Our family had a wonderful stay at Fred's place. It was very clean and super nice. We would recommend to stay at his place if your in the Dallas area.

Great location the lake and communal areas are very close by as well as shops and restaurants. You can park right outside the apartment easily and there is a parking garage as well . I would definitely suggest to the host to buy a curtain pole as on our arrival the curtains were pinned to the wall which I have never seen before .

Good location..cute spot. There was no kitchen supplies , helps to have on short trips . No iron available . Decor was nice

This place delivered exactly what was promised and then some. We normally stay at hotels because we don't need the extra amenities provided by AirBnB. However this trip we needed a bit more than usual, and we lucked out with this place. It fits up to five guests which was the size of our group, it's in a great location in Irving, walkable, lots of restaurants nearby, and it feels private and safe, especially for those traveling with family. We had a late check-in and the host was still available and responded quickly to questions. The checkout was just as great as they don't have 100 things for you to do like other listings which makes you feel like the cleaning fees are actually worth it. all in all great experience and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking in the area.

I think for the price it was a very good value. I LOVED getting tickets to the Botanical Garden with my stay. I also loved the free cup of coffee... they had pretty good food as well. I visited with my mother and 9 year old daughter. We felt safe in the gated community (the property is set up like an apartment/hotel), but we would not feel comfortable walking around outside the gated community at night. Our neighbors were pretty quiet during our stay. The home was clean, and the community pool was clean as well. It was in the high 80's while we were in Dallas. We turned the air to 75 and it stayed at 81 the 3 days we stayed. That said there were fans in both rooms, so we were still able to sleep ok. The toilet stopped flushing the last night we were there. I let Jean know of our concern about the toilet and she said maintenance would be there to check it out.

From the minute we arrived, Nicole was a dream to communicate with. Always helpful and so kind. Check-in was easy with loads of pictures to help us navigate on where to park and how to get into the property. Her apartment was so clean and comfortable. We stayed for over 3 weeks so we really appreciated the fully stocked kitchen with everything we needed for every type of cooking. The pool and workout facility were amazing but we loved the stunning views of Lake Carolyn from the living area and bedroom. The beautiful walking areas around the lake, areas to sit and picnic or even get some food/drinks, was just the best. We'll be returning to the area again in the future and definitely hope to stay there again!

The place was amazing, so affordable, and all the amenities were as described. It’s a lovely place, with a very cozy and accommodating feel to it. The price is extremely fair for how beautiful a location it is, and even better the host really helps you to enjoy your stay with as little “chores” to do as possible. Their insistence that chores aren’t for vacation are well appreciated! They were courteous and responsive, and very accommodating with any requests we had. They also left plenty of towels, toiletries, plates, napkins and more. Enough for my full group of 12 to not need to request restocks. It was a 10/10 experience and I look forward to staying again if I’m ever in the area

This place was wonderful and better than expected! My family enjoyed the place especially the kids! The girls loved the double bed and the decor! The bathroom in the hall was amazing, loved the shower. The space was great! Hidden treasure!

Minh’s place is open, airy, spacious, and full of light. The views of the lake are beautiful. The area is very quiet even with nearby construction. The kitchen is extremely well stocked and ready for cooking full family meals. The access to the highway is super easy and it is a great location for activities in Mesquite, Garland, Plano, and downtown Dallas. Bring your fishing pole, I saw lots of fish jumping in the lake. I drove my 2500 HD crew cab/short bed truck. It does fit on the right side of the garage if you pull your hitch with room to walk up the right side and access the door to the house. It is tight, but there is also plenty of well lit street parking just a couple hundred feet away. It is a great location to unwind in, very relaxing!

This House was more than expected. Very clean and spacious. We were extremely comfortable in this home. The location was perfect for our travel needs. And the view!!!! Beautiful waterfront location. We could not have asked for better accomodations. We will definitely use this home again. Kudos to the owners. Great experience.

We had a great experience. It was clean, well stocked, the owner was responsive, and the home was modern. The back porch was extremely peaceful and easy access to the water was a plus. It was too windy to kayak this time, but the fish did bite quickly. We will definitely stay again

To say this was a wonderful experience would be an understatement. Lizette was very accommodating, allowing my partner and I to stay at her home after requesting a same day booking for our anniversary. She was very flexible with the check in and check out process. She also surprised us with a bottle of Prosecco as a gift for our anniversary. The pictures absolutely do NO justice on how beautiful her home is. She put so much thought and detail into her home and making sure people are comfortable during their stay. We were allowed access to anything in her fridge and pantry. We also had access to a golf cart although we unfortunately didn’t access it this time around. I honestly could name 100 reasons why I loved this stay, but I will definitely be coming back. 10/10 worth the stay.

Very nice condo in a safe neighborhood - oh, and the view - !!! I don’t have anything but good to say about my whole experience. I would rebook, so I think that says it all!
