Stunning location, right on the beach front with incredible views and the sound of the ocean on your doorstep. The views and location exceeded expectations. The house is nicely renovated and perfectly setup for a relaxing time away. We were extremely happy with the home and wish we could have stayed longer.

Colin's place was a great base for our few days in the Mount area and had everything we needed

Immaculately clean, spacious, responsive host who had flexible check in time. And great location near shops and lovely beach. Would be great if it had an outdoor shower for all the sand after swimming but otherwise a perfect stay.

The property met all of our needs and expectations, but the host was the best part of our stay. She was one of the best we have had through AirBnB, always responsive and her properties are immaculate. We made sure to stay twice and even found another of her properties for our accommodations while in New Zealand. We would recommend Kristin to anyone staying in the Bay of Plenty and will definitely try to stay with her again if we get the chance. Thanks again for your wonderful hospitality.

We had lovely stay, the home is a lovely warm sunny spot so well located near the beach and great coffee spot! Very well equipped home. Would love to come back to stay again.

We loved our stay at Katie’s house. She was always quickly responsive to help us settle in. The community is beautiful, and it is such an easy walk to the most incredible beach and the house has all the modern amenities and lots of out door deck space. Great house for hanging out but also easy to get everywhere. Mount Manganui only 12 min away, Tauranga 15. We are from New York and were visiting family and we lucked out having a play room filled with toys for our 3 year old granddaughter. We would definitely stay here again if we come to this area.
