We had a lovely time staying in this beautiful , very well-equipped and well-designed house. it was perfect for the 6 of us and one little dog. We very much appreciated the kind touches of a decorated Christmas tree, a full log basket for the woodburner, and gifts of wine and chocolates. The local village pub was friendly and served us a lovely NYE meal, too - top marks all round.

This was my second time staying at one of Sylvias properties and just like the first it was great!. Clear instructions and a beautiful space, clean and peaceful. I'm in no doubt there will be a 3rd trip. Thank you for having us again.

Our weekend at Mount Pleasant Barns was nothing short of magical! Nestled in the heart of the countryside, this beautiful retreat offered the perfect mix of relaxation and luxury. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning surroundings, rolling fields, and the peaceful atmosphere. One of the highlights was seeing the adorable baby lambs in the nearby fields and made the stay even more special! After being out all day exploring the surrounding areas (there are so many places to visit) and enjoying the fresh air, we couldn’t have asked for a better way to unwind than soaking in the hot tub under the stars. It was pure bliss! The barn itself was beautifully designed, combining rustic charm with modern comforts. Every detail had been thoughtfully considered, and the hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful. It’s a slice of heaven and we can’t wait for our next visit in December.

Had an amazing valentines stay here with my partner. Clare was the perfect host and the barn was the perfect property for our stay. Very quaint, peaceful and secluded. With lovely views over the farmland and a short drive from some beautiful towns

Fantastic stay at the Hayloft cottage. The beautiful private surroundings just outside of Stratford upon Avon town was perfect and kept immaculate. Wendy made us feel right at home and the place was snug and cosy for the 4 of us. Complimentary treats for valentines went down a treat and we loved the pool and hot tub experience which was all pristine and well organised. Thank you so much Wendy, already planning our next trip! stayed her for the weekend with my partner an 3 kids as we was on a little weekend trip to drayton mano .the property was immaculate an the host went above an beyond with loads of little touches for us. all 5 of us loved our weekend an we made use of the excellent hottub facilities. the beds are top quality for a good night's sleep .

We had a wonderful week, great for the family. Perfect location to get around the Cotswolds and the hot tub was a real hit with my kids. Thank you again, we will be back!

Truly a beautiful cottage in the heart of a beautiful town. Amanda's cottage really is a gem within walking distance of Sudley Castle, bakeries, amazing restaurants. Nice and clean, great shower, really comfy bed and some lovely welcome treats included. Winchcombe is a great location, lots of free on street parking a two minute walk down the road. Highly recommend 5 North Street restaurant, the most incredible 5 course taster menu. Great location in the heart of Winchcombe but also only a short 10 min drive or so to nearby towns like Bourton on the water etc. Highly recommend staying here, we had a perfect weekend.

Had a great time in a beautiful location in a serene part of the Cotswolds. Perfect little cottage for a cosy few nights. The fireplace is a great touch too!

We had a wonderful stay at this charming cottage in the Cotswolds! The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions, and the garden was absolutely beautiful—such a peaceful spot. Lighting the fire was definitely a highlight, adding a cozy touch to our stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to relax and enjoy the serene surroundings!

We stayed at Church Steps for a week with another couple of friends, and truly felt like we were at home. Cosy and comfortable, with a magical garden and location, we couldn’t have asked for a better base to explore the beautiful surrounding countryside. We enjoyed the Sunday service at the Church, and became a part of the village when we shared refreshments with the local parishioners after the service. But the most amazing part of our stay, was the responsiveness of our host Victoria and her family, to an unavoidable situation that occurred during our stay. They could not have been more responsive, helpful or generous, and it says so much about how dedicated they are as hosts. We highly recommend making the trip to Ebrington. You won’t be disappointed.

This was booked a few weeks before we stayed and suited us to the ground. Bicester Village was the perfect place close by to get to Oxford by train. Easy to get to Blenheim Palace for their opening Christmas Weekend and Festival of illuminations. The Property had everything you could wish for, air Fryer, Washer, Dryer, Dishwasher, Fridge etc Christmas really did start early for as we were leaving with over an inch of snow on the Green and then 2 hours driving home in a Blizzard.

Fantastic location, great information on locally places and walks supplied. Great amenities and even provided a small gift and card after I’d mentioned the occasion for staying was my partners birthday. 2 nigjts almost wasn’t enough, would recommend anyone to stay longer and take it all in!

It was a lovely stay at a beautiful cottage. The cottage was everything we hoped for a little two day get away. We spent time on local walking footpaths and getting to know the local pubs. Our recommendations are; The Falcon, Ye Olde Reine Deer Inn and The Blinking Owl over the road. The owners of the Blinking Owl were lovely hosts, really traditional English pub and great food from Sylvia! We spent our New Years Eve there and it was a lovely evening. Couldnt have asked for a better stay. Mary was super helpful and responsive on the run up to the stay. We hope to visit again soon.

Karen was lovely, gave us so much information and communication was great. The cottage was cosy and clean and having the enclosed courtyard was great for us dog owners, you can tell she really thought about the details. Won’t hesitate to book again when we visit family in the area!

This is a fantastic place to stay. The cottage has a homely feel and is decorated to a really high standard. The space is very well utilised and has everything you need. Communication with our host was excellent. Lovely touches like leaving bits in the kitchen for us really added to the stay. Great location - 5 minutes from the Castle. Highly recommend.

I had a lovely stay at Orchard Cottage. The location is delightful, surrounded by nature and beautiful views of the Cotswolds and with many different walks within easy access. I was looking for somewhere private and cosy in beautiful surroundings and that is exactly what I got. The cottage is cosy and well equipped with a rural interior feel. The host was very responsive and the check in, check out process worked well. Thank you for a lovely stay. I will definitely come back!

Beautiful cottage, exactly as described. So peaceful and private. Very comfortable bed and the bath was fantastic! Lovely touch with welcome flowers and prosecco. We had a great weekend. Highly recommend the Halfway in Kineton and a great walk to The Hollow bottom as we were blessed with sunshine! Thank you for a great stay.

Just returned for a very relaxing week over New Year with my grown up family , partners and my Grandaughter and two Tibetan terriers . We had such a lovely time . The Cottage was just as explained , very clean and such a beautiful peaceful spot . Caron was very quick and helpful to respond to any queries. Perfect if you want a quiet location which was near to lots of beautiful villages . Would definitely recommend.

We very much enjoyed staying at Charmaine's place. The location could not be better. It's within just hundreds of feet of wonderful restaurants, pubs, antique stores, and coffee shops. It's also within walking distance (a mile and a half) of the arboretum and the Cotswold Falconry Centre. It's a very beautiful and peaceful area. The place is super-cozy and quiet.
