Twin Shepherd's Huts with lovely views & sunsets across the valley - perfect for families wanting a glamping experience. The main hut has en-suite shower room with flushing loo, kitchen, table and king size bed and wood-burning stove. The family hut has a bench seating area that converts to king size bed & 2 single bunks. Outside there is loo shed with flushing loo & wash hand basin. Both huts are fully insulated, heated - lovely all year round. Guests need to bring their own sheets and towels

Red Kite Barn occupies a beautiful setting in the heart of the Sussex countryside in both the High Weald and an AONB. This stunning hand-crafted cabin is the master piece of a highly talented Sussex craftsman. It is constructed using sustainable oak, chestnut and ash from the surrounding woods. It is full of gorgeous bespoke detailing, for example the entrance to the cabin is inspired by a sea cave in Cornwall. It's secret location is like another world, up on a bank above a winding stream in the dappled light of old oak trees. The air is full of bird song and deer run freely all around.

It is the ideal place to turn off that phone and unwind with your glass of your favourite tipple in the woodfired hot tub underneath the big starry sky.

We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
