Una casa perfetta,tenuta in modo impeccabile. L'appartamento è bellissimo, nel centro storico di Viterbo. La pulizia è incredibile, non ho mai trovato un airbnb così pulito. La cucina, e in generale la casa, è completa di tutti i comfort. Ultimo, ma non meno importante, Claudia è una host fantastica, sempre pronta a dare consigli e sempre disponibile. Davvero un soggiorno perfetto!

We do not have the words to describe our stay here as it was truly special. I wish we had more time and if we are able to return one day we will definitely stay at Anna’s again. Anna went over and beyond to make our stay extra special. She had a variety of local goodies and goodies she made for us. She made us reservations at a nearby restaurant the first evening which was great good and a great experience. She arranged a tour of the local museum which was an amazing experience. She came with us and used her translator on her phone as we unfortunately do not speak Italian. Civitella d’Agliano is a special place and the people are wonderful. Thank you Anna for sharing your piece of heaven on earth with us!

Il soggiorno da Antonella e’ stato bellissimo ,camera accogliente,famigliare ,pulitissima ,piscina spaziosa e raffinata ..di notte era ancora più bella .Camera fornita di ogni confort,gli host sono stati cordiali e accoglienti ,i dettagli mi hanno colpito molto e ci siamo promessi di ritornare ,peccato non avere solo la colazione con quel patio immerso nella natura una bella colazione era perfetta !

Bella villetta in campagna, tenuta molto bene, bel giardino che circonda la casa, personale molto gentile e presente per qualsiasi esigenza.

Valentina è stata cortesisissima e disponibile, l'appartamento è molto ampio, comodo, ben arredato, completo del necessario in cucina in bagno e nelle camere. Estremamente pulito e ordinato La zona è assai interessante e da casa di Valentina si raggiungono in poco tempo le località di rilievo da visitare.

Perfect place for a long stay with a very well stocked kitchen, plenty of linens and an outdoor area that was lovely to enjoy lunch outside. Even though the train was across the street, somehow it was not noisy enough to bother us. The host was helpful and provided useful information. There are a few good restaurants, bakery, Gelato and supermarket just a few minutes walking distance from the apartment.

Alloggio molto caratteristico, nel centro storico. siamo stati solo due notti ed è stato tutto molto soddisfacente. È presente una rampa di scale per accedere al piano e può essere un po' impegnativa se si hanno difficoltà o molti bagagli, ma niente di impossibile. È possibile parcheggiare di fronte alla casa per scaricare i bagagli e parcheggiare a pochi metri con contrassegno messo a disposizione da Valerio. Tuscania è una cittadina molto bella ed è stata una sorpresa! In generale è stato un ottimo soggiorno e Valerio un eccellente Host, sempre molto reattivo. Consigliato!

Abbiamo passato 2 giorni nella struttura. La casa è fornita di tutto, l’host è stata gentilissima . Esperienza consigliata D’estate sarebbe perfetta visto che è dotata di piscina

Le logement est conforme aux photos. Le jardin et la piscine sont vraiment magnifiques pour se détendre et se reposer. Prévoyez le répulsif à moustique pour la fin de journée et la soirée. Nombreux sites et chateaux à visiter à proximité. Je vous conseille le restaurant Le Fenice à proximité (menu à 15€ avec entree, pizza, dessert et café).

1000 Sterne! Die Unterkunft: ein Traum, das Haus, der Pool, die Veranda, die Umgebung und der Gastgeber Simone! Es war alles perfekt. Der Gastgeber hat uns persönlich begrüsst und uns ein Begrüssungsgeschenk gegeben. Er war sehr reaktionsschnell und sehr freundlich. Bevor wir losfahren wollten, hatten wir einen Platten. Simone war extrem hilfsbereit. Er hat sich um alles gekümmert, hatte einen Kompressor dabei und hat uns anschliessend in eine Garage begleitet und mit uns gewartet. DANKE! Alles war sehr unkompliziert. Diese Unterkunft gibt dir unfassbar viel Ruhe und Frieden. Wennn du das suchst und wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge: bist du hier richtig

We stayed in the farmhouse. Giacomo and Francesca greeted us when we arrived and made us feel immediately welcome. Their house is beautiful and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We had been travelling around Italy visiting the major cities and our week in the farmhouse gave us the much needed time to rest and relax. The pool is the ideal temperature and a good size. Giacomo and Francesca checked in regularly to make sure we were comfortable and they were willing to help with anything we needed. This is the most exceptional AirBnB we have stayed in, their warm and welcoming approach coupled with the facilities and surroundings is worth a visit. It is well located to visit the beach, Rome and the surrounding area. We are looking forward to returning already!

Wir hatten mit einer Gruppe von sechs Freunden einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in der Villa. Matteo und seine Familie sind sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Bei Fragen haben wir immer sehr schnell eine Antwort bekommen. Der Check-In verlief super und wir haben auch Empfehlungen für unseren Urlaub bekommen. Besonders die Eltern von Matteo, die direkt nebenan wohnen, sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht.

It is a huge villa with an excellent view of the mountains of Umbria (awesome sunrises!). Well equipped with actually everything you may need for your long stay. What we liked the most were the grapes that could be eaten straight from the vine. There are plenty of other fruits in the garden (if you come at the right time of year, of course). Last but not least, Jacopo was an excellent host, quickly responding to all our questions and inquiries. Thank you!

Prachtig ruim huis. Mooi ingericht. Door verwarming en houtkachel in de winter goed warm. Alleen de keukeninventaris behoeft nog wat aandacht 😉. De omgeving is prachtig en super rustig. Heerlijke terrassen. En veel interessante uitstapjes in de omgeving mogelijk. Super om naar het hoge stadje te lopen (ruim een half uur).

Es ist ein tolles Ferienhaus mit sehr freundlichen Gastgebern, einem großen Pool und ganz viel Privatsphäre. Das Haus ist geräumig, sehr gut und wirklich liebevoll eingerichtet. Es gibt alles, was man braucht. Die Gegend ist schön und ruhig. Simona und Gigi sind sehr herzlich und freundlich. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und würden gern wiederkommen.

Giuseppe's place is great for people who want to visit Rome. It is also very affordable, clean and the neighborhood has an Italian charm. I drive into Rome with a car everyday to visit the city and it worked well.

We had a lovely time in the tiny house. We felt at home straight away and enjoyed every minute. The inside of the house is very comfortable and provides everything one needs for a longer stay. The view to the garden and the olive plantation was spectacular and very relaxing. There were many places around the house to enjoy it. Alessandro was very friendly and helpful and reacted very quickly to messages. There are many historic places near the house. Also for walks in the nature the surrounding offers many opportunities. All in all we can recommend the accomodation.

This is such a beautiful pocket of sunshine with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed being close to a little forest for walks and exploring the towns around the lake is easy to do! I highly recommend a stay here. The hosts were so lovely and considerate!

Villa dei Tigli is the perfect base to explore Umbria and Lazio. Letizia was a wonderful host, warm and responsive, excellent communication and local recommendations. The private pool was fantastic with stunning views across the valley. Carla's food was absolutely delicious, she was also so helpful and responsive throughout our stay. Highly recommend a meal at Poggio del Bolognino, suggested by Letizia, stunning views and gorgeous food and service. Don't hesitate to book this place, it won't disappoint!

Nous avons un incroyable séjour. Andrea est un hôte vraiment gentil, réactif et très professionnel. Son Airbnb était très propre et l’emplacement est génial à 20min de Rome en train. La ville de Monterotondo est très calme,paisible, une vue très jolie depuis le balcon. Un supermarché juste en face de l’immeuble. Tout le confort dont nous avions besoin était présent. Je recommande à 100%, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. Merci pour tout Andréa :)

Alojamiento ideal como base para visitar Roma. Cerca de la estación de tren que te deja en el centro de Roma en 15 minutos. Zona residencial muy tranquila con restaurantes y supermercados próximos.
