We had a great stay at Valerie's place. Super responsive host, with great restaurant recommendations. The place was super clean & tidy! Very walkable neighborhood with fantastic restaurants, less than 10 minutes walking distance. We'd definitely stay again, thanks Valerie!

I can’t say enough about how much Fiona and her family made us feel at home. We are fire evacuees and we’re bounced from one place to another until we settled at her home. They even gave us avocados from their tree and brought us famous local donuts! I was surprised by the amazing restaurants nearby — particularly Ethiopian, Thai and sushi gems. But most of all we are grateful for the stability of a comfortable home with great outdoor space to get back on our feet. Thanks Fiona!

Kiwoong was responsive and very helpful within minutes of looking into reserving his house for our 8 man (which turned out to be our 10 man) crew for a work project we were coming into town to do. He inquired about enough space for our team and offered additional options for renting the guest house (located in the back of the house we reserved) or the 2-story house that he also has just across the street! (Which we may just consider on our follow up trip). We had trouble finding adequate accommodations for our entire crew and even more of a challenge finding one that was not priced over the top! That's when I came across Kiwoong's house! It was actually one of the closest of the properties available, while being the most reasonably priced BY FAR compared to nearly all others and provided the most sleeping accommodations of any place I found. Quiet, private, "like home" feel, close to the 10 freeway and plenty of parking both in the driveway and on the street. Definitely recommend!

Great neighborhood and beautiful home. My family and I enjoyed it very much. Lots of space. Game room was definitely our favorite! Would come back here anytime.

OMG! This house was absolutely beautiful. Perfect size for my family and I. It was like a cute hidden gem. No more hotel stays for us we will definitely book again! The communication was great. I needed to stay an extra day, with no problems. Just a great experience all around.

I've stayed here on two separate occasions and would return again! It's a tasteful, comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood. It was a great space for hosting a large group of friends. On the downside, if you are expecting the pristine clean of a nice hotel, you might be disappointed. Also, we had some issues with the lockbox but hopefully it will be fixed/replaced soon. Eloísa was friendly and helpful when we had questions before and during our stay. So, all-in-all, I would still strongly recommend this listing!

Eric's place was well appointed, clean and couldn't have been closer to the Trader Joe's parking lot and the office building which I was visiting. Eric was a very responsive host, answered all my questions and gave clear instructions for check in.

I stayed at Adrien’s place for 2 weeks for a work trip and it was perfect for my stay. Super homely and cosy, with a well equipped full kitchen, a super comfortable bed and large bathroom. The outside deck was a lovely extension of the space when it was warm enough to be outside too! Highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in this area.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Pasadena! The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with a comfortable living area and a fully functional kitchen. The two-bedroom setup was perfect, providing plenty of space and privacy. The location was ideal—centrally located, making it easy to explore Pasadena and beyond. The host was responsive and accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in and a hassle-free stay. Everything was well-maintained, and I truly enjoyed the convenience and comfort of the space. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Pasadena, and I will definitely consider staying here again in the future!

The apartment was comfortable, clean, and exactly what we needed for our short Disneyland trip. We took Uber to the park and back and it was very convenient and quick! It was great to have a nearby grocery store (Von's) and the donut shop next to Von's was so good.

Juan was a wonderful host and this place is a gem! Would love to stay here again the next time I’m in town.

Really nice place in the Glendale area. Great views, plenty of space, open and airy with lots of windows and a comfortable porch. Javier is a great host.

Amazing location with a private parking spot! The elevator is also right next to the parking. The place was clean as described and pictured. The host was extremely helpful in providing instruction videos to check-in and find the underground parking. Very responsive and friendly host. Enjoyed our stay very much and will book again if we’re ever in the area again. Thanks!

Brandon's place was very nice. The apartment itself exceeded expectations. Immaculate and well stocked kitchen made cooking very easy. The bed is firm -- about an 8 out of 10. I personally love a firm bed and found it to be very comfortable. Another thing to note is that the area is very noisy and dangerous with mentally ill drug addicts everywhere. I was followed by two sketchy individuals on Friday morning at 7 a.m. into the CVS as they attempted to box me in and trap me in an aisle. Luckily I have street smarts and am very aware of my surroundings and was able to escape, others might not have been so lucky. Note I am a 6 foot tall muscular male, usually not someone's first target. Also note, CA has effectively criminalized self-defense much like NY has, so fleeing is your only option. None of this is Brandon's fault, of course. Just pointing it out for those not aware of the area. Overall a great stay if one stays inside the bldg and runs out to jump into an Uber.

I enjoyed my stay at Giselle & Ali’s place and will definitely be back again. The place looked exactly like the photos and they had all the listed amenities. The rooftop view was very nice. They also had a store downstairs that was open 24 hours that sold snacks/drinks which was pretty cool. Parking wasn’t that bad either. The only thing was that it was a little bit of a walk to get from the garage to the airbnb. Overall, I really liked the place and how comfortable it was, will definitely book again!

Place was clean, tidy and appreciated the doorman for security in downtown LA. Comfy bed and spacious apt. Some sounds audible from upstairs unit, but not bad. Noise abatement windows helpful, though random sounds on 1-2 nights are part of downtown living. Parking was a bit of a challenge as original instructions sent were not correct, and only exit was possible from where it said to enter in building lot across the street. Didn't realize this til 930 pm, and messaged Ali and asked for a call to clarify, and he did respond right away, which was appreciated. It was about $10 to uber/lyft to convention center, or a 20 min walk, about 1 mile, which was convenient. Kitchen well appointed. Great choice close to convention center given the free, secure parking. We did encounter security making rounds in lot across the street and car was fine.

I had the best stay at Peter and Veronica’s amazing apartment. Not only was it super stylish and artistically arranged, it was also very comfortable and quiet for my vacation weekend. Located in the heart of historic downtown LA and very easy to go to lots of near by venues, restaurants, and cafes. High speed WiFi, two TVs, a full kitchen, laundry and dryer machine, and free parking! This is the best deal. I look forward to my return! Thank you Peter and Veronica.

Very clean and comfortable apartment. Location was perfect for our needs and there was good coffee on the block and great food very close by. Having parking included was great and pretty easy. Great place to stay downtown LA and USC adjacent. Friendly, responsive hosts!

Christian’s space was the perfect choice for a trip in DTLA. The parking was convenient, the building was walking distance from tons, and it matched the description perfectly. The security made you feel at ease, and the apartment itself was cute and comfortable for 3 guests. Christian was great at communicating as well. Would recommend and stay again if returning to DTLA.

Adam’s spacious clean condo is a gem. Designated gated parking !!! A well stocked kitchen, very comfortable King bed, nice bathroom, and lovely private balcony. We loved “Alexa” for music ambience.The location is walking distance to Hollywood Blvd and the Jimmy Kimmel Show! Don’t miss the eggplant parmesan at Rao’s Hollywood, for a cozy N.Y. Italian meal.
