The place was fantastic. Very spacious, clean and the bed is so comfy. You get plenty of room for you things. The building has thick walls so you cannot hear the neighbours at all. There is also a cat : ). We thoroughly enjoyed the stay and Marija replies promptly to the requests. Highly recommend and if we are ever in the area we will stay again!

This is the best Airbnb that we have stayed in and we can highly recommend staying here. The house and the outside area were very clean, modern and well equipped with a lot of attention to detail with many thoughtful touches. Patricija and Elvis were great hosts and always responded quickly if we contacted them. Luna was a delight too! Altogether a wonderful stay.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit bei Elvin und Ivana! Die Unterkunft war großartig, besonders die Möglichkeit, unser E-Auto direkt an der Wallbox zu laden, war sehr praktisch. Elvin und Ivana haben uns herzlich empfangen und standen uns während des gesamten Aufenthalts immer zur Seite. Die Lage der Unterkunft war perfekt, und dank der vielen tollen Tipps der Gastgeber konnten wir die Gegend optimal erkunden. Auch der Garten war ein Highlight: eine gemütliche Sitzecke zum Entspannen und ein Trampolin, auf dem unsere Kinder viel Spaß hatten. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!

Unser Aufenthalt im Apartment Niko war einfach perfekt – es war wirklich die beste Airbnb-Erfahrung, die wir je hatten! Zorica und ihre Familie haben uns so herzlich empfangen, dass wir uns sofort wie zu Hause fühlten. Sie war immer erreichbar, äußerst freundlich und hatte fantastische Tipps für die besten Restaurants und Aktivitäten in der Umgebung. Das Apartment selbst ist modern, neu und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Besonders die große Sonnenterrasse hat uns begeistert – wir haben jeden Morgen dort gefrühstückt und die ruhige Umgebung genossen. Die Lage ist ideal, nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt, sodass wir fast täglich entspannt dort Zeit verbrachten. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt war die Liebe zum Detail in der Ausstattung: Von der Küche bis zum Badezimmer war alles hochwertig und durchdacht, was den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht hat. Zorica hat uns sogar gelegentlich mit köstlichen, selbstgemachten Leckereien überrascht, was eine wunderschöne persönliche Note

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Natalijas Wohnung. Der Garten ist wunderschön und sehr gepflegt, mit Palmen und vielen anderen Pflanzen, außerdem hat man Ausblick auf ein kleines Stück vom Meer. Natalija hat uns herzlich willkommen geheißen und uns alles gezeigt. Während unseres fast 3-wöchigen Aufenthalts hat sie uns Tipps gegeben und uns eine Flasche leckeren Wein geschenkt. Sie war immer ansprechbar und wir sind ihr und ihrer Familie sehr dankbar für die Gastfreundschaft! Mein Mann und ich haben abwechselnd gearbeitet, was in der Wohnung sehr gut funktioniert hat. Die Kinder hatten in der Wohnung und draußen viel Platz zum spielen und wir konnten fast jeden Morgen auf der Terrasse frühstücken. Auch an Regentagen war es in der Wohnung zu fünft sehr gut auszuhalten. Insgesamt empfehlen wir diese Unterkunft sehr! Der Strand ist zu Fuß mit Kindern ca. eine halbe Stunde entfernt. Wir sind öfter auf die Halbinsel Verdura oder auf die wunderschöne Insel Kamenjak gefahren.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Ivo und Sonja. Die Wohnung war blitzsauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Bei Fragen etc. war Ivo immer sofort erreichbar. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns, dass sehr auf die Mülltrennung geachtet wird, das finden wir gerade im Hinblick auf den Umweltschutz super und haben wir sonst bei keiner Unterkunft in Kroatien erlebt. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können die Unterkunft von ivo nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Wir sind im Herbst 8 Tage in der „La Finca“ untergekommen. Das Haus ist durchweg extrem sauber und gepflegt (ein großes Kompliment an die Haushälterin!). Wie auf den Bildern zu sehen sind die Möbelstücke und die allgemeine Einrichtung rustikal und etwas älter, die Sauberkeit hat uns aber sehr überzeugt. Der Pool draußen war auf 28 Grad beheizt, sodass wir trotz geringer Außentemperatur jeden Tag und auch abends schwimmen gehen konnten. Die Sauna ist top. Der Whirlpool ist ebenfalls ein nice to have, für den Preis auch in Ordnung. Leider haben wir schnell gemerkt, dass er sehr empfindlich ist. Obwohl wir uns gründlich vor Benutzung geduscht haben ist der Filter immer wieder verstopft, sodass die Haushälterin kommen musste um alles zu reinigen und neu zu befüllen. Hier würde es sicherlich Sinn machen in einen hochwertigeren Whirlpool zu investieren. Trotz allem hat Ivan bei jeder Frage oder Unklarheit sehr schnell und freundlich geantwortet. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

Wir wurden von Tamaras Familie sehr herzlich und freundlich empfangen. Die gesamte Unterkunft war wunderschön eingerichtet und äußerst gepflegt und sauber! Vor allem die ruhige Gegend hat uns sehr gefallen. Man ist auch innerhalb kürzester Zeit zu Fuß in der Innenstadt. Vielen Dank liebe Tamara für die schöne Zeit!

Was für eine unglaublich schöne Villa! Bei weitem der beste Airbnb-Aufenthalt aller Zeiten. Es ist einfach wie zu Hause zu sein, ein schönes Haus in der Tat! Spektakuläre und funktionale Küche, Glas überall für einen herrlichen Blick auf den Pool und über die nahe gelegenen Hügel, vier super komfortable Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad, alle extrem sauber, alles einfach perfekt. Der beheizte Pool im späten Oktober ist ein Juwel. Am wichtigsten ist, Emma und Felix sind extrem freundlich, nett, flexibel und reagieren auf alle Kommunikation rechtzeitig. Mehr kann man sich nicht wünschen.

Ho trascorso il Capodanno con i miei amici nell’alloggio di Stefan e siamo rimasti molto colpiti per la bellezza della casa, nuova, pulita, funzionale, dotata di ogni comfort. Le camere ciascuna con il proprio bagno offrono la massima privacy ad ogni ospite mentre il salone open permette di godersi i momenti insieme agli altri ospiti nel relax e nella comodità più totale. Stefan è un host fantastico, sempre disponibile che ci ha messo nelle condizioni ottimali per sentirci a casa. Grazie!

The location is super quiet, perfect for a relaxing holiday. A 10 minute drive to the supermarket and 15 minutes from Pula downtown with the old town and lots of restaurants. We were welcomed by the two owners with a smile and they provided us with great tips for the area. 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a third toilet, kitchen with everything you need. Outside plenty of relaxing spaces in the garden and around the pool. Kids playground with a swing and a trampoline. There is also a great terrace on the first floor, with sunny until late in the evening! We were only here with two people, but this house fits 6 without any problem! Recommended!

The villa is amazing! Ultra modern architecture, clean, amazing amenities and beautiful location. The service however has to be worked on. You can see that the owner is not involved and in general lacks a bit of hospitality experience. A five star establishment with a three star service. Why? One toilet paper per toilet, only 2 washing machine capsules given, no extra garbage bags, no garbage bags in toilets. We paid 500 eur for cleaning but were told we need to clean after us (of course you would do that, and take out the trash - that is expected and normal) and leave everything as found, including taking off all bed linen, towels and putting them downstairs for cleaning. The garbage bins were left outside 100 m from the house and we were told to put them back in ourselves. The gardener appeared one day out of the blue and entered the property without ringing or knocking the door or without previously informing us that they are coming.

Wir waren als Hobby-Fußballteam dort. René hat uns nett empfangen und wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist schön, die Lage ruhig und die Ausstattung top. Der Kunstrasenplatz war perfekt zum Kicken, im Pool und Jacuzzi haben wir gut regeneriert. Der Essbereich mit Küche draußen war ideal für uns zum Grillen, Chillen und Tratschen. René war cool und unkompliziert - wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche in Umag. Das Apartment ist sehr sauber, hell, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht. Der Blick auf das Meer beim Frühstück ist wirklich unbezahlbar… Unsere kleine Tochter hat sich auch sehr wohl gefühlt und so hatten wir eine großartige Woche. Vielen Dank an Boris, der immer erreichbar war und überaus freundlich und entgegenkommend. Der flexible und einfache Check in war für uns ein Segen, weil wir erst spät nachts angekommen sind. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

The apartment is nicely furnished and was clean when we arrived. We had the unit on the first floor and loved that there is three balconys: one outside the main livingroom/kitchen and two more reachable through a bedroom each. The view of the coastline is unique and breath-taking - the sea only about 50 meters from where the house is situated. We didn't communicate about the number of rooms as we assumed that we rent the whole appartment and one room was locked. As we asked if they could open it, they said additional cleaning fees would apply so we opted against it. Friday and saturday night a beachbar a few hundred meters played loud music until late, not sure if it was a onetime thing or not. Within the week there was peace and quiet. The hosts where easy to communicate with and the flexible check-in was very handy. The private part of the beach has beautiful pine trees which provide amazing shaddow. We're thankful that we got to enjoy this nice space for our family holiday.

This apartment is absolutely fantastic! We loved the place and Tea and her parents have really thought of everything to make your stay as easy and enjoyable as possible. The apartment is VERY spacious and VERY clean. The decor is bright and modern, the bed super comfy and the kitchen well equipped. Tea is amazing with her communication too. It is a real gem and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again when we visit Croatia again. Thanks so much for a fabulous stay.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Die Zimmer, der Pool, etc. waren wie auf dem Foto und Beschreibung gezeigt. Es war immer jemand da bzw. erreichbar, wenn wir fragen hatten.

We loved our stay in Veljko’s fantastic apartment in the heart of Pula. It’s perfectly located for reaching the ferry port, the amphitheatre & plenty of other sites and shops, and we loved the gorgeous views from the terrace. The apartment was perfectly cleaned and a great space for hanging out. The air conditioning was a godsend in the late August heat. The bathroom had the best shower of our stay in Croatia. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and eating at home. If anything we found the photos don’t quite do the apartment justice, it’s actually better than the photos suggest! Veljko was a great host, quick to respond to any questions, and very understanding when our children accidentally broke a lamp.
