I stayed for a month, and found this place very well suited for a long stay. There is so much natural light, and an outlook of tree tops, which I appreciated. There was very little noise in the building. The apartment is very well designed and very well equipped. The area is sububurban and residential, but well connected by bus routes to the city centre and elsewhere. There is a supermarket within a few minutes' walk, and a large shopping mall about 20 minutes' walk away. I expect there is a bus, but I enjoy walking. Kris, the host, was incredibly responsive on the rare occasions that I needed to contact him. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend this lovely apartment! Exactly like the photos, our little girl loved the play room . Hosts live close by and met us on the check in. We thought area was a tiny bit far from city centre , but we had a car so no issues for us and I’m sure it’s an ok walk in the summer when it’s not that cold . Plenty of free parking on road , we never had any issues finding a space just outside front door . Thank you for hosting us !

it's the second time to stay in this apartment ,everything is good

The place was very comfortable perfect for a couple stay. The surrounding nature gives a great opportunity for evening and morning walks. It also has a nearby store for regular groceries, but it is comparatively expensive. The public stores like Lidl, Rimi, Maxima are unfortunately little far from the place. The only thing we had to compromise was that It’s a at distance from city centre and you have to take Nordeka, a private company bus, to go to Riga and it only works till 11 PM. So if you plan to go to city and see old town night life then you have to have your own transport or taxi.

The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and very comfortable, making us feel right at home. The quiet location was perfect for relaxing, yet still convenient for exploring the area. Had a great three night stay at this apartment and I can honestly say it’s one of the best Airbnb places I’ve stayed in (& I’ve stayed in a lot!). It’s a great location (everything is walkable), the building is very quiet and the apartment is much larger than it appears in the photographs. It’s spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. What makes it stand out though is the details; coffee pods for the machine, washing detergent for laundry, stationery, umbrellas, bathroom supplies; really thoughtful touches that make such a difference if you’re traveling light (as I was). I recommend Rita and this apartment without hesitation.

Идеально чистая квартира,большой телевизор,отличный WiFi , можно приготовить и разогреть еду,приятная обстановка и атмосфера в квартире,стиральный порошок,шампунь полотенца ,аптечка,было все самое необходимое. Одно из лучших мест где мне удавалось оставаться во время путешествия,однозначно рекомендую! 👍🏼

We had an excellent stay at Maija’s place. It’s in a perfect location to explore the old town and the art nouveau district, while still feeling tucked away from the chaos. We visited in winter and the flat was lovely and warm to come back to after a day of exploring.

Really clean & comfortable apartment within easy walking distance of Sigulda centre and the skeleton track.

Very nice location in a renovated building, the apartment is perfect for a family with 1-2 children. In 15 minutes by walk you are in old town and the park is just in front of the house. I will come back again.

The place was amazing. Even more beautiful than the pictures, love the style and the look of it. Also very clean and no mess. You can walk to all the attractions and restaurants from the apartment. So it is in the middle of the center of Riga, but also vert quiet så you have a good sleep. Would 10/10 recommend. Would love to come back one day.

Myself and some friends stayed for the weekend. It was a gorgeous apartment with all the amenities within, the building itself was quiet and Indriķis was extremely fast at responding and extremely helpful. We will most definitely be back in the future.
