This is one of the most beautiful Airbnbs we have ever had the pleasure of staying in. We were there for three nights, and it was a perfect home for us, exceeding our expectations. Snorre sent us clear and easy instructions on location, check-in, etc. The location was perfect for us -- a peaceful, quiet neighborhood, nearby cafes and shops, yet only a 10 minute walk to downtown. All of Bergen is hilly, and the neighborhoods are even more so. Despite this, we greatly enjoyed our walks in and around the area. Snorre's home is simply lovely, with entry on the ground level, a short flight up to the first floor bedroom, kitchen and living area, and another flight up to two more bedrooms, all perfect for our family of four. Beautiful furnishings and gorgeous, inspiring artwork everywhere! Very cozy and warm, yet sophisticated. The awesome stereo and extensive vinyl record collection were a source of great pleasure for us at the and of each day. Hope to stay here again in the future!

Trine’s apartment is in a very convenient location, just a 3-5 minute walk from the cable car station and Bryggen. There is a supermarket nearby, which is very convenient. Check-in was very easy, and the apartment is well-equipped with cooking utensils. The room is bright, the bed is very comfortable, and the living room and dining area are cozy. I highly recommend this apartment, and I would definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit.

We loved the house - it was an easy walk into town and there were some lovely cafes and restaurants nearby. It was very spacious for the 4 of us. I had a query about parking that Thomas responded to instantly - we parked in a covered garage a 5 minute walk from the apartment which was great. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept very well, it was a relaxing end to our Norwegian holiday :)

Exquisite! Henriette and Oda were amazing hosts. They thoughtfully decorated their beautiful apartment for the holidays and notified us of a rare northern lights sighting on New Year’s. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Upscale building. Short walk to a hilltop park, the university, grocery store, and city center. Extremely comfortable and luxurious—highly recommend!

Vi hadde eit svært fint opphald på denne staden i 5 døgn. Leilegheita hadde ein heimleg atmosfære og låg i eit stille og fredeleg område. Kommunikasjonen med verten gjekk heilt problemfritt. Alt vi trengde, var tilgjengeleg. Ein stor fordel var at utgangspunktet for fjellturane til Fløen og Ulriken låg i gangavstand frå huset – veldig praktisk for oss som likar å gå på tur. Eg vil absolutt anbefale denne verten til andre!

Har leigd av Aneta ved fleire høve i samband med studier på HVL. Det er ein behagleg og velkomen stad å bu, med gang avstand til skulen (ca.20min). Har budd der både aleine, med partner og denne gangen også med baby. Passar perfekt for oss.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans le logement de Mariann, le cadre est absolument magnifique. C'est une chance d'avoir un endroit aussi paisible et tranquille juste pour nous. La maison est superbe, les baies vitrées permettent de profiter de l'extérieur même en hiver. Malgré sa situation dans la vallée la route est parfaitement accessible en hiver et il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour sabler l'allée au besoin. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour, Mariann est prévenante et à l'écoute. Je ne peux que recommander ce logement d'exception ! Encore un grand merci pour votre accueil.

A place in a beautiful and peaceful area. Spacious and clean apartment. Clear instructions from the host of the house. It was a nice time. Thank you very much for your welcome. Of course I recommend it.

The little white house is a really great, cosy and traditional Norwegian home. it was a great find! About a 15 - 20 min walk from the train station and easy to access the tram. Thanks Christine for a lovely stay ☺️

Andre gang vi besøkte beverhuset, absolutt verdt å besøke!

Veldig fin og rolig plass. Gangavstand til fine turløyper og sentrum. Anbefaler denne på det sterkeste. Verten var hyggelig og svarte raskt

What a view. I mean, WHAT A VIEW! The home is very comfortable and well stocked with necessary kitchen items and linens. The beds were comfortable and the bedroom hallway has a door at the end which creates excellent sound proofing between the sleeping area and the kitchen/living room. The back garden is absolutely exquisite (the owners run a gardening shop I believe - and it shows what talents they are!). The owners were also very nice when we accidentally checked out late - we had the checkout time wrong. But they were super cool and understanding. Oh, and did I mention the view??? Amazing! :-) The little town down the road (about ten minutes downhill and fifteen minutes uphill) is charming. There’s a nice cafe and two groceries. The beach (also about 10 min away) is dotted with Adirondack chairs, picnic tables, and grills for public shared use. We really had a lovely time! I would definitely return again, and hope to do so soon. One note - there is a guest house on the same property that is also rented out. There’s a somewhat divided area of the garden for the guest house, so we barely noticed the other guests and it was no problem at all. But just wanted to note because we didn’t realize in advance.

Vakkert hus med fine omgivelser! Arve er en hyggelig og imøtekommende host som svarer på spørsmål og er tilgjengelig under oppholdet. Velutstyrt hus med god plass og mange soverom.

Vi var tre voksne og en hund som tilbrakte to netter hos Olaug. Hjemmet hennes er veldig koselig og har alt du trenger. Mange sengeplasser, stor sofa og stort spisebord. Nydelig hage med mye fugleliv, og fantastisk nærområde. Mye fine turområder i nærheten og. Kommunikasjon og innsjekk uten problemer. Vi kommer nok garantert tilbake. Takk for oss :)

Erin's place is a nicely equipped, modern apartment where I felt right at home. Excellent transport links to the city centre and surroundings (Bybanen and buses). Supermarkets in walking distance. Highly recommended 👍

We stayed at Hege’s place for nearly 5 days and found it the calm in the storm during a particularly wet period in Bergen. So easy to get to many key places in Bergen - and, of course, to get back to warm up and get dry 😉. We would love to visit again in better weather and enjoyed Bergen nonetheless.

Flott leilighet med to soverom, stort bad samt et lite toalett rom. Veldig flott innredning! Vi fikk en enkel seng i tillegg, for å unngå to i et soverom med dobbeltseng (jobbreise, 3 mann) Veldig greit med parkering rett på utsiden (men ikke tilgjengelig på dagtid) Fungerte finfint for oss dette!

I had a wonderful experience at Greger’s home. I was welcomed with a warm cup of ginger and honey tea, and I felt at home. We had a great talk in his well equiped kichen together with other guests and I can tell I made a new friend. Greger is an inspiration and his home is full of positive energy!

A charming apartment where I did feel home away from home. You have everything you need even for a longer stay. Convenient location with a 10-15 minutes bus ride or a good 40ish minutes walk to the fish market; bus station & a grocery store near by. Yngvild is very responsive and accommodating. I recommend this place and would rent it again if I would go back to Bergen.

Det var en veldig fin leilighet.Lett adgang til Haugesund sentrum. Nydelig utsikt mot Karmsundet. Flott utstyrt leilighet med gode senger. Kan trygt anbefale stedet til andre.

Henriette er ein super vert som svarer kjapt og legger til rette for eitt strålande fint opphold. Gode senger og dyner, gode såper og handklede. Alt godt tilrettelagt for å bu godt.
