Rotterdam : locations de vacances dans des maisons de ville

Great place and great host, perfect for what we needed. We had a stag party of 11 people and the property was set up for exactly what we needed. Our host was friendly, flexible and great communication. Happily recommend to anyone.

I stayed for a month, and the apartment was great. It was so lovely to sit at the open windows overlooking the canal, the bed was very comfortable, I had everything I needed, and it's a short bike ride to anywhere. The tour of the upstairs was fascinating! Good to know: Part of the beauty of this place is that it's near the center, in the old section. That means there are canals everywhere, it has tons of character and history, and it's easy to get anywhere on foot or by bike. It also means that it is near a touristy area. Don't let that stop you! I don't like the hordes of tourists at all, but I was happy here. I simply rode a few blocks away at the busiest times to escape. And Herengracht itself in front of the building isn't crowded. Sure, canal tour boats glide by, but they're fun to watch. The couch is comfy, the chairs are less so, but two people can enjoy the couch. The kitchen is a little bit worn, but it was clean and served my purposes (I did not cook). I would return!

The house fits well the description and was easy to find. A bus stop only 4 minutes of walk and also there’s a supermarket with 7 minutes of walking. The place was clean, cozy and the cat is also really cute!

Charming house in a lovely neighborhood, equipped with everything we needed and lots of space (indispensable if travelling with two teenagers). We very much enjoyed the tastefully decorated kitchen/ living area. The communication was great throughout, Vincent and Michiel were very friendly and helpful and gave us plenty of advices what to do and where to go. We had a great time touring the area and the house was the perfect base for discovering Rotterdam (the city center is just a 15 minute bike ride away) and many other places in beautiful Zuid-Holland.

とても暖かみのあるお家で、落ち着いた素敵な時間を過ごすことができました。ホストの方も優しく、なにより猫ちゃんと一緒に過ごせるというのもとても嬉しい経験でした。お風呂やキッチン、スピーカーなど家の設備も充実しており、とてもいい滞在経験を得ることができました。

Toller Urlaub in sehr gemütlichem und geräumigen Haus! Charmant eingerichtet und bequeme Betten. Schöner Gartensitzplatz. Strand und Stadt mit Fahrrädern super erreichbar und Busstation um die Ecke. Ruhig, wenn man mal von den Möwen absieht…;-). Pieteke war jederzeit sofort erreichbar und hat sich auch aktiv immer wieder nach uns erkundigt. Super WLAN für unsere Teenager! Vielen Dank, Piteke! Matty is a great person- always good tips for you if you ask and her house is a dream. Very cozy and beautiful, nice decorations as well. You feel directly at home. You have the beach in only 5 min and it‘s very good located. You have to visit ♥️

Vanwege werkverplichtingen moesten we drie nachten verblijven in Alphen. In plaats van een hotel kozen wij voor deze airbnb vanwege de ligging, de omliggende goede faciliteiten en de foto's. De foto's komen goed overeen met de werkelijkheid. Yvette zorgde met haar prachtige woning en vriendelijkheid dat we ons toch even thuis weg van huis voelden. We komen graag terug mocht dit nog een keer nodig zijn.

We stayed at this beautiful spot with my family - 3 adults and one kiddo. It is extremely spacious! The garden was perfect and my daughter loved the trampoline. We were visiting family and could easily host them at the house. It was versatile and well appointed. Only thing to be aware of are the steep stairs. We didn’t have any issues but something to know about.

Linda‘s house is absolutely gorgeous! The pictures actually don’t do it justice. The house was impeccably clean and had everything we needed for a stay with young children. We especially enjoyed the trampoline and the many toys. Thank you Linda!

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche im Herzen von Utrecht, komfortabel in einem historischen Schmuckstück. Der Gastgeber hat sich sichtbar Mühe gemacht und wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt.

Une très belle maison typique des pays bas ! Vraiment magnifique, beaucoup de plantes ! Nous y avons séjourné 2 nuits et 3 jours, Martine nous a donné des conseils ainsi que des indications sur ce qu’il y avait comme transport, magasins près du logement ect Martine a mit à disposition du matériel pour enfant, pour notre fils pendant notre séjour. Je recommande ce logement, idéalement placé dans la ville de Delft, très belle ville on peut y aller découvrir sa fameuse porcelaine blanche et bleu ! Nous sommes seulement à 20 mn de Rotterdam en véhicule. Merci à Martine pour avoir fait de ce séjour un moment agréable ! Et merci pour les petits cadeaux ! Très attentionnés. Bonne continuation à vous.

We have been to Utrecht several times. This was one of our favorite AirBnbs. We would return in a heartbeat. Enjoyed being along the canal. The apartment is actually much more quaint and attractive in person than what the photos indicate. There is a bit of a walk to the center of the historic district but quite manageable and enjoyable.

Fijn mooi rustig huis met voldoende ruimte om in te verblijven - ook met in ons geval 5 volwassenen. Mooi ingericht en alles is aanwezig

We really loved our stay at Ilaria’s place! The house is gorgeous, the location very convenient and the host is extremely helpful and understanding. We stayed here as a family and the kids were also allowed to play with some of the family’s toys, which they really loved. Would highly recommend!

Marie's place was outstanding and we had a great stay. It is super quiet and comfy, shops with everything you need nearby, calm yet close to the center. Would love to come again!

Wir waren 3 ältere Frauen, welche die Unterkunft von Maren gebucht haben. Uns hat die sehr ruhige Umgebung äusserst gut gefallen, vor allem, dass wir nachts ausgezeichnet schlafen konnten. Auch wenn wir von der Central Station 15' mit der Tram fahren mussten und dann 5' zu Fuss, war das für uns absolut kein Problem. Wir haben nicht in der Unterkunft gegessen, aber es wäre alles vorhanden gewesen, um Mahlzeiten zu kochen. Allgemein hat alles gut geklappt und wir würden die Unterkunft jedem empfehlen.

Een heerlijk en sfeervol huis waar je je meteen thuis voelt. Heerlijk van Delft genoten maar ook van de sfeervolle woning waar we ons prima bij de kerstboom hebben vermaakt.

Monique hat uns in ihrem charmanten Haus herzlich willkommen. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es einen überdachten Flur mit einem kleinen Bad. Hinter der Eingangstür befindet sich ein schönes Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche. Im oberen Stockwerken befindet sich das Schlafzimmer mit offenem Bad. Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage! Zu dem wunderschönen, großen Strand sind es nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Ebenfalls nur kurz entfernt sind viele Bars und Restaurants. In die Innenstadt von Den Haag sind es nur 15min mit der Tram. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder bei Monique übernachten, wenn wir das nächste mal in Den Haag sind :)

Dirk ist ein sehr netter und bemühter Gastgeber! Die Wohnung hat sehr viel Charme und ist gut gelegen! 5 Gehminuten vom Kern entfernt. Amsterdam war in ca 40 min - mit der Linie 320 bis Amstelstation und dann noch kleines Stück mit der Bahn weiter erreichbar.
