Stu (and Bear!) were amazing hosts. Stu's place is a hidden gem, and undoubtedly our favourite place we stayed while in New Zealand. The pictures don't do it justice! Everything was immaculately clean, well presented, and felt like pure luxury. The location was great- we loved the privacy, peace and quiet while only being a short drive to popular spots and amenities. The only thing to note is that the washer/dryer is not within the accommodation itself, but rather within Stu's workshop. This wasn't an issue, and with notice Stu was accommodating enough to allow us to do some loads of washing. Overall, we had an unforgettable few days here in Stu's little oasis, and if the chance presents we'd love to come back. Thank you!

Nice place, lovely and helpful-waited for us to check in. Had air conditioning on when we arrived so room was cool. Good kitchen facilities and lots of milk.

Magnifique vue . Beaucoup de moucherons ( mais c est la région qui veut ça) mais pas trop gênant. Petite cuisine et demanderai juste quelques ustensiles en plus comme une poêle. Une machine à laver et sécher le linge très pratique et silencieuse.

Great 3 bedroom apartment that’s close to town. Lots of room in lounge for our 7 year old to play. Private outdoor area at the back of the apartment. Easy to find location.

The perfect weekend stay for our family! Paloma’s place had everything we needed and the small touches to accommodate our small child and infant didn’t go unnoticed (plastic cutlery and duck in the bath!) We had two members of our group compete in the Tarawera 50 Ultra and they were able to walk to the start which was perfect! A wonderful weekend away!

Felt right at home, had all the amenities and more. Modern, peaceful, quiet. Will be back.

Our family had a wonderful stay. Sally's house is spotlessly clean, tidy and free of clutter. We loved being so close to Redwoods and made the most of walking & biking most days. With a large garage at Sally's we were able to safely store our bikes. Being able to park 3 cars off street was great too!

Close to redwoods and felt just like home away from home! Cats were super friendly too (even the big striped one who wasn’t supposed to be there 🤭) Julie was very responsive to messages and nothing was a problem! We had a wonderful stay at this house in Rotorua! The place was exactly as described—very neat, tidy, and well-maintained. The deck and garden were a highlight, and the kids absolutely loved spending time there. Everything was well-equipped, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Sylvana was a great host and very easy to communicate with. Highly recommend for families looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway!

Tucked in a quiet neighborhood, this was a great place for our family - complete with toys and a trampoline! Able to make breakfast in the morning and sleep comfortably while being right in the heart of Rotorua. Definitely recommend!

I can't speak highly enough of Julie's place. We felt right at home upon entering. The home is situated in a peaceful residential setting which is just what we needed (travel time to get to most attractions from the house is a 5-15 minute drive). The two spacious living areas and open plan kitchen were great. The house has amazing views front and back that are appreciated from inside the house and from the two large decks that basically wrap around the entire house. There is a children's corner that kept my niece and nephew occupied, and that is well-situated so we were able to watch them while we prepared meals. Spaces are cosy and offer everything one would need to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would absolutely stay here again. Thanks, Julie.
