This property was exactly as described and pictured! Clean, cozy and comfortable are the three words that best describe it. Matthew was friendly and responsive. His communication was prompt and helpful! Would definitely recommend this property and Matthew as a host!

The home was exactly as pictured, and Randi was very responsive when I had questions. We enjoyed the amount of space in the home. It is hard to for a family to be cramped in a hotel room when traveling. This AirBnB was so much better than staying in a hotel room! This home was excellent and will be on our radar in the future.

We had a great stay at The Sanctuary - such an interesting place! I would love to know more about the church's history. Everything is clean and comfortable and it worked well for our family.

Great place to stay.

I loved that this location was 0.3 miles from the Arc of the Appalachia, which was a nice place to hike. Unfortunately our family and the other family we were going with separately had health issues needing us to reschedule our original dates. Meredith was generous in allowing rescheduling. Cute kids spaces with plenty of toys and games for the kids to dive into.

This was a wonderful place to stay! Just outside of town so it was quite and peaceful, but close enough to get to all of our family in town. It was clean and comfortable, and the host was wonderful at communicating with us. Would definitely stay there again.

We spend a weekend in Chillicothe about once every 12 to 18 months and prefer to stay close to Paint and Water Streets. We found Seth's place (The Study) and booked it based on location (very walkable, amenities, comfort, and price) - it hit all the marks when looking at Airbnb rentals. When we checked in, the instructions were very clear and covered all of the basics plus some beneficial nuances. The place matched the description and photos, and was well appointed for relaxing, sleeping, etc. It was a 5 out of 5 for us and we will definitely look for a vacancy at Seth's place (The Study) again, or one of his other listings. Seth was very communicative and proactive, and sought feedback following our stay. Great host!

This place was awesome. We actually chose Chillicothe as a place to stay in the middle of two other locations we had planned to visit for the weekend. However, we will now be looking for events and things to do closer to Chillicothe just to come back and stay here. This place has also given us some inspiration on how we would like to renovate our basement. Loved the open concept, exposed brick and bicycle theme. I highly recommend this place.

I stayed at Tony’s place while in town for work. It has a comfortable bed and is in a quiet alley with one apartment next door. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook my own meals. I feel like it was a good price and would definitely stay again.

Our second time staying here. Great location for visiting family and Chillicothe. We had a good stay. Nice and clean. Quiet spot and easy to find. I appreciate the nice towels and coffee.

My best experience with Airbnb! Brandi was amazing and so was the place. The definition of hospitality and I felt welcomed and very much at home during my time here. Central location with lots of things to do and eat. The place was exactly like the pictures very clean. We enjoyed our stay and strongly recommend staying with Brandi.

Convenient, comfortable space in downtown Chillicothe. We enjoyed exploring the downtown area and would stay in The Loft again.
