We had a great time at Sherry's place. It is very sunny and located in a quiet neighbourhood. Very green and it has a very cool "retro"-vibe about it. athe bathroom commented by other people was perfectly fine for me and my family - I am 5.7 and ca 76 kgs. Sherry has also taken care of some very sweet details which made us feel welcome and good. If you are looking for the newest and fanciest place maybe this flat is not for you, but we definitely liked tha place and would gladly come again. Many thanks.

Great stay in an amazing location with incredibly attentive hosts! 4.5/5 overall Right on the water with beautiful views from the living room. Short drive to restaurants, shops, takeout, bars, etc. with a convenient store right across the street that’s open 7x a week. Yes it’s an older house which comes with some imperfections, but Sean and John have done an incredible job decorating and designing the space.

Magic spot to stay while making the most of Rotorua’s attractions. Outstanding view of the Lake and perfect sun porch to sit and enjoy where you are. The house has everything that you could imagine needing.

Great place just stone throw away from the red woods and Lake tikitapu. Perfect if you love the outdoors. would definitely return

Tucked in a quiet neighborhood, this was a great place for our family - complete with toys and a trampoline! Able to make breakfast in the morning and sleep comfortably while being right in the heart of Rotorua. Definitely recommend!

8 single guests stayed and we all had a room each the space was used well in the house, all the things you really need for your stay were there, plus a few more. There are a few shops and restrauts/take aways at the bottom of the street, or its a 5-10 minute drive to city centre. If you are after the lakes thats 5 minutes up the street, and if you want to do the tree line walk well that is basically opposite the house. Everyone enjoy there time here and we would all recommend this as a great place to stay.

Thank you for your hospitality Juliette. Our family loved staying at your place. The kids especially grew very fond of Moka. They were sad to say goodbye to him. As a host Juliette was very friendly and easy to communicate with. She was always just a phone call away and answered all our questions. House was very cosy and comfortable. The backyard / deck area was the best for our three little people who enjoyed kicking the ball around in and riding their bikes. It was completely secured which was a bonus (especially with our wandering two year old) ! Would highly recommend!

Out of every place we stayed in New Zealand, this was by far our favorite. It was very clean, modern, spacious, great location, and the views were priceless. When we come back to NZ we will definitely stay here again. What an incredible place.

Des’ place is awesome! The whole place feels like you’re staying in a museum of sports, every corner of the house tells a story. It is so personal and cozy, it makes you feel at home. Perfect location with second to none surroundings. Just a few minutes drive from Rotorua, perfect if you want to get away from the noise and hurry of the day to day life.

Beautifully appointed home tucked away in a scenic locale with easy access to all of Rotorua’s attractions. Quality of fittings and furnishing was top notch and we felt like we had the whole place to ourselves, even though the 3 neigbouring villas were occupied at the time we were there. Private tubs were a bonus for stargazing at night.

Our stay at this beautiful and spacious home was enjoyed by all 9 of our whanau ranging from old to young. We were close enough to attractions we wanted to visit, the spacious kitchen and formal dinning space allowed for delicious homemade family dinners and eating all together around the table. Thank you for supplying an abundance of food and treats for us to enjoy, it was so appreciated arriving our first day and enjoyed through to our last.

we loved the sun room, was a great reading nook!!!! the rooms were all nice and clean, kitchen had all the utensils that we needed. was an overall well equipped, conveniently located place in rotorua!

Spacious room with large, comfortable bed and luxurious linen, great shower. Susan and Pierre were very friendly and welcoming. Pierre cooked a delicious breakfast for us while we chatted in the kitchen. Absolutely 5*

Had a great stay here with a group of friends, lots of space for everyone and really enjoyed the pool table and spa. Our host was very responsive and quick to make changes to the booking upon request. Very clean and good amenities. A great place for a group of 6-8 people. Very easy check in and Wiliam was very helpful during the whole process, Including quick communication of items left behind. Overall a good experience
