We had a wonderful break at this beautiful place, waking to the dawn chorus every day, listening to the owls in the evening, and even saw a couple of deer in the garden, absolutely beautiful. The spa was lovely, and was such a great experience to have it to ourselves, we felt very relaxed after our long weekend stay. Fordingbridge not far to eat and drink/shop for groceries, and beautiful New Forest walks only a few minutes in the car, would highly recommend, thank you so much… and the welcome cake was lovely too!

Wonderful location with loads of chickens running around. Very cosy inside and super warm duvet so you won’t be getting cold at night. Host is very responsive and attentive. The logs supplied were quite damn and really hard to light but host was happy to compensate by supplying extra logs. Would recommend 10/10 stay. Couldn’t be happier

What a wonderful place to stay. The peace I sought was found, the relaxation that was so much needed was there and very much welcomed. Days spent walking in the New Forest were finished with a chilled glass of wine in the hot tub that was tended daily by a really lovely chap. The lodge was spacious, clean and comfortable with the basics of equipment there for your use, which is helpful. The whole experience is one I shall repeat and have already begun to tell others to check it out too

Adam and I had a lovely weekend at the Lazy Lodge. The lodge is very spacious yet feels really cosy and has everything you need, both inside (particularly the hot tub!) and in the nearby area. Mark was super friendly on our arrival and gave some great recommendations for places to go. We would definitely recommend as a place to stay 😊

We had a great stay over new years. We were two small families and found the space to be ideal. We ate at the local pub twice during our stay which served good quality food. It was a nice break

We loved our stay in the Annex. It was very cozy and the grounds were beautiful with lots to do. We brought our dog with us and he loved the fenced paddock and field across the road. Our daughter loved the kids play area and we also had great fun on the massive trampoline! Runner ducks and peacocks in the garden! Winchester was a 20 min drive. All-in-all a brilliant few days!

Keith’s place was a fabulous place for our girlie weekend away. Cosy, peaceful and we had everything we needed. There were thoughtful touches such as milk, breakfast goodies, fruitbowl, coffee etc and also robes and flip flops for the hot tub. Sky etc for entertainment too. The kitchen was cosy but had everything you would need to make small meals. Keith’s house was attached to the cottage so he was on hand to check we had everything we needed but gave us privacy too. The time in the hot tub was just lovely and he had made sure the water was fresh for us. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We found the property easily and we were met by Allan the host. We were shown all the amenities and outlay of the property including Hot Tub , with precise and helpful instructions. The beds were extremely comfortable with spotless linen. The property was spotless clean and boasted every amenity you can imagine. It was the perfect property and location for our family Christmas. Highly recommended.

we loved our stay at manor farm. the house was a treasure trove of beautiful old beams, and architectural features and fun stuff for kids and adults alike. I loved cooking on the aga and playing the piano! way bigger than expected and such a lovely peaceful location. we didn't want to leave

We absolutely loved our stay and would love to visit again. The cabin is very well equipped, the scenery is breathtaking and our daughter loved interacting with George the cat, and all the horses. Thank you!

Spacious property in a lovely location. Very peaceful and quiet even though a residential area. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed walking along the promenade into Portsmouth. Parking was never a problem. Would definitely stay again.

We had a lovely time staying at the cottage. The cottage was a great base for our exploring round the Isle of Wight. I can imagine the decking area is lovely in the summertime. Lots of space out the back for our dog to run around outside. The rooms were good size and clean and the kitchen well stocked with utensils and cooking items. Gail was very helpful and responsive and we are very grateful!

We had a wonderful weekend at Valerie's lovely flat. The place was spotless and in a great location. Lovely thoughtful touches throughout. We would recommend the Black Swan and the Parade fish and chips - both fabulous. The dog was well catered for as well!

The apartment is in an unbeatable location, right on Southsea Common and close to restaurants, shops and museums. It's also huge, with big bedrooms and a really spacious open-plan kitchen and lounge area. The view from the lounge is stunning - watching the ships whilst having a cup of tea is a captivating! The only minor down-side was parking is on-street (or a close-by public car park) and it was tricky to find a space. However, it was the weekend before Christmas and the area was busy with parties, so it may be fine normally. Jane was very helpful and responsive - make sure you call her when you arrive so she can activate your parking permit. In summary, a really great place to stay - very highly recommended!

Brilliant host and property. Spotlessly clean with everything you need. Large kitchen, spacious rooms and cosy lounge. Host was very accommodating and friendly and provided information about the local area. Parking right outside was a bonus. Short drive/bus ride into the centre and to the docks where there is loads to do for all ages, including lots of fantastic museums. We would certainly book again - thank you.

We loved our stay at the Party Barn. Katie was incredibly helpful with local recommendations and letting us use her lovely warm pool (set hours in the late afternoon, but she also gave us lots of flexibility during the day around her swimming lessons). Our kids loved visiting the pigs and sheep. The barn was very comfortable and we felt right at home there immediately. I'm sure we will be back. Thank you Katie!

This lodge truly is a gem, hidden away near the top of the holiday park such that when you're looking out you barely realise you on the park. The views are spectacular looking across Swanage and the Purbecks and you can regularly see the steam train heading up and down the valley. Close to the beach as well as many other local attractions the location is again spot on. The lodge itself felt like a ski chalet, way more space then the photos suggest and also extremely cozy with very comfortable beds and some fantastic original beach themed art on display. To add to all of this is the loverly Judith, our host, who provided some very clear instructions to get to the accommodation and was then very helpful on things to do in the area as well as quick to respond; we felt very welcome! Truly a Gem tucked away, thank you again Judith!

We had a wonderful stay with all our family to celebrate a special birthday - we loved the house, all able to eat together around the table was wonderful, enjoying chatting and drinking in the beautiful lounge and the younger ones loved the hot tub and braver ones the swimming pool. Great position for all the lovely New Forest areas and walks

Just had a wonderful 2 night stay with our 3 young children. It was a cosy and homely base for our exploring, and we thought the added extras of tea/coffee/biscuits were lovely. We hope to return in future :) thank you!

Had a lovely stay with family. Everyone had a great time and enjoyed the property and surrounds. The living area was inviting and convivial with a cosy log fire. The host was very friendly, helpful and responsive, going out of her way to accommodate and make our stay memorable. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic location for walking & exploring. The barn is beautifully presented and stylishly furnished. Very spacious. Loved seeing the Llamas on our morning walk with our dog - on our doorstep. The New Inn pub down the road - Victoria’s tip - awesome, friendly, great food at a sensible price - try the venison or brill filets! Our only regret was that we didn’t stay for longer. My family and I have just returned from a 4 night stay at The Oaks and we all wished we could have stayed longer. The house is well equipped, clean and tidy. There was plenty of room for 7 adults and 1 infant. The bedrooms were comfortable with fresh linen. I particularly booked this accommodation for the outside pool and this didn't disappoint. A perfect size pool for us and we enjoyed sitting around the garden and pool area. Beautiful Sobo beach is walking distance from the house and there are many good places to eat and drink nearby. We enjoyed a birthday celebration lunch at The Captains club restaurant which we would highly recommend, great food and attentive staff. A big thank you to Maggie And Peter for a great airbnb property.

Me & my partner decided on a last minute weekend getaway and we found this place. The cabin was the perfect little getaway we needed. Tara has done an amazing job with the cabin making it feel cosy. It was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed for a weekend break. The cabin is situated on her beautiful grounds, but you still have your privacy. It was so peaceful and perfect to unwind and relax, especially with the hot tub which is a great added feature! The dog was very friendly, and even showed us the way when we arrived. Tara was very friendly too :) We would highly recommend and would definitely come back!
