My husband and I throughly enjoyed the two weeks we spent at Monika’s home. The house was absolutely beautiful! If you like to cook, the kitchen hosted everything you could want. The house is set up perfect with the master bedroom away from the other rooms which hosts wonderful privacy with a large open kitchen and family room for conversation. The lanai has a wonderful table for six, a table for four, along with four lounge chairs and tables. The heated pool was nice with an outdoor shower also. The attention to detail of furniture, essentials, plus extras made our stay wonderful. The neighborhood is very quiet which we appreciated. The location is perfect to head to the beach (15 minutes) or shopping. (10 minutes). If we had any questions, Monika was very quick in response and offered help. We’ve already booked to come back in 2026 and stay for a month. I highly recommend Monika’s home if what I mentioned is what you expect when traveling to this part of Florida.

My boyfriend and I were extremely pleased with this location. It had everything we needed and more. We always took the Frog Hop to and from the village. The access to the pool and beach was an easy walk. The beach was not crowded and was the perfect distance away from the main crowd. If I ever travel back to Siesta Key, I will absolutely be staying in the same location.

Rays place was as listed..Nice location with in Rotunda West..My wife and I enjoyed the walking around the park.20 to 40 minutes to the beaches. Would like to come back at some point. Thanks Bill G

The Port Charlotte home has a charming view of a small lake from the enclosed screen area surrounding the pool. It was a nice place to sit and read, and see various birds, including pelicans and flocks of cormorants (I believe). Two things to mention: There is an additional charge of $25 per day to heat the pool, payable directly to the owners. We understand that other owners do this as well but seems a bit strange. The suggested payment mechanisms are not available to non-US residents. The cooktop is an induction model; those not familiar with this type of appliance may wish to look it up in advance since there are no instructions for the rather obscure icons. There were some inconsistencies between the long pre-stay messages on rules and those in the on-site book.

Awesome home in a quiet, convenient location. Very comfortable and nice beach decor. Comfy beds, everything imaginable for use in kitchen, very nice pool and pool area! Exceptionally clean! We will definitely schedule another vacation at Yev and Luba's "Happy Place"!

Colleen’s place was just as advertised and fit our group of 7 adults comfortably! She was great at communicating and responding immediately. Colleen was very accommodating throughout our stay. When she was made aware of a broken beach chair, she had 2 more mailed to the house that week! Her place has everything you need especially when traveling from afar; beach chairs, cooler, wagon, etc. There are multiple good places to eat and get drinks as well as convenience stores close by. Other shops and entertainment are a quick drive or Trolley ride. Would highly recommend her place!

Great home for a group…we especially enjoyed the pool, kitchen and shuffle board table!

This place was beautiful. Very close to the pool and not a far walk to the beach. Frog hoppers can take you right into the village where there are many shops and restaurants. Super close to the Stickney bridge which was helpful for the nearby Publix. Our dishwasher didn't have power the first time we tried to use it. Management came right out to look at it. They were very prompt. After talking with other residents at the pool, we found at there was a switch on the wall that powered it! Just a silly switch! I would definitely stay there again. This was such a well needed relaxing trip.

Pavelsplace was beautiful and spacious and served our family’s need perfectly. We flew in for my dads funeral and there were 11 of us staying there. 6 adults and 5 children. We never felt crowded and the kids really enjoyed the pool. The host was super responsive and respectful. Definitely recommend this to anyone with a large group.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this charming villa. The location couldn’t be better—just a short, easy walk to the beautiful beach, making it perfect for enjoying the sand and surf anytime. The villa itself was cozy, spotless, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It was clear that a lot of thought went into making this space feel like a home away from home. I LOVED the surrounding sound tv in the living room. Didn’t think I’d do movie night at the beach, but it was awesome. Highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a clean, cozy retreat with fantastic beach access. Can’t wait to come back!

This home offers easy access to all of BOCA. It’s a nice place with a lot of space.

The Punta Gorda Villa was beautiful, there was plenty of room for our party of 14. Pavel was very responsive to questions I had, even on Christmas Eve when Amazon decided to deliver a package for us early. At some point he was able to bring our package in so when we arrived it was in the house. It was nice to come and relax at a home after our boys’ baseball tournament instead of a hotel room. If we are ever in the area again we would definitely rent this beautiful home.

Pavel is an amazing host! House was spotless, extremely clean. The pool is heated and the whole pool area is beautifully lit up at night. Highly recommend!

Beautiful place, very spacious and well maintained. Beach is very close and the house has all the items we needed to enjoy time at the beach. House was clean and easy to access, simple to log in to our tv services, clear instructions -- overall a dream rental!

Erik and Roberta were extremely quick to respond to any questions we had and were very efficient in accomplishing things we asked for. The pool was great. We saw some manatees and crocodiles in the canal and caught a few fish. Great hosts and a very relaxing 7 week stay.

I had an amazing stay at Bonnie’s house! From the moment I first contacted her it was a great experience. The house is absolutely gorgeous, spacious and has anything and everything you could possibly need. The outdoor area with the pool was really beautiful with comfortable furniture and nice lighting for the evenings. The interior of the home is beautifully furnished, comfortable and has a lot of special touches. You can tell a lot of thought was put into creating both the indoor and outdoor spaces and their surroundings. I can’t wait to be able to visit the area again and stay at Bonnie’s place. Great location and great host. We had a few incidental things come up and Yosdel was always very quick to respond and resolve any issues. Very clean house in a quiet neighborhood and very responsive host. We really enjoyed our stay.

Nice surprise was no neighbors because subdivision not fully developed yet. Very quiet, beautiful on the canal. With our kayaks we were mobile out onto the river for fishing and nature. Loved it.

Given the circumstances, the house and its amenities were more than adequate. Very clean and well-stocked (especially the kitchen items and towels). This was not a vacation. We were dealing with the aftermath of Hurricane Ian that damaged our family home and the sudden death of our mother. This also affected our stay Rotunda West due to the damage repair to the neighborhood and the lack of street signs because they were blown over. A GPS is very helpful in this neighborhood. Aside from being almost 30 minutes from town, we were very comfortable at the location. The owner sent us emails to alert us when people were coming to spray for bugs or look at the roof damage. The people that were the contact folks were responsive.

The house was absolutely beautiful and spacious! we brought our 3 dogs and the fenced yard was such a plus! the ppol is beautiful and we loved the solar heating, we were swimming on new years eve!!! I also love that they dont throw away everything in between stays, like flour, papaer plates, things like that! so we left some things as well maybe the next person just might need in the kitchen! Me and my family had an amazing holiday and we will definitely be returning! (Hopefully)

We rented to evacuate from Boca Grande during Hurricane Milton. It was a perfect retreat with everything we needed to hunker down. The hosts were wonderful, kept in close contact with us before and after. I should note, the day of, at the last minute, we decided to evacuate to Miami. Came back two days later and were relieved to see that airbnb did not sustain damage, so able to resume our stay.

We just wrapped up our annual Christmas in Florida vacation and everything was spectacular! The house was wonderful- comfortable, clean and incredibly well stocked. We’ve stayed at several AirBnb’s and the kitchen in this home was very well equipped- everything that we needed was right there for us. Brigette was quick to respond to any of our questions and needs. Her recommendation to visit Farmer Joe’s, a local grocery store was awesome! About half way through our stay we noticed that the pool pump wasn’t running until 1 pm. Brigitte had the pool company out in less than 20 mins to take a look - all it needed was a quick reset. As we make our long journey back to Wisconsin, we’re missing the beautiful pool with gorgeous evening sunsets. Looking forward to our 2025 trip & renting with Brigette again :)
