I've been Airbnbing for a decade, and Randy and Beth's place is definitely my favorite. I've been here several times. Their house is lovely, clean and in a peaceful location. The neighborhood is very walkable, and I enjoyed a couple of evening power walks through the custom homes. It's close to a main thoroughfare, yet far enough away so that the street noise is adequately muffled. Randy and Beth are kind and always ready for a chat. They've got two sweet kitties who made me laugh while eating dinner. If you're seeking a quiet place with all the touches of home, look no further than here. You'll love it.

Great spot I’ll book again in the future

Everything was great about the place. The only small area that could use a small improvement is the cooking pans. Other than that everything was excellent! We’ll definitely book again for our next volleyball tournament in the area! Thank you!

Cozy little spot with everything you need for a weekend getaway. Plenty of extra blankets and creature comforts to allow for an enjoyable stay. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed to cook. Though we didn't use them, we noticed a washer and dryer as well as some fun games.

We truly enjoyed our stay here and were impressed by the exceptional quality of service and attention to detail throughout our visit. The accommodations were comfortable and well-appointed, providing a relaxing and welcoming environment. Our experience exceeded expectations, and we look forward to returning in the future. We enjoyed our stay. The place is clean and Otilia responded to my questions promptly. The unit is spacious - larger than I was expecting! It’s very close to the beautiful river trail too, which we took advantage of. Since this is a downstairs unit I would recommend bringing earplugs if you are a light sleeper, as you can hear the pitter patter of little feet upstairs.

Serguei was a wonderful and kind host. He was very responsive and very proactive. The studio itself was very clean, very comfortable, and very nice. Check in was easy and the hosts were very accommodating. I would definitely book again!

I loved everything about this Airbnb, the pool, the hot tub, the fire pit, the chickens, the bed, the tub and shower. Stephanie was a great host, very helpful. Every question I had, she answered quickly. I enjoyed my stay and will visit again. 10/10 ⭐️

The place was Beautiful, The only problem I seen was up and down the stairs to go into the place and go to the pool. It was hard for us. The pool was beautiful. The hot tub was great. The waterfalls was awesome. House was clean. Thanks to Jeannot To helping us carry our stuff When we got there and taking it back up when we left. We really appreciated your help with that. Highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Sacramento. This location is walkable to many restaurants and bars. It’s a well utilized space with high ceilings and plenty of room. The water pressure in the shower is amazing. The bed is super comfy! The host is extremely attentive and responds quickly.

Perfect location in a safe neighborhood near everything we needed. A comfortable and cute place with a nice little kitchenette to warm your take out and fix a cup of coffee. Good for a weekend with easy parking and shopping nearby.

A great place with a wonderful host. The green belt space out the back door was perfect for a nice nature walk. Wild turkeys ran around the yard every day. I would stay here again.

We stayed at Naomi’s studio apartment with our 4-month old son for a week while visiting Davis. The studio has everything we needed as a family for the week! The area is quiet and residential, but still walking distance to grocery stores and a nice local park. The bikes were very useful to allow me to cycle to campus daily - a beautiful cycle along cycle paths and through the arboretum. Naomi was welcoming and communicative throughout our stay. I would recommend this Airbnb for anyone needing to stay in Davis for a short or long visit.

This is out 2nd stay at Sandeep’s place Sandeep is very responsive to text and with communication about house access and house information. He responded quickly in bringing a few needed items. The space is comfortable and perfect for our needs. We would definitely recommend Sandeep’s place and hope to stay again the next time we are in Roseville.
