Just perfect. 🌟 From the personalised welcome sign, treats (for us and the dogs) and an absolutely spotlessly clean home. Used as a base for walking around Rutland and can highly recommend to anyone looking to do the same. Lovely secure garden for the dogs to enjoy. Comfy living room, big shower and lovely comfy bed. Plus there is a pub 2mins down the road. Will be back !!

What can I say. One if the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in. Very cosy, communication was on point. Hot tub was fantastic. Well definitely stay again and recommend to others.

We stayed at Carol’s place as a halfway meeting point for our family who are located across the country and it was the perfect find for a weekend of spending time together cooking and getting out for walks and a pint in the beautiful local country side. Carol’s place was absolutely beautiful, sparkling clean, decorated to perfection and with everything you could wish for and more. The facilities were amazing and the stay included absolutely everything we could have ever needed. Carol and her husband were on hand for anything that we needed and were keen to ensure we had a brilliant stay - they were so helpful & friendly and absolutely wonderful hosts. We are already planning our next stay at Carol’s place and would whole heartedly recommend to anyone considering making a booking. Thank you so much, Carol, for a wonderful family weekend.

My family and I had a great stay at Beech Lodge. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings with great nearby walks along the canal. Comfortable, clean and spacious lodge with a nice private decked area. Rob was a great host and very responsive.

Overall, the stay was great and comfortable. On the day of check in we did have problems with the heating as we were from India and weather is very different, however it was promptly addressed by the Host and rest of the stay was comfortable. Marlena was always there to help us. We were having a bit of difficulty checking in, but we called her and she helped us with the same. Great location and lots of stores around to grab a meal or just things in general.

Jake was a great host, had no issues and everything worked as it should, really nice and warm too! I stayed at this property as it's really close to the motorway and had an early start to get on the M1, location was ideal and host was very accommodating, place looks like new! Would stay again.

Our stay at this Airbnb was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how clean, stylish, and well-equipped the space was. The house really all in one everything was there with a big kitchen space for hangout while still enjoying a peaceful retreat. The hosts were super responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. The check-in process was seamless, and every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations. A great cottage, very private and had all the amenities. Philippa was always on hand if needed. The local walks were excellent with lovely views. Shout out to the local pub which specialises in amazing pies! Would recommend!

Lesley’s home was so comfortable, cozy and spacious. We felt right at home for our 2 week stay. Lovely communal spaces as well as plenty of room for quiet privacy when working. Beautiful local walks right out of the front door and great location for exploring the county with a short drive to A roads & motorway. Lesley was on hand to answer any questions. We would highly recommend her home.
