Great location for a relaxing weekend, for my wife's birthday and our anniversary. Property was relaxing and peaceful. The hot tub was the perfect place to hang out after hiking the Greenbelt. Drive to and from the property is gorgeous.

Willie's Place was a treat, lots of character, we felt right at home. We will definitely return when the weather is better and take advantage of the trails and other outdoor activities. We all enjoyed the snacks provided by Mark and Mark responded to each question immediately. Thanks Mark!

This place was surprisingly great! Has a really nice kitchen, living room area, and big bedrooms! The porch and large yard were a plus for my son to run around and play in and was completely fenced in. This quaint little home was secluded and a very enjoyable stay! I love that Kimberly was super responsive to messages and the house had an extensive list of restaurants, shopping and fun things to do around Lake Travis and even closer to Austin. We had a great stay here, and I would go back to stay again!

We were very comfortable in April’s house. It has a nice clean, open, airy feeling. Nicely decorated and the deck looks out to the water in Murphy Park, a nice place to take a walk. I loved taking care of her three chickens too!

Beautiful property! The hosts are responsive and you can’t even tell they are there. The home and surroundings were clean. It’s a HUGE property and such a good place to enjoy nature, the pool, kayak/canoe in some areas of the creek, did some shooting and the dogs were very friendly, always taking care of us. We will be back!

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The place was peaceful, cozy, and exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully set up for comfort. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again! Sarah was super helpful and responsive as well.

Leading up to this reservation we had had a terrible experience so having found Brian's property was a Godsend. It was cozy, quiet and felt very safe considering I was staying there by myself. My dog enjoyed the enclosed back yard despite all the heat and the location was perfect! We fully recommend staying here any time you visit Austin!

Perfect location, great older home. Easy walk to the square, and 3 blocks away from a fun park with splash pad. Hosts were very friendly and made sure that we were well situated after arriving. Love the proximity to everything you need, my family enjoyed sitting out on the porches and walking all around Georgetown. Will stay here again!

Wonderful stay on the property. The home was clean and very comfy to stay. Was in town for a work trip and was looking for something different. I highly recommend this place to anyone!

Gisela’s home was perfect! It was SO clean and had absolutely everything we needed for our visit to Lake Travis. The view from the deck is amazing. The kitchen was large and stocked with everything I needed to cook. The bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed the views from the bedroom windows as well. The deer were adorable in the mornings and it was so peaceful. I highly recommend staying here!! Thank you, Gisela!!

Charis is so friendly and welcoming - while the space is so private and quiet. It’s the perfect distance from downtown to feel comfortable away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to make quick trips into town for live music/food etc.

The cottage is in a quiet, residential neighborhood. There was a basket of snack items and plenty of bottled water in the mini fridge. The kitchenette has all you need, plates/cutlery/glasses. Several clean towels and an iron and ironing board in the bathroom. The air conditioning unit is just above the bed.

this was the best airbnb i’ve ever stayed at! the river view is absolutely amazing, and so surprising in austin. it’s hard to find a spot that secluded but still close to everything. beautiful walk all the way down to the river. and the porch is incredible! we did yoga on the porch and bird watched. the kitchen and bathroom are so well stocked it was surprising! they have thought of everything — blenders, instant pot, etc. fully stocked kitchen and it came in super handy! the beds are comfy with lots of pillows and plenty blankets. the bathroom is super stocked and comfortable to use as a plus size person. the shower is very spacious and clean. i will mention that the place looks a little different than the photos but in a good way — there’s a tv on the console in the living room, better side tables and lamps by the bed now, and a nice beautiful bar with bar chairs in the kitchen instead of a little table. wonderful upgrades that were super appreciated! i’ll be back soon if i can!

Great secluded spot. Very comfortable for a long weekend stay.

Our stay at the Pecan Tree House was exceptional! Checking in and checking out was a breeze. Even for those of us who are technically challenged. Parking was easy. The first thing you see as you drive up, are the beautiful gardens. Once inside everything, was clearly labeled. No second guessing. The place was well organzied, and decorated tastefully. Our bed was so comfortable. Linens were clean and well organized. Plenty of hot water for a nice shower. They also had a nice bottle of wine and bottled water waiting for us in the fridge. No need to bring a fan, hair dryer, coffee, facial wipes. All of these are available and more. I can't forget to mention, the location is perfect. It made downtown Austin so accessible. A short distance to University of Texas, The Texas State Capitol, and all the major highways. But the neighborhood was peaceful. No Highway noise at all. Andrew quickly responded to any questions we had. We will be back to stay at PTH in Austin.
