Maison située au milieu des vignes et des oliviers. Calme avec vue sur mer et la montagne. Prestation de qualité avec de grands espaces intérieurs et extérieurs et surtout une piscine incroyablement grande. Excellent séjour.

Wir waren dort um Skitouren im Gran Sasso Gebiet zu gehen und auch zum Radfahren. Die Unterkunft war mit Gastherme und einer schönen Feuerstelle gut zu heizen. Das ist Mitte März wichtig. Es gibt einen wirklich schönen Wohnzimmerbereich mit dem offenen Kamin. Die schöne Terrasse mit Morgensonne hat einen guten Blick auf das Dorf. Eine gut ausgestattete Küche, 3 sehr große Schlafzimmer und Diele bieten ausreichend Platz. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wollen wieder kommen.

Même si on a pas fait cette voyage à cause de la grève du l'aéroport Charleroi Bruxelles, il était super compréhensible. merci d'avance pour tout, on espère pour un prochain fois.

We had a great stay at Robert and Joanna's guest house. We were warmly welcomed and immediately felt at home. They even provided some treats from their own garden. The accommodation is exactly as advertised and the view is possibly even better. We enjoyed the serenity and the beautiful scenery. Perfect to discover Monti Sibillini and go for a hike. You will also find several cosy villages nearby, like Penna San Giovanni and Sarnano. We would definitely come again!

Ho trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso a Ortona con la famiglia e amici, in un appartamento immerso nella campagna abruzzese. La zona è davvero tranquilla e circondata da una natura splendida, perfetta per chi cerca relax e serenità. La bellezza del paesaggio collinare e il silenzio intorno rendono questo luogo una vera oasi di pace. L’appartamento era ben curato e pulito, con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Gli spazi erano ampi e luminosi, e la vista sui dintorni offriva un vero spettacolo, soprattutto al tramonto. L’host è stato eccezionalmente disponibile e attento, pronto a rispondere a qualsiasi esigenza o dubbio. Ci ha anche dato ottimi consigli su cosa visitare nei dintorni, aiutandoci a scoprire alcuni dei luoghi più caratteristici della zona. La posizione dell’appartamento è strategica: in pochi minuti di auto si possono raggiungere i principali punti di interesse, dalle spiagge della costa dei Trabocchi, fino ai borghi storici!In definitiva consigliato!

La casa è immersa in un borgo ricco di storia, e si possono raggiungere a piedi sia il mare che il bosco circostante, facendo bellissime passeggiate. Siamo stati accolti dalla co-host Antonella che si è prodigata nell'aiutarci con i bagagli (la nostra auto era troppo grande e non siamo riusciti a entrare nella piazzetta di fronte alla casa). Il terra-tetto è stato oggetto di una ristrutturazione conservativa che ha rispettato i materiali originari ma che ha garantito un efficientamento importante, bagni nuovi, cucina nuova, riscaldamento eccellente considerando le tante stanze. La casa è accogliente, luminosa, ampia (tre camere e due bagni) e ci sono due splendidi terrazzi con una impareggiabile vista mare. Siamo stati benissimo e abbiamo apprezzato molto la vita all'interno del borgo.

We traveled with family, and this getaway proved to be the ideal space for bonding and relaxation. Whether it was enjoying morning coffee with the mountain view, exploring the surroundings, or simply unwinding in the cozy atmosphere, we cherished every moment. Jacopo was a great host and communicator. I arrived by train and he was gracious enough to pick me up at the station as well as making arrangements for my pick up at the end of my stay. the apartment is like new and freshly done on the inside. Best of all is a great and spacious outdoor deck where you can enjoy the evening overlooking the ocean. There are plenty of restaurants and a great supermarket within a short walking distance. And accessing the ocean along which is a dedicated walk and bike lane is within about 5’ walking distance. Great place!!!

Livia e Roberto sono stati ottimi host, gentili e disponibili ad aiutarci, dai consigli sui ristoranti ai medicinali quando non siamo stati bene. L’alloggio è pulito e confortevole come da foto, e soprattutto dispone di un grazioso giardino con vista sul mare e con il giusto spazio dedicato agli ospiti. Per soggiornare nell’appartamento è bene avere a disposizione un’auto, che può essere comodamente parcheggiata nella via senza costi aggiuntivi. Non lontani si trovano facilmente negozi e supermercati. Il nostro soggiorno è stato piacevole e lo consiglio a chi visita Montesilvano e l’Abruzzo.

Sono rimasta piacevolmente colpita dalla permanenza nell’appartamento di Manuela. L’appartamento si presenta esattamente come mostrato, spazioso, luminoso, pulito, ben fornito e ben posizionato. Manuela è amichevole e attenta, una persona veramente gentile e solare. L’ambiente intorno alla casa è molto carino, si arriva a piedi in spiaggia e nei migliori ristoranti, è tutto a portata di mano! Peccato essere rimasta solo pochi giorni, sarei rimasta volentieri qualche giorno in più, soprattutto perché nell’appartamento di Manuela ci si sente davvero a casa! Consiglio vivamente!

La casa immersa tra gli ulivi crea un’atmosfera di relax nel silenzio assoluto il tutto contornato da una vista davvero meritevole. L’appartamento è ben fornito di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno (stoviglie, asciugamani…). Bruno è stato un host molto gentile e sempre pronto ad aiutarci! I posti da lui consigliati ci hanno lasciato piacevolmente soddisfatti.

This was a magical experience. I cannot imagine a kinder and more helpful host than Kevin, and I can’t imagine a more magical location. Great advice on things to do in the area and incredibly helpful in terms of getting us oriented and “plugged in” in Capestrano.

Dziękujemy za pobyt. Wszystko było bardzo dobrze zorganizowane, a kontakty na winnice i atrakcje wspaniałe. Dobry apartamet na jesień, ze świetnym ogrzewaniem i można się poczuć jak w domu z wszystkimi udogodnieniami. Mam prośbę na następną wizytę - brakuje kieliszków do grappy, która jak wiadomo jesienią smakuje lepiej :)

Sono stata con mio marito ed i nostri due bimbi dopo capodanno e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Casa ottima per una famiglia. In centro paese(si può girare a piedi) e ben divisa. Assunta meravigliosa e disponibilissima in tutto, anche nel dare consigli su dive mangiare e dive andare in giro. La casa super pulita(la biancheria aveva un ottimo profumo di pulito e fresco) e non mamcava assolutamente nulla, sia in cucina che nel resto della casa. È infatti super attrezzata di tutto e con una colazione a darci il ben venuto buonissima. La straconsiglio e sicuramente ci torneremo più volte.

Die Wohnung und die Terrasse waren sehr schön. Nur ein Katzensprung vom Meer entfernt. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden immer wieder gern kommen.

This place had a breathtaking view and is very spacious with 4 terraces. The photos really don't do justice, but it actually is a two-story penthouse on the top of an apartment with a living room, kitchen, bathroom in the first floor and two bedrooms, another bathroom, and a family room in the second. Luigi was very responsive and kind. The neighborhood is quiet and a nearby restaurant (Ristorante La Locanda del Conte) served amazing Norcina pasta and arrosticini, highly recommended. The scenery is so beautiful that we regretted not booking the place for multiple nights. Just one note, there is a rude neighbor in the apartment, but he apparently is rude to everybody, so don't feel too hurt. And there is no wifi in the house, so be aware of that!

We arrived mid September after spending some time in Rome and the Amalfi and needed a relaxing time Which the location and Milas apartment provided. The location is quiet, beech Awsome you can walk for miles and we did. Inside the apartment we didn’t want for anything. A great experience for our first Airbnb 👍 thanks Mila.

Cosy apartment surrounded by nature and trees which is very important to us. Unfortunately it rained most of the time we spent there but still we found the time to enjoy good food and drive around the area. Adriano really goes the extra mile to ensure we had a good experience and stay, very friendly and responsive. You can tell being a host is his passion.

Schön eingerichtete 3 Zimmer Wohnung wo man alles hat was man brauch.Kinderbett ,hochstuhl und Kinderwagen sowie Spielzeug wurde alles gestellt. Wir nehmen sonst alles mit was diesmal nicht nötig war da einfach alles vorhanden war.(Shampoo/duschgel/toilettenpapier/kaffee usw) Zudem sehr modern eingerichtet und super sauber. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2 Stockwerk die man gut zu Fuß oder mit dem Lift erreichen kann. Der Balkon ist auch riesig,dieser geht komplett um die Wohnung herum sodass man einen schönen Meerblick durch die Gasse hat und abends den Sonnenuntergang genießen kann. Das Meer ist ca 50 Meter entfernt und es ist einfach ein schöner Sandstrand mit flachen Eingang sodass auch kleine Kinder im Wasser Spaß haben können.2 liegen und ein Sonnenschirm sind vorhanden.Das Meer befindet sich entlang einer Promenade wo man zahlreiche Restaurant Möglichkeiten hat. Trotzdem ist es in der Wohnung sehr ruhig sodass man kein Autolärm hört. Marina antwortet schnell bei Fragen vielen Dank

Angela und Massimilliano sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Fragen zwischendurch auch mal nach ob alles in Ordnung ist oder was fehlt. Da sie selbst auch im Haus wohnen sind sie schnell bei Problemen vor Ort. Die Kommunikation ist recht schnell. Zur Wohnung Der Ausblick ist einfach phänomenal. Man sollte sich aber vorher im klaren sein das man im 15. Stock ist und das Geländer ist etwas mehr als hüfthoch. Ansonsten alles positiv die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was für tägliche Bedürfnisse reicht. Küche, Waschmaschine, Fön, Grundausstattung und vieles mehr. Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren frisch. Unser Hund war auch sehr willkommen. Das Café im ersten Stock hat eine gute Auswahl morgens zum Kaffee und wir haben dort jeden Abend unseren Absacker genossen. Der Parkplatz ist abgeschlossen und kostenlos. Zum Strand sind es wenige Gehminuten. Über die Straße und schon da. Wir haben unseren Urlaub genossen und kommen gerne wieder.
