Wonderful stay nice area and easy getting around. It was near everything. Booking again soon.

We enjoyed Dimitri’s place because it was clean, convenient, and close to great restaurants and entertainment venues. We took advantage of using the MetroRail to the Toyota Center for a concert. We had a super weekend and hope to stay at Dimitri’s apartment again.

Cute and cozy apartment in Montrose! Perfect for a bicycle trip downtown. Amber was very responsive and available.

The house felt so cozy I was tempted to stay home instead of going out. Ruby was such a great host, answered right away, worked with us. Next year will definitely be booking here again.

The Host(s) did a great job hosting me and my fellow groomsman for my bachelor party weekend. The place was exactly as advertised. Beds were comfortable, smoker friendly, which was a plus. Only cannabis or cigarettes, bathrooms were decent, kitchen and living room areas were really nice, the patios is a nice touch on the place. The neighborhood quiet time didn’t really affect us because we blast music all through the night or didn’t come with a lot of people. Great experience here!

Had a great stay! The house was spacious and clean. We loved the speakers and the ample TV’s. The house perfectly fit all of us and we had a great time.

This location was the best! It’s literally in the middle of the center of Houston. I used to like in Houston 10 years ago and to come back and visit, I knew I wanted to stay in third ward for all the things I had planned to do. If I didn’t want to drive, an Uber was less than $10 to be where I trying to go. I went for a campus visit for my daughter, and this location is literally a stone’s throw away from UH and TSU. How was clean with modern appliances. I loved how big the beds were. My kids and I slept very comfortably. If you are apprehensive about staying in third ward, you shouldn’t judge. This place felt very secure with a locked gate before you get to the front patio. The hostess responded quickly with any questions I had. I loved how there was a hookah and firepit there (even thought I didn’t get to use). Will come back to stay here next time I’m in the H!
