Vielen Dank für den super Aufenthalt, Christine! Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche zu zweit bei dir in deinem kleinen aber sehr feinen Apartment. Die Kommunikation im Vorhinein & die Erreichbarkeit während des Aufenthaltes war sehr gut. Vielen Dank außerdem für die vielen Tipps vor Ort. Das Apartment hatte alles, was man zum Leben braucht und ist Bestens ausgestattet. Zudem war es auch sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Bis bald Christine

Serena ed Alessandro sono stati gentilissimi nell'anticipare il check-in, nonostante l'avessimo programmato più tardi. Sono stati anche molto disponibili nell'indicarci dei posti da visitare e ristoranti dove poter mangiare alcuni piatti tipici. L'appartamento è molto accogliente, pulito e spazioso, posizionato in pieno centro di San Vincenzo. Situato davvero a pochi passi dal mare e dalla via principale piena di locali, dove è possibile passeggiare e sperimentare ogni giorno un posto nuovo.

We had a wonderful few days in this lovely seaside apartment at the beginning of November, and were very lucky with the warm weather so we could make the most of the beach and sunny Terrace. The location was a great base for a day trip to Pisa. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed. Federico was a very responsive and helpful host! We‘ll definitely consider a return visit!

Emanuala was there to meet us and let us enter the appartment. Great contact via whats app all the time. The appartment is pretty nice, clean and has everything we need. The garden/terasse is great to have the meals outside and give some rooms for the kids to play. Especially we liked the outdoor shower which is great after coming from the beach. San vincento close by car/bike or 30min walk is a nice little beach city with a lot of restaurants, gelato and harbour. The close by beach, restaurants and nice cities to visit is al we needed to made our stay really lovely. Thanks Emanuela, high chance we will come back again;)

L’appartamento è in una delle zone più belle e più comode di Livorno: nella piccola ‘Venezia’ con canali e barche, vicino al porto e nel centro città, con i migliori ristoranti sotto casa. L’appartamento è in uno stabile appena ristrutturato (come lo stesso appartamento) con uno stile moderno, essenziale e molto comodo. La pulizia è impeccabile. Vi torneremo sicuramente.

Loved the location as it is close to the town center and in a private building. The view from the apartment is great also, seeing the ocean every morning is always a plus. Elio was kind, friendly, and responsive. He never hesitated to accommodate my needs. The pricing is a great deal compared to the surrounding hotels/resorts, and you get a kitchen and washer so huge plus for longer stays.

Absolutely stunning place. We fell in love with the apartment, the house, the whole condominium and the surroundings. Matteo is a very nice person, he was always helpful. The apartment is very comfortable, large, very well equipped, quiet and safe. Trouble-free parking in front of the house, everything inside the fenced area, so absolutely safe. The surroundings are amazing...a short walk to a large and long beach, a short walk to a wonderful large forest, which is great for walks. A restaurants and a supermarkets are also very close. We really liked it here and are already thinking about when we will return there. Thank You.

We had a fabulous time at Emmy and Jan’s place. The apartment is modern, clean and spacious. The well equipped kitchen made it possible to cook meals easily. The air condition units worked beautifully and was much needed. The location is central with restaurants, shops and the beach within 10 -12 minutes walking distance. Emmy was very responsive and help resolved a couple of minor issues quickly. She also kindly let us have a later check out time which helped us tremendously. We would happily stay in the apartment again if we come back to Tirrenia. Thank you once again for hosting us!

Die Wohnung ist optimal für eine 4 köpfige Familie geeignet. Es fehlt an nichts, wie die anderen Rezensionen schon beschrieben haben. Frederica war durchgehend erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit, wenn in den ersten Tagen Fragen aufkamen. Den grossen, schönen Garten haben wir auch sehr genossen und dort auch öfter die zwei Hunde, die Katze und die drei Schildkröten angetroffen. Die Fahrräder eignen sich für kurze Strecken innerhalb von Marina. Vielen Dank auch an Cristina, die ebenfalls immer gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit war. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Die Wohnung in Cecina Mare liegt wunderbar in einem ruhigen Quartier, von dem es aber nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuss zur Strandpromenade sind und dort findet sich alles, was man von einem charmanten italienischen Badeort erwarten kann. Man merkt, dass die Gastgeberin ihre Wohnung schätzt und pflegt, die kleine Küche läd zum kochen ein, das Bad ist makellos, die Betten sehr bequem. Alles technische und mechanische funktioniert einwandfrei, auch die Heizung ist für Besuche im Herbst und Winter kräftig genug , um für eine angenehme Raumtemperatur zu sorgen. Maria ist sehr herzig und besorgt um das Wohl ihrer Gäste, die Verständigung ist Dank digitaler TranslatorApps kein Problem. Der kleine Garten mit den vielen Pflanzen und dem grossen Olivenbaum lässt eine träumen, hie und da kommt eine Katze oder ein Vogel zu Besuch, oder es grüsst ein Nachbar über die Mauer.

We were greeted in person - a pleasant experience. More peesonal than a self-checkin. Got a bottle of wino as a welcoming gift. Very thoughtful. Would definitely return :)

Traumhaft! Wir waren für ein paar Tage in dieser wunderschönen Unterkunft. Die Aussicht ist ein Traum, der Blick aufs Meer unbeschreiblich. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Matratzen sehr bequem und die beiden Badezimmer mit Dusche ausgestattet. Zu viert super machbar. Man sollte allerdings beachten, dass es zu der Unterkunft ca 45 steile Stufen sind und man nicht direkt vor der Haustür parken kann. Für uns kein Problem. Wir fanden die Privatsphäre top. Einziger Punkt welchen wir ändern würden, wäre eine Kaffeemaschine welche richtig funktioniert z.b. Filter Maschine oder eine nespresso. Sonst war wirklich alles super und Camilla ist eine perfekte Gastgeberin. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Super schöne Gegend. Wunderschöner Pool und super liebe Gastgeber. Die Anreise war kein Problem auch die etwas beschwerliche Straße war nach der 2 Auffahrt kein Problem mehr. Würde ich nur nicht mit einem tiefgelegtem Auto empfehlen 😉. Die Gastgeber waren bereits Vorort und der Check in war ein Träumchen und auch jederzeit zu erreichen. Werden definitiv wieder kommen. Absolute Empfehlung. 🫶

I stayed here with my fiancé and it was the perfectly charming little seaside spot for us for our quick trip to Livorno. There were several spots nearby available for drinking, eating and coffee and the seaside was magnificent even with dreary weather. It was very well appointed and cost and the lovely lemons from Giovanna’s garden and the fresh flowers were such a sweet touch and really made it extra nice! Giovanna was so sweet and recommended places for us to try and even offered to make reservations for us. I would stay here again!

Il villino è davvero grazioso e fedele alle immagini allegate alla descrizione. La tenuta è circondata da uno splendido giardino, da cui si vedeno le colline circostanti. La piscina è stata pulita ogni giorno ed è davvero una chicca del casale. In zona ci sono bellissimi borghi e il lungo mare è a 5 minuti di macchina. Susanna è stata una host eccezionale, possiede la perfetta armonia tra l’essere professionale ed amichevole. Ha sempre risposto tempestivamente alle nostre richieste e ci ha accolto con molta cortesia e attenzione. Speriamo di tornare presto in questa terra baciata dal sole e di soggiornare di nuovo in una struttura gestita da Susanna.

Assolutamente consigliato! Posizione perfetta con vista sulla terrazza, che regala splendidi tramonti. Appartamento come da descrizione, non manca praticamente nulla. Martina e il suo babbo sono stati molto disponibili e reattivi nella comunicazione. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Posizione pazzesca. E' totalmente in centro. L'alloggio è nella parte pedonale di San Vincenzo ma i parcheggi sono comodi ed a due minuti a piedi. E anche se la casa è in centro non subisce il rumore della gente. Anzi. La casa è carina e funzionale. Cose non troppo apprezzabili: avendo soggiornato con l'inizio di settembre il traffico ferroviario aumenta e nella stanza matrimoniale si sente abbastanza. Fino al 1/9 i passaggi erano decisamente ridotti. La doccia scarica male, peccato. Però è un problema semplice da risolvere. Il bagno è nel centro dell'appartamento ed è cieco. C'è una ventola per il ricambio d'aria ma non sempre basta soprattutto se gli ospiti sono numerosi. Però nell'appartamento non manca veramente nulla e Massimo è superdisponibile in tutto.

I had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The apartment was spotless, felt very welcoming, and had absolutely everything we could ask for. Highly recommend!

Wir haben uns hier zu viert sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Appartement war sauber und Fabio war stets erreichbar, wenn wir eine Frage hatten. Die Anlage inklusive Pool war sehr schön und die Nähe zu Meer, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten perfekt, um voll und ganz entspannen zu können. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Die Wohnung super gelegen. Kleine aber sehr moderne und schöne Wohnung. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Super mit dem Hafen vor der Haustüre.

I are warmly welcomed by Silvia and the appartment ist very lovely and cozy. There is beautiful see and forest for us to relax only few steps away. There is nothing to complain everything is perfect. Silvia is very nice and kind. I would definitely recommend this appartment. I wish we could stay here longer.

Prijemné bývanie, trochu strmé schody hore ale nám to nevadilo. Apartmán bol super vybavený, potešil nás kávovar aj s kapsulami. Laura bola veľmi nápomocná a dala nám dobré informácie aj o okolí. Je trochu problém s parkovaním priamo pred domom. Ale zaparkovali sme bez problémov trochu ďalej.
