Fara and Mercy’s place has become our home away from home whenever we’re in Roxas City. We like the area, the accommodation is great and is good value. Both of them go out of their way to make sure everything is good. We’ll definitely go back.

My partner and I had a great stay at this Airbnb. The place was spotless, well-maintained, and exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness. Everything was fresh, organized, and comfortable, making us feel right at home. A special mention to Sir Ron, who was incredibly friendly and accommodating. From the moment we arrived, he made sure we had everything we needed and was always ready to assist with any questions. Overall, a great experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean and homey vibe stay. I’d definitely book again!

The place is very immaculate and very peaceful, the host Wyn is very accomodating and very approachable. its very clean and a good place to stay in. They can adjust to whatever request you have. I can give it as a 8/10. The only thing I can say is there is no visitors allowed in the house which is I think needs to be considered, in some instances that you just want to relax and stay at home while your family/relatives can also visit you in the area,or there should be a visitors area other than everything is ok.

Quiet place in the heart of Roxas City

Very friendly and responsive host. Property was good enough for our requirement, and price was alright. Relatively easy to navigate once you become familiar with the vicinity. There are nearby establishments also like supermarkets, restaurants. Malls are also generally one trike ride away.

I had an excellent stay! The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable making it easy to stay connected. The air conditioning was impressively cold providing a very comfortable sleep. The property offers a lovely view and is conveniently located near the bus terminal, making it accessible. The room’s proximity to the pool area was a bonus and I enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere. The host was friendly, responsive and always just a message away for any questions or assistance. This will probably be my go-to place when I’m in 5800. Highly recommended!

I would describe my stay at Janelle’s home as WELL ABOVE EXPECTATIONS. First, I was very pleased (and positively surprised) with location. It is only 10 minutes by walk to the main city plaza, provincial capitol, cathedral, and, yet, the house has a feel of being tucked away and in a very quiet neighborhood. Second, I am very grateful for the overall amenities offered in the house. My bedroom had a fairly strong, but not noisy A/C system (which is rare in the Philippines). The living room combined with kitchen was spacious, nicely decorated, and had absolutely everything what a traveler may need. And, as a “cherry on top of a cake,” there was a nice balcony overlooking backyard and garden. But third - and by far most importantly - I enjoyed genuine hospitality offered by Janelle and her co-host Sarah. It was my first visit to this part of the Philippines, and I needed assistance with travel arrangements, getting local transportation, etc. Everything was arranged by host nicely. THANKS!

I booked this place for my girlfriend the staff helped me plan her arrival everything was wonderful and friendly would give 6 stars I hope the staff remains accommodating and friendly.

Ms. Ivanne and her co-hosts were always responsive to our concerns. They were friendly and accommodating which made communication easy. The unit itself is peaceful, private, and accessible. There's a convenience store just a short walk away from the place. The design is modern and everything was spotless. I'm pretty sure the place is new. The towels and bedsheets smelled good, the room smelled nice, and there was ample lighting. Would definitely stay here again the next time I go to Roxas City 😁🫶
