Probably the best bang for the buck rental in all of Panama City Beach. Simple, clean, straightforward accommodations. Host was very responsive and check in was easy. The host also let me check in early. Great location, too. About a 2 minute walk to the beach with a Dollar General next door to pick up the basics. Also has a deck that faces towards the ocean, great place to take in the evening. Despite being next to a busy road, with the door closed, it was very quiet. Next time I'm in town I'll stay here again.

Randi was a welcoming and friendly host. The apt is quiet & private- a great retreat! Comfy bed, clean bathroom, and ample kitchen to prep meals but also close to lots of restaurants. Very nice!

The place was stunning, and my family and I had an amazing time together.

This place was perfect and exactly what we were looking for. I was traveling with my mom and two toddler (4 & 2) they loved the pool and splash pads. The shuttle provided rides to and from the beach were also a huge plus when traveling with kiddos bc we always have a lot of stuff lol the 24/7 security was a bonus making you feel safe and not having to worry about nonsense on vacation. The location was right in the middle of everything you’d want to do at night time as well. I will 100% be back!!

My girlfriend and I went to Debbie’s and it was great. She responded quickly. The beach was in walking distance and overall just a great place to stay definitely will be booking with her again.

LOVED this home! Was perfect for our little girls getaway trip! Very modern and updated. The pool and outdoor showers were the best part! The only odd thing was the placement of some of the light switches but literally the only thing that we found ourselves questioning and it became a game LOL. The beds were even super comfy!

The house was beautiful and conveniently located to great attractions and restaurants! Sayra and Jeff were great hosts, very friendly and provided excellent communication. I will definitely be checking availability for my next visit! Thank you!!!

Great place close to the beach access! King beds in 3 rooms with private en-suite bathrooms was really nice to have. My elderly mom stayed in the king downstairs and the house was easy for her to navigate downstairs. The golf cart also made it easy getting to the beach and back! This house is right next to the pool also. The hosts were very responsive. The only thing I would add is bring oils, spices and extra TP/ trash bags/soap for bathrooms. We enjoyed our stay and walks to beach at night for sunset. Thank you for making it such a memorable trip!

We came to Panama to visit my dad. The area gave us plenty of things to do as a family and then the house and backyard made a great place to hang out and play cards or have a cup of coffee. The house had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked and we utilized the coffee bar a lot! The house gave us plenty of room for our family of five. The beds were comfy and had everything we needed and more! Thanks for a great stay. We will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our time so much that we extended our stay for an extra night. I love the location of the house because it’s about 3 min to the beautiful beach. The house has everything you could need. Central location for all activities. We will be back!

Absolutely amazing! Can’t wait to come back. Exceeded our expectations. We found everything we needed and more. We felt at home. The place was spotless, modern and well maintained. He made sure we were satisfied during our check in and stayed. He was very polite and professional all the time but also very friendly.

Dodie's place was a lovely place to relax and unwind. The home was very private, peaceful and exactly as listed and pictured on Dodie's listing. We found the neighborhood to be safe, quiet and we felt immediately at ease with neighbors nearby. This was important to us as we walked the neighborhood 2-3 times a day with our 2 dogs. When we are back this way, we will definitely rebook with Dodie!

This was a beautiful condo. Everything was so perfect. The view of the gulf from the couch was a nice touch. The receptionist was polite and helpful. The cleanliness of the condo was perfect! Communication from the owners was wonderful. We will definitely stay there again when we come back.

The condo looked just like the pictures. Super nice inside, clean and everything you need for your stay. Love that it was on the ground level and you can walk right onto the beach! Great communication as well!

This was the most perfect place for myself and my family. Location was amazing. So much for the kids to do and I felt comfortable letting my sons walk around with their friends. The rooms were the perfect size for everyone. And to just be a quick step to the beach. Views were awesome too. Leslie was an amazing host, who was so responsive and gave great information and instructions. Already planning my next trip with my family for next year. One of my most stress free vacations. And the amenities inside the condo, cherry on top! Thank you so much!

This was a great spot for my wife and I to spend a weekend. It was beautiful and enough room for us! It was super clean and it looked just like the pictures. Nick was a great host. He was very welcoming and his instructions were very clear and easy. Thanks Nick, would love to stay here again.
