We absolutely loved our stay at Vacasa Steamboat. The home is STUNNING - spacious, clean and very well decorated. We really enjoyed time on the patio and in the hot tub - both with incredible views. The home is very close to the gondola and everything is walkable from the house. I would highly recommend this place and we cannot wait to come back next ski season.

We loved this house. The Steamboat Lodging staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, very helpful and timely.

Terrific Amenities, Shuttle Service was awesome….always available, prompt with limited waiting. Initially expected we would miss ski in/ski out but shuttle made it equally convenient. Location is close to everything. Specific property has issues regulating temperature, on main floor especially. At times too hot and other times too cold. Quick responsiveness by property management coupled with learning what inside doors to keep open and which doors to close solved issue. Will definitely consider again.

We had a wonderful month at Chris' place! Not only is the house in a great location (close to downtown as well as an off-leash dog trail), it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Chris was very attentive and responsive to our needs / questions. We couldn't recommend a better host or stay—thank you, Chris!

We absolutely LOVED staying at Reet's beautiful home. From the huge property with endless opportunities to explore for our three little kids and the Yampa running right through it, to the amazingly collected and comfortable inside of the home, this was the perfect place to stay for our family getaway. Reet is an awesome host and was so kind and welcoming and helpful for our whole stay. We could have stayed for a month! And we'll definitely be back for our next Steamboat trip.

Start to finish Ivars was an excellent host. House location was perfect for town and easy drive to ski. Beautiful views. Everything was clean and thought out. Many little details made it extra unique. Beds were warm and soft. We traveled with our 3 kids for Christmas and they had a blast. Plenty of space for all of us. We enjoyed puzzles and games and all the amazing art on display. 10/10 recommend.

We had a great family ski trip in steamboat thanks to this wonderful house and host. The house was perfect for our family to be spread out and have personal space but also come together. We love the style of the house which matched the pictures perfectly. the location was great too. best of all was the view of steamboat Mountain from the living room view.

Jason and his team were fantastic and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend his place to everyone. Jason's place was spacious, clean and well appointed. We enjoyed our very short walk to the gondola and many of the restaurants at steamboat village. We would absolutely love to stay here again. Thank you One Black Hawk!

My stay at Emily’s place was wonderful. The cabin is cozy and in a beautiful location. It was so nice to be in a small remote town and have access to cross country skiing and snow showing just down the street. Emily was very responsive whenever there was a question and I really hope to stay again!

Great location - a half mile from restaurants and bars, and a shorter walk to the ski slope than when parking at the Upper Knoll lot!! Hot tub is just a few steps away, and the views from the dining room and deck are amazing. Perfect place to stay for your ski trip.

Staying at Audra’s place was really lovely for a night in between steamboat days. Not too far from the resort without paying too much was really nice. Audra was communicative and we knew what to do to get there get in and get out. Lovely cosy place that fits way more people than you’d think. Great kitchen, great bathrooms, furniture was clean. Smelled clean as well.

Beautiful home in a beautiful area, the house was super cozy and very clean. Me and my friends stayed here for skiing and it was a really convenient distance from the parking lot to the lifts! Would absolutely recommend!

Our family celebrated Thanksgiving. The location was perfect. The staff were terrific. Make this a top choice for your extended family get together. We will be back.

The place was great! Comfortably fit 10 guests and was well equipped with everything you could need for a weekend away and cooking lots of meals at home. The WiFi needed to have the router restarted to work but that’s no big deal. The only thing I would mention for others staying here to access steamboat resort for skiing, you will need to drive there or park your car in the commuter lot. The closest transportation to the resort is an “on call” shuttle stop is about a 20 minute walk away from the house so lugging gear before and after a day of skiing isn’t ideal. Not a problem for us because we had 2 big cars. Would stay again with a big group!

Amazing location to all things in Old Town Steamboat. Had a great week walking out the front door to shops & restaurants, along the river, and across to Howelsen for tubing and the ice rink. We easily drove down the street to ski but there is a bus stop a block away right across from the hot springs! Parked my van in the off-street parking around back, but mind the overhead clearance if you have an especially tall vehicle. I think we had 2 spots and the other spots were for the adjacent rental (same host) accessed from the alley. 3 upstairs rooms: 2 nice king bed rooms and another room with 2 twins. Great for visit with kids or another couple. Nice bathroom upstairs but tub is a better tub than a shower. Lower level stall shower is not for people of any type of dimensional exceptionalism. Kitchen is up to date, clean and spacious. Host was responsive across the stay, but I didn’t have much to ask besides hello, goodbye, and thanks! Great spot!

We came up from Denver for a girls’ weekend, & this home was perfect! Cozy yet modern, it felt warm & inviting without being outdated. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the towels soft, & everything spotless & well-organized. We spent our days exploring downtown’s boutiques, cafés, & bars, then took the shuttle to Strawberry Hot Springs for a relaxing soak. The convenience of the shuttle made it effortless to unwind & enjoy the experience. But the best part was unwinding in the hot tub at the house, catching up as snow fell—pure magic, like a scene from a Christmas movie. The neighborhood was stunning, with twinkling lights & fresh snow creating a winter wonderland. Sarah was a fantastic host, checking in & providing a helpful digital guidebook. Thoughtful touches—shoveled walkways, a serviced hot tub, & trash taken care of—made our stay seamless & stress-free. We left feeling refreshed & can’t wait to return for the holidays with family. This home truly made our trip special!
