Wonderful home, very clean and great location! Our family loved it!

We were in town for Thanksgiving visiting family with our dogs for 4 nights. Communication with host was great. The house was very clean, well furnished (we cooked the Thanksgiving meal there), recently renovated kitchen (huge kitchen island) with high end appliances, and yes there are 6 bedrooms (some small but nice). Rooms are split between three floors so everyone had room/privacy. Backyard with pool was great, lots of space for dogs, everything is fenced in but the front which was not a problem as the house is on a dead-end street with very little traffic. This is definitely a superhost home, all your condiments, lots of nice touches and snacks/gifts. We will definitely stay there again on our next visit to family in Chicago. House is locate between 41 and 94 making travel around Chicago easy.

This house was perfect for a gathering with family. The house was clean and just as we had expected.

We had a phenomenal time while staying at this beautiful home. The neighborhood is beautiful and very peaceful. Pulling up the long driveway to the home is breathtaking. We had so many rooms and beds to choose from. The recreation room on the lower level was a great addition to keep our children busy for hours on end. The host was even nice enough to leave the pool open for an extra week to accommodate us. We truly appreciate the hospitality, super fast responses, and the flexibility on a few important things to us. Thank you “Book a Memory” for an amazing weekend and for helping make so many great memories. We will definitely be back any time we’re in the Chicago area.

My family and I had a great time. The home exceeded our expectations and we all had tons of things to do. We attended local Groundhog's Day festivities and just enjoyed our time together in a wonderful home away from home. We definately recommend!

It was absolutely beautiful and perfect for a large family gathering. It was decorated beautifully for the holidays and included so many amenities. The kids loved the dart boards, games and toys in the downstairs living space. We made very special family memories and hope to stay there again. Walking distance to the beautiful historic Woodstock Square.

House was lovely. I enjoyed the homes decor. Every day I woke up with something else I loved. The house had everything we needed. Only thing I wished the pool heater was working and the pillows were flat. I would definitely stay here again.

Very clean and comfortable, nice neighborhood and not too far from our venue. Bikash was super responsive and even recommended a great place to try out Chicago deep dish pizza.

We loved Sharlene’s place! It was so clean and spacious. The neighborhood was great, easy parking, and she was a great communicator. Highly recommend!

The location alone makes this home worth booking. Add that there’s ample room for family/friends and it’s a gem in the middle of a great Chicago neighborhood. We were a group of six and loved every minute.

Dennis is a great host and quick to respond when I needed help getting inside. The location is quiet, affordable, and enjoyable with plenty of amenities and things to do. I would recommend staying here to anyone.

Stayed here for a bachelorette and was greeted with a lovely customized message for our bride, music, and a lovely home! Clean, spacious, accommodating for a whole gaggle of gals - and that’s tough to do! We especially appreciated how close the house is to Wrigleyville’s food and bars and some great coffee shops, all while still being far enough away to be quiet at night so we could sleep. Very kind host who let us check out late and made sure we were doing ok the entire time. Overall, so so wonderful! Thank you :)

We felt right at home during our stay. The house was thoughtfully arranged, well stocked, and clean. One of the cleanest stays we have had! The kitchen was well appointed. Great quality pots/pans/utensils. We cooked several meals during our stay & had everything we needed to prepare our various meals! Plenty of linens/blankets/towels out & were well displayed. There was also additional linens available if needed. All were good quality & comfortable. There was a great selection of books/board games/toys. The desk area was perfect for getting a bit of work done during our stay. The location was great & the neighborhood was so quiet. We felt safe during our entire stay. The playground across the street was so nice & there were nice sidewalks for our post-dinner strolls. The drive to the naval base was easy & not too far. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay! We will stay again if we find ourselves back in this area!

We absolutely loved our stay with Jehu in Itasca! I grew up there in my childhood and her home made us feel so cared for and comforted. It is beautifully laid out, well appointed and so convenient for travelers that want to stay in the suburbs but have easy access to the city and airport. I plan to stay often when I return!

Great place not far from attractions located in a nice neighborhood. House has plenty of room to accommodate a family with kids.

This is the 2nd time this year we rented from Michael. He continued to impress with the responsiveness. This time we filled the whole house, all bedrooms and both floors, 12 in total, mix of kids and adults. We decorated for Christmas, made it feel like we were home for the holidays. We walked all around the neighborhood, got coffee in the morning, fresh bread from a fabulous bakery in Downtown Oak Park and always felt safe and enjoyed the friendly neighborhood. The home and bedrooms were warm when you wanted them warm during the day and cool at night to sleep in. Kitchens were well equipped and all the appliances worked perfectly. The tankless water heater was a blessing when we were all trying to get out for a family event. At one point we realized that we were out of trash bags on Christmas morning. Michael had them there in less than 30 minutes. Over the top responsiveness. Being 10 minutes from the Eisenhower makes this convenient to either Downtown or Oak Brook.

We couldn’t have asked for a better home for our Spring Break. We last minute booked this home, and checked in 45 later but you would have never known by how welcoming Vytauta made it. Beds were very comfortable, backyard was great, we felt right at home.

What can I say? As usual, everything was perfect!

Cathy was a great host, very responsive! House was great, it accommodated our family size perfect. The only thing in my opinion that was missing was washer and dryer access in the home. We were traveling with toddlers and couldn’t wash a load of clothes. But aside from that everything else was great.

This is beyond 5 stars! The home is very clean, comfortable, and spacious for a group. The Naval base is no more than a 15-minute drive and the train station to go into downtown Chicago is only a 10-minute drive. (The train ride to Union Station is 1 hour.) There are plenty of restaurants not too far from the house too. If you do not have a car, Ubers and taxis were available within 5-10 minutes after requesting one. We loved the home. The beds were comfortable, every room and fixture was clean, there were plenty of kitchen accessories, towels, coffee pods, laundry pods, hand soap, spices, toilet paper, etc. The only item we bought was napkins, which was totally fine & to be expected. The fireplace was an added bonus. especially since the weather was cold & snowy outside. There are board games such as Monopoly & cards, The lighting was good too, especially for putting on makeup in the bathroom. Quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay there again! Thank you, Nancy!

This is our second year staying at this beautiful and convenient Airbnb. Only 15 minutes from the NIU Convocation Center! Close to a great pizza place that will deliver to the Airbnb. Cynthia is very responsive and very flexible. We love this space!
