the condo was clean and fit my family of six perfectly. comfy beds/couch, close walk to the pickleball/tennis courts (sign-up for court time near fitness center), pool, beach, and even closer to the hot tub on the bay that we enjoyed each evening. We rented bikes to get to restaurants/shops. It is walkable, but a minimum 20 min. walk to restaurants. The shuttles were very convenient in evenings, but not as frequent in the mornings, so we used bikes in morning/afternoon outings. The condo office limited our accessibility to fitness room/laundry cause we booked thru condo owner—could used, but with cash deposits. Attentive beach staff that set out chairs!! Condo had rolling cooler and wagon for walks to beach! We didn’t cook big dinners, but condo was equipped to do, and noticed a grill by the bayside pool. Just enough plate ware for a family of six. Overall, a great family trip!! Would return!

Enjoyed our stay very much. Suzette was very responsive to our needs. This was a beach vacation for us and she did have the beach chairs and umbrella that we needed. The pool at the complex was a plus. Siesta Key is approximately a 15 minute drive. We also explored Anna Maria Island from here. We enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to return.

Great place to stay if you’re looking for quiet and relaxing. Short, easy drive to local beaches and restaurants. We enjoyed everything about it. Mike was quick to respond when we had questions. Would highly recommend if you are looking for an inexpensive and relaxing get away!

The house was very nice and clean. Joe was extremely responsive to any communication. Minor issues with the electronic lock but it was handled quickly. Make sure to bring your own water / coffee etc. That was one thing that would have been nice but certainly not a problem. We did not cook on our short trip but it looked like the necessary items were there. Overall, great experience, and the hosts are super nice and accommodating.

Absolutely loved everything about staying here. The house was spotless, the neighborhood quiet and friendly and the house was the perfect size for us. Christopher was very concerned about making sure we had what we needed in such a timely manner. Would definitely stay here again if he will have us.

David’s place was a good fit for 4 of us The kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of room for us to move around. The washer and dryer were handy and the coffee bar was handy. If you’re in Arcadia it’s a great option!

We had a wonderful vacation at Lizney’s home. Close to a beautiful Beach,golfing and downtown Venice. She has a wonderful pool, great yard and patio. We liked to go to the beach both during day and for sunset and it was just a half mile from the home. The house was well equipped. We found this stay to be exactly as represented.

My husband and I felt right at home while staying at Joseph's rental unit. We loved the large TV, recliners, and adjustable bed. The rental included everything as described in the listing. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked with supplies. Joseph is very friendly and accomodating! We would love to stay there again in the future!

Home was well stocked with essentials & had very peaceful & beautiful surroundings. I tried to make it a point to watch the sunset every night as its really something to watch from the screened in sunroom. If your into the outdoors you can sit on the new dock & occasionally see some gators. Felt like home for our 3 month stay :)

This was a beautiful condo across the street from the beach. There’s places to walk to eat even though we drove to places further away. Mario was very responsive to all questions and easy to get in touch with. he left us waters and snacks, which we appreciated. Would definitely stay here again.

We were very happy with Amy's condo. It was absolutely spotless and supplied with everything anyone could need. We really enjoyed being out on the screened in porch, watching the boats come in and out of the marina. We very much enjoyed our stay.

We were very pleased with our stay. The unit was as described, and came with everything that was promised. Evan was easy to contact before we arrived and was very responsive to any questions. The condo is centrally located on Siesta Key, a 15-20 minute walk into the Siesta Village where there are shops and restaurants. Being across the street from the beach was so convenient. We highly recommend staying there.

Had a nice time, the sunny weather cooperating of course helped. The condo was clean and as described. Paul was very responsive on the few times I contacted him.

We loved our stay. Less than 10 minutes from the beach. The kids found all kinds of shells and sharks teeth. Lots of restaurants close to the property. Kids loved the pool on property. We have 6 in our family and and had plant of room for everybody. We would definitely stay at the property again.

We had a fantastic stay! Seth and Cheryl truly thought of everything—our experience was seamless. They were incredibly responsive before, during, and after our stay, which made everything even more enjoyable. The entire condo was modern, beautifully decorated, and well-stocked. The layout provided plenty of space to relax, with a variety of seating options in the living areas. The kitchen and bathrooms were especially nice, and everything felt clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. A true highlight was the screened porch overlooking the water—the views were beautiful, and it was so peaceful. It was the perfect spot to read, exercise, get some work done, or simply unwind. We would highly recommend Seth's Place and would absolutely stay here again.

great place to stay...room was clean, very short walk to the beach, many items in the room available to use (numerous beach chairs, beach umbrellas, life jackets, ect) would definitely stay again!
