Rotonda West : locations de vacances

We transferred over to Richard’s Airbnb location seamlessly during the last hurricane. The place was very spacious, comfortable, with high end finishings, easily accommodating myself, daughter, granddaughter, and pet. Richard was a great host especially considering the circumstances. Very responsive and openly communicative when needed or necessary. We would definitely stay at Richard’s Place again when in the area. Eric - out of state traveler

Quite a well-maintained house. Everything was in working order. Plenty of kitchen items from measuring spoons to a rice cooker to two different kinds of coffee pots. Lots of room and was very comfortable. The location to the beach was amazing, we walked on the beach multiple times a day and it was perfect.

Great stay! The house was nice and private with woods to the back and side which only made the private pool that much better. Only thing we wished we had were some pool floaties (as shown in a pic). So many toiletries available to use and the washer and dryer (with soap) came in handy. We traveled with a 16 month old and the included travel crib & high chair were an added bonus. We would 100% stay again if ever in the area.

Very nice place to stay. Perfect location to the beaches and nice restaurants/hang out spots that were very close. Very quiet and peaceful. September is a quiet month - not lots of tourists. Lovely place that was clean and nicely decorated. My only issue was that the shower water never got above luke warm. I like hot showers. Otherwise, very nice place to stay. I would definitely recommend.

Jeri Beth's home was magnificent in every way: comfortable, well-equipped, spotless, and with high-end details inside and out, not to mention a fabulous location with views of the park and water from the entire front of the house. The beds were super comfortable and we had so much space. It was peaceful to have breakfast and appetizers overlooking the park and water from the screened-in porch. The location is so convenient. We walked to restaurants, the Military Museum, the Farmer’s Market, and more. We visit Punta Gorda every year and look forward to staying here again.

The property is very clean and well maintained. The neighborhood is very quiet. You can use the garage for your car. The air conditioning works well. The pool was wonderful. I think it is a salt water pool. All the appliances were in good condition. The washer and dryer are like new. There were minimal requirements for what you had to do which was very nice. It was easy to relax in this house. If you want to prepare meals there, the kitchen could use some oven and microwave dishes. I have suggested this to the host. I highly recommend this property.

We enjoyed our time in Troy’s place in Punta Gorda. The home is beautiful and equipped with everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked. The pool is amazing and fishing from the dock was fun.

It was a lovely experience at a beautiful home on a lake. We were totally satisfied.
