House owners were extremely responsive and informative. House was well stocked , and a great location and view made the stay even better.

This home is really nice! We stayed there because our daughter was getting married at a venue about 5 minutes away from the home. It was perfect! Plenty of space for our family and was great for the bridal party to get ready! Nice open floor plan. The beds a bedrooms were very large with comfortable beds. The home was well equipped. The outdoor area was nice and I’m sure the pool is nice in the summertime. Thank you for sharing your home with us on this very special occasion.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. The Bay was across the street. There were many extra Amenities available to us on the grounds. The house was in a perfect location, very well maintained, fully equipped, very cozy, and within walking distance to everything. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Megan was the perfect host. She was very welcoming, friendly, warm, and responsive. Everything went smoothly and was exactly how she said that it would be. There were no unexpected surprises. We can't wait to go back!

Very kids friendly place, the stroller was a life saver for us when we visited the Maryland zoo, kids had a lot of fun! The place is very cozy, tons of pillows, lines and blankets. Big supermarket 6 minutes away, highly recommended for families with kids to stay!!!

The house was amazing. The kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, utensils… anything needed. The bathrooms were all clean and well supplied. The bedrooms all had towels and washcloths set out for everyone. The garage was clear and usable, the extra fridge/freezer was really helpful. There was plenty of parking. The basement had a great pool table and a couple of video games that were fun. The whole house just made you feel at home, and it was clean and beautiful. The privacy was also great. The hostess was extremely responsive when contacted. And there is plenty of room and can sleep a ton of people. I recommend this place to everyone. Thanks for letting us use your home.

Great spot with very helpful and thoughtful hosts

The house is comfortable, spacious and has all the amenities and supplies you would have in your own home!! I met CJ upon my arrival, and he was gracious to assist me with unloading my car. I also met Stan later, and both are kind, welcoming and friendly. I traveled with my 9yr old Alaskan Malamute and CJ was happy to take her on a tour of the property- quiet, on a dead-end street with no traffic so perfect for kids and pets!! I enjoyed reading my book on the front porch rocker :) Thank you for a relaxing, enjoyable stay! Would definitely stay here again on my next trip to the area with my 4-legged travel companion.

The home was definitely one of the nicest ones on the street. You could tell the owners have taken a lot of effort to make it look nice and inviting from the outside. The inside is not fancy and shows some signs of its age in spots but if you’re just looking for a comfortable, clean place to stay it has everything you need and a few nice extras like the coffee and detergent pods, and makeup wipes. The rooms were spacious, beds were very comfy and the neighborhood is quiet. The only cons were that many of the plugs were older so only one bedroom had an outlet I could plug my three prong laptop cord into and it would be nice if they had a bigger comfy sofa in the living room to curl up and watch tv together as a group. There are chairs and a futon that just weren’t that comfortable and the beige one looked a bit dingy. However, overall I would definitely recommend this home and I had a very pleasant stay!

Home was spacious and very clean, nice layout with one bedroom downstairs and 3 bedrooms upstairs, full bathrooms on both floors.

Vim is a great host! We had a work trip and the house was beautiful and all we needed for the night. Great location!

It was really easy to book with John; the home was very relaxing to enjoy while visiting our family. The place is beautiful and spotless. John is a great host-we”re looking forward to booking again.

Good option for a large group. Beds were comfortable and sheets etc were clean and soft. Short walk to the inner harbor area and the convention center. Large table and couch for coming together as a group.

The place was beautiful, and very spacious. It is very well decorated and has a lot of character. There are a lot of entertainment amenities including the projector, Alexa in each of the rooms, and tvs throughout the property. There is a quaint exterior area on the rooftop, which is great for grilling out and just relaxing. We will definitely be back on subsequent trips. Jason is very responsive and respectful, he is definitely an amazing host.

Franco was always very quick to respond and accommodating to our requests. The house was beautifully decorated for the holidays, which was important to us as we were celebrating Christmas there. The house is in a very quiet area with a large yard.

We had a wonderful time in Diane’s house. We stayed 4 nights with our family, 5 couples and our son. It was better than expected. The house was clean and tidy. The views are amazing. The house offer several areas to entertain and is very cozy and well kept. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you may need to cook for a large group. There are places nearby for grocery shopping in Rock Hall, about 7 minutes drive. We also enjoyed a day in Chestertown that is about 20 min drive and has shops, restaurants and bars among other things to see and visit.

Staying at Ebony's place was an absolute delight! The space was spotless, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Ebony was an incredible host, super responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a great experience!

This house was perfect for our family—wonderful location, big and beautiful outdoor space, all of the amenities our family needed during our stay. Steve is a wonderful host—kind, excellent communicator, and highly responsive. Ten out of ten experience!

The house was perfect and comfortable for me and the grandkids to stay for a family visit. The back porch and fenced in yard gave them a safe place to play in the afternoon ssun to let out some energy. The kitchen was emaculate and well stocked with all needed cookware and utensils. The bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable. We appreciated the welcome binder with local restaurants. Great place to stay!!

Can’t say enough good things about Brigitte and Paul! They are very warm and caring and an all around great couple who make their guests feel totally at home. We stayed 1 month while visiting our daughter and family in the Chartwell community of Severna Park. Their cottage was located 3 miles from our daughter’s house which made it a perfect location for visiting our family. Easy access to Annapolis, Baltimore and surrounding attractions. The cottage is cosy with many interesting artifacts and pictures that make you think you’ve stepped into another place in time. The 2 televisions had excellent programming and the bed was extremely comfortable. Thank you so much Brigitte and Paul! We enjoyed our stay immensely!

Although I had to cancel my reservation due to unforeseen circumstances the host is 5⭐️. The host was extremely understanding & able to adjust the reservation to my needs! The host offers a great add on package for convenience to bring an ambiance to the stay. In the future if I need a place in the area I would definitely use the host again.
