Enjoyed our time at the unit. Could have used a few wine glasses, only one was in the unit. Balcony furniture with table to eat at was very nice. Sterling Reef is a perfect location. And the elevators worked the entire stay. We’ll be back. Thanks for making the experience pleasant.

I would definitely return for another stay! Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and beautiful getaway!

When we got there the back porch was covered in bird poop and feathers but as soon as I told Carol she got someone to clean it. I wish the patio furniture was better. It’s seems a little old and not comfortable to sit on. Carol was a good host and I would stay there again.

Very Comfortable, very clean and fully stocked. Pool area is amazing. loved being steps from the beach. Lots of things to do in the area.

We absolutely loved our stay here! This condo was beautiful. It was very clean and looked just like the pictures. This condo has everything you will need inside and out. Full kitchen with all accessories / cooking utensils. Washer & Dryer was nice. Condo location is very close to everything you need shopping, eating, and activity wise. Quick walk across the street to the beach. Spectacular balcony view of the beach, and Sunset. Lev was great at answering all questions we had. We would LOVE to stay again someday!

Beautiful place! Great location! Several walkable restaurants & Pier Park is super close. Jodi was very accommodating & responded quickly when needed. Condo looks just like the photos. The view of the ocean & the beach from the balcony, is AMAZING!!

We enjoyed our stay at Doug and Mary’s place. The view from the patio/balcony was our favorite part! We had easy access to the pools and the beach was so close, just a few steps away! The kitchen was well equipped and had a parking pass, what more could you ask for :)

We had a fantastic time at Aaron and Ingrid’s place! The beach access and views were excellent! The property itself was great—we had fun on the pickleball courts, especially with the four paddles they provided. Although we didn’t get around to trying the golf course, they had a few irons available for use. They’ve really made the most of the space, and included many thoughtful amenities. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back for another stay!

Cannot beat the location. It is a short walk to the beach and a great restaurant. It was clean and the host was friendly and responsive. The interior was minimalist which was very pretty but didn’t give off the coziest feel. The bedrooms are on the smaller side so it wasn’t the most convenient for a travel bed for our toddler.

Perfect location with easy beach access right across the street! Walkable to a few restaurants and local coffee shop. Definitely planning a trip next year to stay again.

John was an immaculate host! The room was very clean and supplied with everything we needed. There was an umbrella, chairs, beach towels, and 2 bikes that were also there for your using! A very short walk to the beach and a nice patio out back. John even checked on us before we headed back home, which I've never had a host do before. I highly recommend anyone visiting Destin to book with John, we will for sure be back!

Amazing location, easy to walk to shops, great neighborhood. The condo was tidy and comfortable. Perfect for two people and our corgis.

I’ve stayed in Sandpiper Cove before, and the area is amazing. Very beautiful property with a private beach located across the road. You can either take your car or walk. This particular unit is close enough to walk, but we drove just to help with carrying things. The unit is located on the beautiful canal & you can see an AMAZING sunset. The place was very clean. The bathroom is pretty, but the shower/tub has paint that is chipping inside the tub & on the sides as well, but worked very well. I loved that we had a washer and dryer on site, some units have a community washing area, but beware to keep the door to the drying unit closed or the fire alarm will go off while the dryer is running 🙈! Overall, the unit had great storage, comfy furniture, a beautiful view, and amazing amenities!

We booked last minute and we're grateful we were able to get such a great place in so little time. The place is I'm a really great spot, close to everything from shopping, to the beach. First night we walked to the beach, was only a 12 minute walk. That was so convenient. The upstairs neighbors made some noise, but that was expected because of other reviews. The weather was a bit chilly so we didn't get to spend as much time as we hoped at the beach. The heated pool on the property helped remedy that. Would definitely stay again!

Jeff was a fabulous host and very communicative! We were getting in early to the area and found his beautiful space last minute and were able to book without any issue! We traveled with our 2 pups and they loved the space as well! The specific dog area on the property was very helpful and the “dog beach” in Panama City was within walking distance for our pups to enjoy the sand as well! Thank you so much for having us and we would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful vacation at Jeremy's condo; the whole family loved it. Super clean, beautiful, and easy access to the parking garage and elevators are a plus, too. We would love to come back. If anyone is considering this place, do not hesitate; you will love it. A++++

Had a lovely stay at Ragip’s place. We’ve stayed at many properties in the past and Ragip includes quite a few little extras that we normally need to plan a trip to the store to purchase or bring along on our trip. Typically we start the trip with one roll of TP so need to purchase more, soap, shampoo/conditioner, all supplied in the bathrooms and kitchen. Location is great if you need groceries with a Publix across the main road. Beach is beautiful, pools are kept clean and heated, Tiki bar has nice tasty drinks. What more could you need?

Stayed for one month. Easy access to the beach. Lots of restaurants in a 15 minute radius. Host was particularly helpful and responsive when we had an issue with one of the TVs not connecting to the cable company.

We had a great stay at Billy and Ivy's condo. The location was perfect right on the beach front. Waking up everyday to the ocean views were amazing. They provide a ton of amenities in the condo. Having access to beach chairs and umbrellas was a huge plus. They also provide a cart so you don't have to carry everything. They were also extremely proactive with communication and quick with responses. We would definitely stay here again.

We very much enjoyed our recent stay. The condo was clean, updated, and the beds were very comfortable. There was plenty of extra blankets and I love that the beach chairs, towels, and boogie boards were all there and in great condition. The kitchen was very well stocked and the outdoor patio furniture has several different pieces, all clean and cozy, plenty of seating. The view is amazing from the balcony. Checking in was easy with clear instructions. We would stay in the condo again for sure!

Clean, well appointed and polished beach condo. Edward was timely in responses and extremely helpful in every way. Beach is beautiful with sugar white sand, daily chair set up, warm swimming pool for the grandkids, pickleball and outdoor grilling. We would love to come back! Perhaps with the entire family- all 15 of us!!

Beautiful place. There were 3 ‘littles’ with us and they loved the pool, beach and the bunkbeds. Very busy area, but we stayed on the premises most of the time and it was calm and cool. Would recommend!!

Everything was great! They explained that construction was going on and how things were going to be. The early morning hammering and drilling is the only complaint I have, but it was understood. I will most definitely book with them again.
