Jess is a great host and this is a great place. Cozy but spacious. Stylish in a low key way and very comfortable. A nice front and back yard and a lot across the street full of trees. Restaurants, cafes, bars, movie theater, coffee shop, and bowling alley — all part of Jackson’s vibrant and pleasant Fondren neighborhood— are an easy walk just up the street. Jess is a wonderful and warm person who makes everything easy. I highly recommend this place.

I don’t think there is anything that I could say negative about the house or the host! Hosts were super responsive. Great location. The house was so clean! There was no clutter and extra stuff. Just nice open clean rooms. Just homey enough to feel comfortable, but not feel like you were invading someone’s space. Everything you could need and then some. The HUGE tub was AWESOME. The kitchen was well stocked with all the things. My grandson is in the NICU at Children’s and my daughter and son-in-law have been staying in the NICU with him. We were able to give them a weekend in a real bed, some home cooked meals, and some relaxation. The house was perfect for us to just unwind and spend some family time. We might have to vacation in Jackson just to stay here again!!!! Thanks to the hosts!

We had a wonderful stay at Steve’s place! The house was very clean and the kitchen very well stocked with cooking essentials. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. The location was perfect, there is a Kroger 2 minutes away just around the corner. Steve was very responsive and friendly. Would stay here again if we’re ever back in town!

Robyn’s place is very cute, smartly furnished and in a beautiful old part of Jackson. Very clean with plenty of amenities and close to many things to do and see. She communicated with me excellently. Reasonably priced.

The place was perfect! Quiet neighborhood yet easy access to anything you could want or need. I felt at home for the 5 weeks I was there. I would recommend Art and his crew without hesitation.

This was for our family gathering for Thanksgiving. Victoria has helped us find a home in the past and she came through again this year. I seek out her properties because they are always clean. She is quick to respond and has always made it clear that she will be available should we have a problem of any sort. The house was adequate for our needs and it was clean and nice. We will be using Victoria for as long as she has something available for us! She is great!

Kathy and Bill ate great hosts. had another wonderfully peaceful stay. It is my oasis during my work trip. Peaceful surroundings allow me to recharge and relax.

What an amazing home! The location was perfect, the views were amazing and I loved the book collection upstairs. Kim was responsive and helpful throughout and we would absolutely choose this home again for our next trip to the reservoir. Thank you!

Ashleigh is a good host very clear and kind. My friends and I enjoyed celebrating my birthday here its such a good find. And the beds felt like I was sleeping on a cloud they were so soft:)

Quin did a great job keeping us informed and also handling the few minor issues that came up during our stay. Everything was communicated well, resolved immediately, and very professional. I would rent from Quin again. They made it easy to arrive, easy to stay, and exiting was a breeze. Very nice property; kept up well. Thank you, Quin!

Overall the place was perfect for our visit. The surroundings were AMAZING and peaceful including the pond and pool. We felt right at home. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and extras. We would definitely return to this location to fully use the amenities and we appreciate you sharing your place with us.

Absolutely lovely stay! Had to book last minute (20 minutes prior to arrival) on CHRISTMAS DAY and our host was there to help us. Super host for sure. Very kind and helpful. Recommended local restaurants and local stores. House was in fabulous condition, neat and cozy. Kids played in the backyard and the view in the evenings from the front porch is gorgeous. Nice big beds, screened in back porch with a swing, a carport too. Washer and dryer, Keurig (lifesaver), internet, blankets to cuddle up with, beast of a ceiling fan in the master bedroom. Plenty of seating for my family of 5. It was nicely decorated for the holidays and such a pleasant surprise for our arrival on Christmas day. Would definitely stay again if we're in the area. I also forgot some items and she was incredibly helpful to make sure they found their way back home. 10/10 recommend.

Lovely home! Plenty of open space for family time! Close to the water and the views are perfect in the area! Kroger near by, along with plenty of things to do and restaurants to visit! It was perfect for our weekend vacation to see my husband’s family. Only negative thing we saw, there’s a few cracks throughout the home seem to be a foundation issue didn’t interfere with our stay by any means just very noticeable upon arrival.

Outstanding host was able to book me at last minute and made sure place was clean and comfortable. I appreciate the fact that he took time to drive to the house before arriving to make sure it was in the best shape for his guess. Shout out to the host for doing an awesome job. Thanks Again

Cabin is absolutely perfect for families. Located in such a beautiful, serene area. We would definitely stay again. Hosts were great!

She’s absolutely the easiest person to talk with. Always takes care of every issue and quick to respond. We will always stay in one of her places when we are in the Jackson area.
