What an amazing place! It’s as if you are stepping into the early 90’s, but on a lake, with a pool! We had a small gathering to play cards (we are nerds) and made a small fire by the lake, lit by the moon. The pool is phenomenal, I believe it is salt water ad there was no chlorine smell. The place is well appointed and modern and the bed we stayed in was very comfortable! The hostess is stellar and the place is easy to find and park. The outside area was unbelievable, this is the perfect getaway!

Laurie’s home holds so many memories for our family . We had a fabulous trip . Laurie’s home has all the comforts of home . We will stay there as often as we can .

The cottage is a beautiful escape into an quieter and simpler way of life. Well equipped. Easy commute to the transportation museum, downtown shops and restaurants and wineries. Our second stay, and the whole family had another truly remarkable experience. Will be back 💕

I recently stayed at Nicole & Kevin’s place and had an amazing experience. The scenery was incredible. The owners were very friendly and welcoming. The accommodations were comfortable and clean, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful getaway with great hospitality.

Overall the house was fantastic, very clean space with a lot of it! We had a fantastic time and enjoyed being in and around the house. The outside was lovely and beautiful scenery. The rooms were comfortable and provided a lot of space. The only issues we had is that it is run by a company so you basically have a different contact each time you message which can be confusing and resulted in different information being relayed (check in code, late checkin/checkout, etc). My other complaint is there is a cleaning fee included, however there seemed to be a good bit that had to be cleaned (beds stripped and washers started, all trash fully taken out, etc). Nothing crazy, but more than a typically Airbnb that includes a cleaning fee.

Great little place, felt like we were right at home. Very clean, had all the necessities we needed. I highly recommend this place. Susan was GREAT. Great response time and very friendly to talk to.

Beautiful renovated older home on a quiet street. We needed somewhere to stay and be our "home base" during our son's wedding at a venue in Salisbury, and this fit our needs perfectly. The 3rd bedroom "bed" is a pullout and is quite small. That was probably listed in the description. But as long as you aren't planning for an adult or two to sleep in that room, you'll be fine. The other 2 bedrooms are spacious, mattresses are comfortable. Even though we weren't there much, we enjoyed the time we had in the house

This is our second time staying at this property. House is very clean and nice neighborhood. James gives you his cell number if you have any issues during your stay he is very response on answering you. We had a great stay!

Michelle’s place was extremely clean in a very nice & quiet area. Michelle was very attentive when it came to communication, and she was completely understanding of me and my guest current situation which is highly appreciated. This was a great stay, and i will definitely be returning. ❤️

Really enjoyed Lawanda home, she had everything thing you need in this place. very comfortable beds. we would like to book for next year!

Great host! Was very responsive and the place was in great conditions, I would recommend this if you ever go down to visit, i know James will have the right place for you !!!, overall was a great experience and would most definitely book with him if I ever go back to kannapolis!!!

University Mill House was the perfect place for my daughter and I to stay while in Kannapolis. The home is lovely, tastefully decorated, spotless clean, and filled with any house amenity you might need. The area has lots of walking trails. There are lots of shops, restaurants, bars, and even a museum and a ball park within minutes of the home. We couldn't have been happier.

Nikita's home was perfect! The house was a great size for what we needed, close to the event we were in town for, extremely clean. Would absolutely rent Nikita's home again! Thank you for everything

Man, what a fantastic few days!! My 16 year old son and I always take a few days to go somewhere and unwind. This time we chose this location and I am so glad we did. We got there late at night, but by the morning, every care, worry or stress was we had was gone. It is so peaceful & relaxing, it was the perfect spot. Communication with the host’s was equally as good. Anytime I had a question, they responded quickly & politely. Would definitely stay again, thank you for a great few days.

A beautiful historial home awaits with an excellent floor plan wonderful relaxing porch with a swing included. Fun to be had by all with a pool table , games and room to relax . An absolutely stunning dinning room with a fully stocked kitchen for romantic meals or food delivery. Just blocks from downtown restaurants, shops and the NC Transportation Museum which everyone should tour. This home is a winner for you and your family and we will return next year!!!

Shane’s place has become our go-to getaway, and every stay has been as enjoyable as the last. The lake, just steps away, offers such a peaceful setting, and we love spending our mornings and evenings on the back deck with coffee or drinks by the gas fireplace. The wood fire pit is perfect for making s’mores and adds to the cozy atmosphere. We also love exploring the local wineries and enjoying Lexington BBQ. The home is perfectly equipped for a relaxing retreat, and Shane has always been an attentive and welcoming host. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!
