It took me almost two weeks to find the perfect location for our spring break trip. When I found Reid’s listing, I was wowed by the # of amenities + the seclusion. However, what completely sold me were the reviews. So I’ll continue the trend 😊. Entry to the property is clean&clear. Once you walk into the home you will be wowed! The pictures do NOT do justice. It’s a must see in person! The home has an open concept kitchen&living area and is very bright&homey. There is recess lighting throughout the home which makes it even more beautiful. The kitchen is large, with plenty of counter&cabinet space. The appliances are up to date. Anything you could imagine needing is somewhere in one of the conveniently marked cabinets or drawers. Beds are nice & comfortable w/ quality linen. Bathrooms are clean & beautifully designed. Great quality bath products. Beautiful decks, ample outdoor seating, clean outdoor furniture. Bird watching & deer sighting. Hot tub is amazing! View is amazing + hiking

We were so happy that your place was available and at an affordable rate for this weekend. This is the first time we have been able to stay during the Antique show. It made our family shopping weekend more pleasurable. As for the kitchen in particular, we loved that there were really nice nonstick cookware, 2 coffee makers & a fantastic gas stove! We will definitely book again soon.

Really enjoyed the peace quiet. The rooms were super cozy and clean. everything was well stocked. The host was quick to answer any questions. Five minutes from downtown Bellville and 25 minutes from Round Top. I would highly recommend this Airbnb.

This place was amazing! Perfect for my family and dogs to have a peaceful week. The place was exactly as described. Clean and had everything we needed! We enjoyed the pool and walking the trails on the property. Megan was super responsive and friendly! Thanks for an amazing stay!

Kimberly and Michael were wonderful hosts—-always very responsive and willing to help in any way! Their farmhouse was beautiful and new and well appointed! We really enjoyed the serenity of the location being in the country with lots of land and space around the house—-the pool and hot tub were a nice bonus and made for a beautiful setting outside! We enjoyed our stay for the week we were there for the events at Round Top. Would recommend this house!

As soon as I got there, I felt right at home! The house is perfect if you want to get away and have some peace and quiet. I would stay again just for the beautiful surroundings. Highly recommend!

Home was exactly as advertised. Very comfortable, well stocked, really appreciated that it was decorated for Christmas as it felt homey. Was over a colder period and the fire inside was perfect. I marked value as "Good" but to be fair, I didn't use half of what they had to offer. Given the size of the extra building for events, I can see how this would be a great value for someone else. We hadn't indicated any desire to use it and it was locked, which is why I did 4 of 5 stars.

Perfect place for the Round Top Antiques Fair. Having 2 bathrooms helps when traveling with friends. It was peaceful and clean.

We enjoyed our stay in this well-appointed and comfortable old farmhouse. It's on a quiet hill, with a nice front porch where the views overlook some nearby ranch-style houses. The back view is more pure country, with a deck for watching the grazing cattle and listening to the birds in the big oak trees near the house. The rooms are lovely, and the beds were comfy. We ended up hanging out mostly in the charming kitchen and at the long table that looks out over the fields. Each of the four bedrooms has its charms: A lovely primary with a private bath, two bedrooms across the hall from it that share a bath through the kitchen and down some steps, and an upstairs with beds tucked into the turrets and a shared bath.

The Emerald Green was absolutely AMAZING! The host was incredible, quick to respond and the home was so clean! The host thought of everything! It was walking distance to restaurants and downtown yet very quiet and peaceful! We will be back! Book your stay now! You won’t regret it!

We loved our stay! Booked the ranch for a weekend trip as an organization rewarding our top members. The house was beautiful, the game room was awesome, loved the hot tub, had a great time fishing and spent a lot of time at the pool. Andy, the ranch manager, was very welcoming, helpful, and hospitable! Would definitely recommend.

This was a place where several generations stayed. There was something for everyone and the house, although beautiful, was also livable! There were items for children to use (air hockey, games/toys, pickleball, fire pit and lots of land! We loved it!!

I have stayed at the Flophouze many times, in the containers, but this was my first time at the bigger house and it was great! We were originally staying at a different airbnb (not one of Matt’s) but discovered a mouse problem at midnight on the first night. We were so thankful to find this listing and that we were able to book an immediate check in. As soon as we walked in, we breathed a huge sigh of relief. Nigel came by the next day to introduce himself and he was very kind. We will definitely not make the mistake of booking any airbnb other than Matt’s next time we visit.

I do not know why it has taken me so long to review Hostie in Round Top! They were AMAZING! Perfect little modern farmhouse charm and they saved our weekend trip! We originally had planned to stay in a family house in La Grange for a nice, relaxing girls' weekend, but after we arrived, we found out that the pipes had burst during the freeze and could not be replaced quickly. We were scrambling to find a new location, and luckily, found this perfect little spot in Round Top. I messaged the host and within minutes they had confirmed our stay, and we were able to check-in ASAP. I am so grateful that they responded to us so quickly and got us right in! If that wasn't the best part, once we arrived we found out that all our food spots and shopping were within walking distance. This is a prime location if you are trying to enjoy all of what Round Top has to offer. 100% recommend. The house was cute, clean, plenty of linnens, and plenty of room in the fridge for all the wine we bought!

I have to go to Bastrop at least once a year for my daughter‘s dance competitions. Olga was a fabulous host with an immaculate home. The house had everything we could possibly need. It was clean and so comfortable. The location was wonderful, and the neighbors were great! We will definitely be staying here again! The host is very responsive and very generous. She even left snacks and drinks for us.

This home was beautiful with an amazing view above the tree tops looking down over the river. Great balcony space and windows to enjoy the view. We had a girls weekend, but it would be perfect for a romantic getaway as well. Host very proactive in providing directions, check in and check out info.

We had a wonderful stay here in Brenham! We will definitely book again if available. It is very close to the downtown square and a short drive to Round Top. House matches the listing and the beds were very comfy!

A wonderful place to stay and relax! Very comfortable beds with quality linens, nicely outfitted and tastefully decorated. 10/10 recommend! We enjoyed coffee on the back deck every morning!

Lisa is so kind and helpful. She would go out of her way to help me—I came here for a competition and had a lot of items delivered to the location and she coordinated receiving these even though she does not live in Bastrop. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in the area. Thank you Lisa!

Vickie’s place is STUNNING!! the photos truly don’t do the place justice, from bright interiors and beautiful linens, we adored everything about it! everything was clean and went smoothly, wouldn’t hesitate to book again!! my toddler had so much fun on the porch swing :)

Jaime was an excellent host! The property was exactly as described and very clean. I even left clothes hanging in the closet and she mailed them to me. Would definitely recommend this stay to anyone!
