We enjoyed our stay here in cooks hill. Fabulous location. Walking distance to everything we needed. The kitchen was great to cook a nice meal. We would book again for sure!

This was the second time we stayed at Naomi’s place and it was just as good as the first time round. Naomi was also very responsive and helpful when our travel plans needed changing at the last minute. We’ll be back again.

Moira’s apartment was a fabulous spot to spend Christmas - it was clean and well stocked and she had gone the extra mile with Christmas decorations and even a couple of gifts under the tree! Her communication was excellent and I would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone needing a spot to stay in Newcastle. Thanks Moira!

We had a wonderful stay at Bianca’s. The location was perfect, easily walkable to cafés, restaurants, harbour walk, beach, lighthouse, etc. The apartment was very well supplied with dishes and appliances. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony, having a drink, and listening to and watching the birds at dusk. We had a kookaburra that sat each evening on a branch right by the balcony. We would definitely stay again.

From the moment I booked, they were incredibly responsive and helpful, providing all the necessary details to make my arrival smooth. The space itself is beautifully designed, blending modern decor with cozy touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the living area was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as local guidebooks and a selection of teas and coffees. Location-wise, their place could not be better situated. Just a short walk away from the city center, I had easy access to shops, restaurants, and the stunning waterfront. I also enjoyed the nearby parks and green spaces for a leisurely stroll. The residence was spacious enough for 4 adults and our two infants, who we often struggle to fit in our room when travelling. The place was spotless and had everything we needed to our short stay! Nicole was a great host, super responsive and flexible!

This little house is very cute, comfy and cosy. Maree went to so much trouble to make sure you had everything you needed. The chocolates and sweets were perfect Marees house is very cute. She has added so much personality to it to make it feel like home. The kitchen is well stocked with teas and coffees, biscuits and treats. We really loved our little stay. The pull out sofa bed was comfy too. Definitely recommend for a couple or two single people.

Everything was just on spot . We really like staying and everyone enjoyed Quiet and peaceful and the view is just amazing. Everything is 10 minutes away from the property which makes it easy if you need anything. Really recommending. Rachel the host was super friendly and we really appreciate her help.

We had a wonderful stay! Ola and Barn truly thought of every detail, making our experience so much more enjoyable. The kids’ room was a highlight—complete with a toy box full of hours of entertainment! We even had beautiful Christmas decorations throughout the house that made the holiday extra special. It felt like they went above and beyond to create a welcoming, thoughtful space for our entire family. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could possibly need, from all sorts of plates and dishes for our antipasto platter to even the tiniest things you might forget—like a screwdriver! We were so grateful for that, especially when we realized we needed it to add batteries to the kids’ Christmas presents. The little touches made all the difference, and it felt like the hosts were truly invested in ensuring we had a perfect stay. Very peaceful place to stay, the water is beautifully calming as are the cute family of ducks that come to say hello. We didn’t have a chance to use the kayaks but it’s really lovely to have the option as the water looked amazing to paddle out on. View from the main bedroom is lovely in the morning. Had a couple small hiccups which the hosts were extremely responsive with, which was very appreciated :-)

Our stay was great, the location is perfect, close to the park, short drive to main restaurants, shops and cafes. Laura was friendly and helpful.
