Riverside cottage is delightful, as is Jo. The house and garden are peaceful and relaxing. There was plenty of room. Jo communicated well with us both before and after our stay. The dogs were friendly and good fun. We loved our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return again.

One of the better Airbnb's we've stayed at. Great location. Kayaks. Hot tub. Beautiful gardens. We Airbnb in order to make our own food/meals. The kitchen had all the amenities/gadgets/small appliances, etc one needs in order to prepare meals. Beds were comfortable. Location is fantastic. Kerry actually offered and we took him up on it to meet us there when we checked in so he could show us around, how to use the hot tub, where the kayak paddles were, etc. Made us feel welcomed and right at home.

This was one of my favorite air bnb stays! We loved staying right on Lake Rotorua and enjoying the sunrise each morning! Lauren and Sam had paddle boards and kayaks for us to enjoy the lake as well as a hot tub for relaxing! The unit was so cute and very comfortable! Lauren and Sam were great hosts and shared a long list of recommendations with us. Overall we had such a peaceful and relaxing time and would definitely book here again and recommend it highly to anyone!

Great stay in an amazing location with incredibly attentive hosts! 4.5/5 overall Right on the water with beautiful views from the living room. Short drive to restaurants, shops, takeout, bars, etc. with a convenient store right across the street that’s open 7x a week. Yes it’s an older house which comes with some imperfections, but Sean and John have done an incredible job decorating and designing the space.

Rob’s place is wonderful. This was the best place we stayed during our time in Aotearoa/New Zealand. The home is lakefront. It’s so peaceful at all hours of the day, though the morning is stunning. Rob greeted us on arrival & made sure we knew the ins/outs of his home. The rooms are spacious, super clean, and beds were perfect (I slept very well). There are kayaks available if you want to get out on the lake. Kitchen is stocked with supplies. There was an abundance of supplies: towels/blankets/robes. The washer/dryer availability was much appreciated. Overall, it was a fantastic stay & I wish we had more time in the area to enjoy the property fully. Rob is great & I hope to be back again/will stay here.

If there was a score higher than 5 then this is the place that would receive it. Susan is a truly wonderful host, helping us with so much useful information to make the most of the time we had in Rotorua. The access to the Lake was an absolute bonus and we spent a wonderful night sitting out with the fold up chairs provided with a glass of wine soaking up the serenity. Susan has created the most beautiful welcoming space. The loft is split into two levels with the bedroom with exceptionally comfy bed and luxurious sitting room in the upstairs level. Downstairs is the dining room with well equipped kitchenette, including a coffee pod machine, and the spacious bathroom with hot towel rails and huge shower. Outside had a private deck with massive bbq and comfy chairs strategically positioned to enable to view the lake. Ample breakfast supplies including eggs. Heaps of local information ensures you have absolutely nothing to want for. We truly hope we get to stay here. Thank you Susan 😁

a delightful stay at Peter and Betty's place. very comfortable and had everything you needed. Lake view was amazing. located close to supermarkets, adventure activities and not far from CBD. Wished we could have stayed longer!

Sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Sehr gut ausgestattete, gemütliche Unterkunft über zwei Etagen. Schöner Ausblick auf den See, zwei Terrassen. Bei sternklarer Nacht waren die Milchstraße und das Kreuz des Südens sehr gut zu sehen.
