Emily was a very welcoming host and was responsive through out. Pool area is kind of a common shared area (between host's house and the airbnb house ). Although the airbnb's house had a designated private deck area for the guests. The host never used the pool area at the same time while we were using, so it was exclusively for us to use. I would surely come back again. Me and friends enjoyed our stay.

Andy’s house was peaceful and cosy, and close to the old town of Hastings pubs and eateries, without being right in the thick of it. We had great company from Blue the cat who made us feel right at home, and the kitchen was a delightful living space for us in the evening. Bed was super comfy and the whole house was warm despite it being a windy, chilly day. Can’t fault and would love to return for a longer stay!

We had a really lovely stay with our family. The house is lovely and it's in an ideal location for visiting the nearby seaside towns. We would definitely recommend to others and will no doubt end up staying again ourselves.

This was the perfect house for a family weekend together. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. We were lucky enough to have fantastic weather and enjoyed the comfortable garden furniture. The garden was safe for my toddler grand daughter. When we wanted to go out it was an easy walk to the Hove cafes etc and to the beach. We had a really relaxing time and would love to come again.

Perfect house - we were a group of 8 old friends reuniting with a weekend away and it couldn’t have been a better place. Clean spacious house, super comfortable beds and great kitchen area with lovely garden for BBQs and ping pong table was great. Walking distance to the beach and Rye just a bit further. Will be back!!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this charming comfortable cottage. We appreciated the clear directions and photographs. The host was always quick to respond to any queries. The cottage was extremely well equipped and beautifully presented. We were grateful for the extras. For example teas, coffees etc plus lovely bathroom soaps, shampoo etc. Although the weather did not allow, the pretty garden areas looked delightful. It is in a quiet location but an easy walk to the village amenities.

Glenn and Anita's place was a perfect weekend getaway from London. The airbnb was right in the centre of town and very convenient to local pubs, shopping, cafes etc. The living room was perfect for our night in next to the fire on the large chesterfield sofas. Glenn and Anita's were very responsive and clear in there communications. Would highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The flat was so quiet and peaceful. It was even bigger than it looked in the photos too. The bed was so comfortable, we slept like a log! The kitchen was really well equipped. We loved the area and it was walking distance to all the amenities. Would stay again.

Overlooking the sea whatever the weather, never failed to lift our spirits. We were lucky to have lots of sunshine and moonshine - both glorious in the apartment. The heating worked great. We felt spoilt and grand. The coffee, eggs, bread and butter was a lovely start to each day. The bed linen was crisp, the beds are massive. The bathroom is STUNNING! Top stay.

Great apartment in a beautiful building. Our second visit so its like a home from home, very comfortable and well designed, with everything you need. A great spot from which to visit The Pantiles.

I stayed in Alexandre‘s apartment with my ten year old son and we both fell in love with the place at first sight. The high ceilings, the old wooden floor, the furniture, the views - everything is beautiful. Alexandre’s taste is exceptionally good. The view into the backyard, which is full of trees, is totally soothing. While having breakfast, we spotted squirrels, birds and two foxes strolling around. Alexandre was very helpful and always replied within very short time. We also appreciated the area very much. There are some really good cafés - and the Asian restaurants on Preston Street are just amazing. My son said, he could „eat in this street for the rest of his life.“ I almost agreed. ;) Hope to come back one day! Thank you, Alexandre!

stayed in Julie's flat for 2 nights it was very nice, clean and comfortable plenty of on street parking available too. There are a lot of stairs to climb which some people might find a challenge though but worth it when you get to the top though.

What a great place to stay! The flat was lovely and light and airy, despite being a basement flat. It had everything you needed - the kitchen was well equipped and having the table to eat at was great. The lounge area is spacious and comfy and perfect for sitting and chatting or watching a film or two. Both rooms are well laid out and have space for everything. The beds were very comfy and we both slept very well. Having 2 en-suites was a real treat! The showers were both excellent too. I was visiting Brighton to see my daughter at uni, who stayed with me for the week and had an essay to write, so we really appreciated the good wifi as well as the desk and table areas to work on. It meant that we could both work without getting in each other's way. The location is very close to the sea for a walk along the prom, parking was very easy just across the road (payable via app between 8pm & 9am) & the area is lovely and peaceful. The communication with the owners was also excellent!

Abi's apartment is super sweet! It is spacious and light and located in a quiet road, only 15 minutes walk to Brighton and a 5 minutes -slow- walk to the beach. I have had the loveliest long weekend there and will book again in the future.

Not only was Lisa super helpful and friendly but the accomodation itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, well stocked and had wonderful, thoughtful additions. Will definitely be booking again

Jeani’s place was perfect for our friend’s bridal weekend, the house is gorgeous and the rooms are so comfortable. The kitchen also has absolutely everything you need. We went for a lovely walk on the beach and took a short taxi to Rye for brunch then to Tillingham Winery. Highly recommend for a girls’ weekend!

We loved our stay at Little Rock. The location is stunning, with so much open space and beautiful views. It truly is a special place. The house itself is huge, and well kitted out, with everything a family could need. Stuart is a wonderful host, and was always helpful and responsive. We loved it so much, we are already planning our next visit! Thank you

We had a lovely stay for NYE at Ingram House! The bar area was a great space to relax in and the dining room and lounge area were also lovely. There was plenty of space and it was very comfortable! Highly recommend a stay here!
