We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Delroy’s house. It was brand new and was extremely clean. It was bright and beautifully decorated. The office space was fantastic. We really liked the neighborhood. It was quiet and walkable. We really enjoyed sitting outside under the covered lanai watching the wildlife in the canal. Delroy was also very responsive. We highly recommend and would love to come back next year.

Elizabeth was very easy to connect with. The home is beautiful and as described. All newly renovated and very tastefully done. Would definitely recommend!!!!

Great house with plenty of intangibles. Safe neighborhood. Our children enjoyed being able to bike over to their Grandmothers house a few blocks away. Morning coffees on the canal and sunrise yoga on the lenai were one of a kind!! Hope to stay there again in the future!

This house was exactly what we were looking for during our Florida visit! Very clean and had so many amenities. Would absolutely recommend this house to anyone visiting Cape Coral.

What a find! The house was clean, and finishes were new. Everything that you could need was provided. The best feature of the home were the pool and the canal. If you enjoy watching birds and nature, this is the place. We also enjoyed the nearby park with its trails and wildlife. Highly recommend this place and hope to return in the future. The host was very helpful and responsive.

Courtney went above and beyond to make our stay perfect from flexible check in to flexible check out. Her place is the perfect beach bungalow. Pristine condition and so clean! She had coffee, tea and snacks for us. She had beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella and sunscreen for us to use as well. Thank you for an amazing place, Courtney!

Enjoyed our stay very much. Suzette was very responsive to our needs. This was a beach vacation for us and she did have the beach chairs and umbrella that we needed. The pool at the complex was a plus. Siesta Key is approximately a 15 minute drive. We also explored Anna Maria Island from here. We enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to return.

Clean place with updated appliances. Stocked with new beach chairs, a cooler, beach wagon, umbrella. Everything you need! Great location as well, walking distances to local restaurants. We would absolutely stay again!

Newly renovated, clean, very comfortable bed. Great location. It was a great base for us as we explored nearby beaches and sights. Lots of great restaurants nearby. (Just a heads up that the unit is attached to the main house and patio and pool pictured are shared spaces - enclosed in screens. And also this rental is not designed for tall people - low ceilings.)

first and foremost, let me say that Te' is a wonderful person. My wife and I enjoyed staying at Te's. We felt right at home. she was extremely accommodating to any of our needs. The place is within 3 minute walking distance to Dearborn Street which has coffee shops, boutiques, breakfast and lunch places. a nice wine bar and an excellent blues club. every evening if you don't feel like watching the sunset at manasota beach which is only a 15-minute ride, you had the option to walk to the end of Dearborn Street and watch the sunset over the bay there. Te's place is centrally located and is convenient to everything in the area. we will be staying at Te's again the next time we are in Englewood.

This is a very adorable little place with very cool and unique outside decor with lots of seating areas. The pool was lovely, very clean blue water. The grill was very easy and accessible to use. The outside sink is very handy and so is the outside trash can. Once you go inside there is so much to enjoy! From the hot tub to the bar area and pool table we stayed entertained. The kitchen and bathroom are both very clean and easy to use. We enjoyed the dual shower heads it made double showers so easy! We 100% recommend staying here, you’ll very much enjoy your time alone and never want to leave! There’s also cute little guest that visit and there’s just too sweet! The host are very easy to get ahold of and very nice people. We appreciate the chance we got to experience this place and hope others can enjoy it like we did. Thank you, hope to book again!

Our week-long stay at Esther and Sebastian's family farm was tremendously blessed through and through. Our family is from Michigan and a trip to sunny Florida is always welcomed during the cold, gray months. We have never and truly did not intend on staying on a farm during our typical sunny, swim-filled winter trips. However, we were led here and our family left with our hearts overflowing. We made memories and our lives were touched for a lifetime. Our boys had mud fights in the pig pen, bottle fed baby goats, collected chicken eggs, ran through the pasture, and cooked meals in the mud kitchen. The cabin is impeccable with every detail carefully crafted; you truly feel immersed in the land. We were served and loved beyond what we ever thought to receive - Esther, Sebastian, and their children make this property a blessing to anyone coming through their front door. We can't wait to come back!

As I indicated in the earlier part of the review, the location, grounds, and cabins were amazing. We had a large group of canoers stay in what we called the lodge - with 5 bedrooms and 2 bunk rooms. Though there are only 2 showers in the same bathroom for such a large number - we made it work. Megan and Marc left each cabin (we rented the lodge and 2 tiny cabins) with a half dozen or more organic, home raised fresh duck and chicken eggs. Nice touch! Launching from there and paddling was amazing on horse creek providing solitude and peace. They worked with us on a complicated checkout with some staying on while others left. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a country experience.

Glamping at its best ! Was here for the rodeo with friends and family . We had the boathouse Cabin. Very pristine and clean with a super comfortable mattress. I loved waking up to the sunrise overlooking the river with my morning coffee. Hope to return here again,
