Excellent location. Lake and all restaurants are nearby. Apartment is a bit dark, being downstairs and having fences all around but very clean and had all amenities needed. Recommended+++

Our original Airbnb was cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances by the owner, however Susan was immediately in touch and provided alternative recommendations. This apartment was wonderful! The photos do not do it justice and the place is huge. While located above businesses, we never experienced any street noise. I would not hesitate to book this apartment again.

We were in town for the Tarawera race and this place was like 2 minutes from the start line. It had a nice kitchen, living room, and washer in the garage which were all very clean and nice. Upstairs the bedroom was nice and the bed pretty comfy. Overall we enjoyed our stay and it was very useful being so close to the start. If i had a couple of criticism it would be how hot the upstairs bedroom got. The aircon was in the downstairs and there wasnt even a fan in the bedroom. I didn't like the pillows in the bedroom and woke up with a bad neck. But overall our stay was very pleasant and convenient and communication with our host was very good.

We enjoyed our stay here. We were grateful for the privacy and the fact that the unit is fully equipped with a kitchen unit including mini fridge, oven, microwave and dining table. This is a motel room but it was very clean and spacious and modern. The location was convenient and easily walkable to stores and restaurants. It was very comfortable for our three night stay in Rotorua.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour, le logement est très confortable avec une décoration très soignée, à proximité de toutes les activités que propose Rotorua! Nous avions du lait, café et petits biscuits à disposition. Le jardin fleuri avec une petite table est un vrai plus! Merci Rosemary !

We loved staying at Joof and Lin's place. Comfortable bed and everything there that we needed. Lin welcomed us, bringing a bowl of fruit; yummy passionfruit and peaches and there was even some home-made bread waiting for us in the kitchen. I liked not being in the middle of Rotorua and within driving distance to Luge, ziplines and restaurants. I liked seeing sheep in the field and a view to the lake in the distance. We will definitely book their place again if we're visiting Rotorua again. Thanks Joof & Lin

Magnifique vue . Beaucoup de moucherons ( mais c est la région qui veut ça) mais pas trop gênant. Petite cuisine et demanderai juste quelques ustensiles en plus comme une poêle. Une machine à laver et sécher le linge très pratique et silencieuse.

Comfortable and spotless accommodation. Good location with easy walking access to nearby lake and a short drive into Rotorua. Joan was friendly and helpful. Would happily stay again.

Ein sehr schönes Zwei-Zimmer-Appartement! Für zwei Personen großzügiger Platz mit Allem , was den Aufenthalt angenehm macht. Schöne Küche, Esstisch, Wohnbereich mit Couch, Balkon und getrenntes Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett. In der Küche sind alle Geräte und Utensilien vorhanden. Wirklich tolle Wohnung, die alles hat, um sie zu zweit wohl zu fühlen!

Marilyn and Diane's place is a short, easy walk from the centre of Rotorua with its shops and restaurants. The apartment is beautifully presented, spacious, light, very well equipped and comfortable. Importantly, it was spotlessly clean. The parking spaces accommodate two decent sized vehicles and are easy to access. The communication was proactive, warm and always helpful. Our whole experience has been first class and we wished we had stayed longer. Thank you Marilyn and Diane!

A fabulous place to stay. Peaceful surroundings in a beautiful setting. Lovely and clean with attractive views out the back. Ate in the restaurant on site and enjoyed the food. Didn't get to use the pool or tennis court as weather not great. Unfortunately only had one night there but would love to come back again for longer.

Nice apartments In a quiet street very close to the many city of Rotorua. And lots of places to dine in eat street. The apartments was spacious and well presented. We had one of the back apartments so our car was completely hidden from the street.

Nice place, lovely and helpful-waited for us to check in. Had air conditioning on when we arrived so room was cool. Good kitchen facilities and lots of milk.

We loved our stay at laidlows loft. The place was exceptionally clean and was one of the best places we have ever stayed at. The best part of our stay was playing fetch with adorable Tia.

We had a fantastic stay at Rose Apartments! The place is very nice, with a spacious living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and large bedrooms—all immaculately clean. It’s located in a quiet area, making it perfect for a peaceful stay. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing getaway!

Wir waren (leider) nur für eine Nacht in Grants Unterkunft und es war wunderschön! Super gepflegt, nah an den Touristen Attraktionen und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Grant war ein super zuvorkommender Gastgeber und wir würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen!☺️
