it for such a lovely place and cozy camper. The bed was so comfy too!

Everything was great, the house has a good location and has everything you need. The place is cozy and you feel like you were home! Would definitely recommend!

We just left and I’m ready to book again! This cabin was extremely secluded and peaceful. Host was helpful and friendly. The pictures and description matched exactly what you get, except that it’s even more beautiful in person. Truly a hidden treasure and will now be my go-to spot to stay in NY. I was super sad to have to leave, but I’ll definitely be back!

We had a great stay here! Rebecca was very accommodating which we appreciated so much! The space was just what we needed and was very cozy.

We spent a surprise birthday weekend in the Railcar for my husband. My husband is a a huge rail fan which made this gift a no brainer. We boated, swam, kayaked, fished, hung out by the firepit and made great memories. We even spotted a Bald Eagle soaring over the water.

For the snow lover in me, this was absolutely the best place for my wife and I to relax and refresh! We loved the beautiful private surroundings! The cabin was very clean and had lots of amenities including a hot tub to relax and watch it snow. Erik and Nick were very responsive when we had questions . We felt right at home from the minute we walked in the door. We will definitely be back!

The location is fantastic and the amenities are plentiful! A wonderful house for gathering with friends and family. There are 6 bedrooms, four of which have an attached full bathroom. The basement area was great with options to play air hockey, ping pong, or hook up a gaming console to the large screen TV. The hosts were very responsive and flexible, particularly when it came to checking in and out. To future guests with pets: this house is in the wilderness, so be prepared to check your pups for ticks.

Beautiful organic home. Soft sheets, comfortable mattresses. Quiet, calm, serene. Feels like you are on a boat. Very close to water edge. Gorgeous home. Check out Mirbeau Spa. Fabulous and close by.

They were very good people who took care of all my needs to make my stay enjoyable. I would stay there again. The next time I go in that area.

I can't imagine a more perfect stay! The main house and grounds were impeccably clean,decorated gorgeously and supplied with all the items you could possibly need in the kitchen. Our checkin and checkout was so easy and went smooth. We were so impressed by your attention to everything with the home and property. The property is on the most beautiful setting and we liked visiting the town of Hamilton. Absolutely loved our stay and every second of our stay ! Thank you!

Great home. We didn’t use the pool but it was sparkling clean and beautiful as was the yard and house. Mike’s a great host and the beds were super comfortable. Close to family and a good place to stay.

We spent a fabulous winter weekend with old friends. The place was perfect for getting out into the snow. We x-country skied on nearby BREIA trails and went sledding (tobogganing) right outside the door. The place is also perfect for staying in. Beautiful views and toasty hot tub made hanging out dreamy. Our party included 4 couples, 2 college-aged kids, and a 6 year old. We all had a nice plane to sleep and the house offered something for everyone (Pool table, Lego, board games, arcade) Highly recommend.

We recently stayed at Tom’s house while our son played at Cooperstown All Star Village. Tom greeted us upon arrival, offered us great recommendations, provided a tour of the house and any details we would need for our stay. The house and property is generous and peaceful. We felt right at home. It was a seamless ride to CASV, Cooperstown and Oneonta. Make a point to stop at Weaver’s farm for fresh bread, baked goods, deli, grilling items and any other essentials you may need. We highly recommend Tom’s house and would absolutely rent again when we are in the area.

Rob's home is directly across the street from Cooperstown Dreams Park and was the perfect spot for us to watch our 12 year old play. I could easily run my parents home between games to cool off in the A/C. The pool was a welcome spot for several of the boys on the team and the coaches. Rob was very kind, and welcoming. A perfect stay for any family playing at Dreams Park!

I highly recommend Shawn’s home- it was beautiful and peaceful stay! The entire place was neat and tidy, everything was easy to find. Our group had a great time watching the birds outside of the windows and watches for other animals outside. We would definitely rent this home again. Shawn is a great host!
