Glyn’s house was just as the listing said. It was very comfortable and perfect for our family with 4 children. Even with 4 little ones it was within easy walking distance to both train station and bus stops. Glyn was friendly and helpful and gave some great suggestions on things our children would enjoy doing in London. I’d stay here again.

In the end I did not stay at the house but my colleges did and have asked me to leave the review on their behalf - the house was lovely, Rachel was extremely helpful (I can vouch for that having done the booking !), good communication all round. It was a great location as we were working at Pride weekend and we hope we will be able to stay here again next year along with 2 other weekends too ! Many thanks 👍🏽

Magda is simply the best Air BNB host in the world. I have used Air BNB for years but she is the best. I had a couple of minor hiccups on this stay and she 1) helped out at 11pm on a Saturday night; and 2) let me in straight away after I had locked myself out (doh!). No better host out there. She should be running The Ritz !

Excellent property. Owners were really nice. Can’t wait to go again when the pool is open. Went to a local pub called Coach & horses, excellent food there. We took our dog and owners kindly asked if we kept her on the lead when in garden of property as they have sheep but there’s a massive field with a woodland walk out back so was fine to let off the lead then. Barn is exactly as described. There’s some good little board games there and our kids got a bit obsessed with cluedo. Was expecting to be chilly as it’s a barn but the underfloor heating makes it really warm and cosy. Will definitely come back.

Perfect house - we were a group of 8 old friends reuniting with a weekend away and it couldn’t have been a better place. Clean spacious house, super comfortable beds and great kitchen area with lovely garden for BBQs and ping pong table was great. Walking distance to the beach and Rye just a bit further. Will be back!!

This is such a fantastic house for a big group! There's plenty of communal space. Both the house and garden are gorgeous. The rooms are lovely - with brilliant views of the sea. And Jane is so helpful and communicative. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Lovely presented house in the heart of a quiet picturesque village. Excellent food and service in the local just a short walk away. Would stay again if in the area.

This was a perfect place for a weekend get away. The flat is much more spacious than the pictures suggest and was clean and well equipped. Thandi was friendly and helpful throughout and we had a wonderful time. We'd love to come back again.

Ubytování moc příjemné, v okolí spoustu obchodů, veřejná doprava hned před ubytováním. Hostitel milý, vstřícný, komunikoval do pár minut v případě nějakého problému. Ubytování vřele doporučuji!

Alan’s room is good and tight, and next to O2, it’s a good place for visiting Greenwich.

We came for a weekend family trip which included my 3 year old. The property was a 5-10 minute walk from Colliers Wood tube and access to the property easy. The home itself was amazing! Well equipped and fab for a small child who loved sleeping in the bunk beds and reading all the books there. Colliers Wood is on the Northern line and is well served to other parts of the city. We used the Tesco metro which is really near by and enroute from the tube back to the property to stock up on a few bits. There was a Sainsbury's and M and S near by too which we used for our dinner the second night after a busy day sightseeing. The home was just so lovely to relax in after a long day. Peter was super responsive and helpful after I messaged to say it was slightly chilly and this was literally because the weather had only just gone so cold. Peter sorted the boiler for us and provided blankets just in case we were chilly. Great property and great host. Would love to go back!

These guys came to my rescue, as I’d managed to lock myself out of our house in Worthing. It was quite late in the day, but they were understanding and professional. The front entrance is deceptive, as once you get through the small entrance. There’s a whole lotta flat. The garden was my favourite space, cool with fairy lights around the fence. Looked great!

I have stayed there before since it's close to my daughter's house. It's a great place to stay, comfortable, easily accessible, high street is 3 blocks away. Eryn is a great host!

We had a wonderful stay, I can't think of anything negative at all. The host was so accommodating and quick to respond. Beautiful property which was spotlessly clean and in a great location with a car park located on the street which is was very reasonable. Lots of restraunts and shops close by and a short walk from the sea. We will definitely return, thank you.

We had a great time at Artyk's cozy and comfy apartment. The bus station is right in front of the gate! Communication was fantastic, and I felt very safe as a tourist. I highly recommend!

Jaclyn’s place is spotless clean and neat, beautiful as same as photos and descriptions. I like the high ceiling and brightness of the house very much. Jaclyn is a great host, thank you so much for everything! Dinner in Tutto, the Italian restaurant she recommend, was fantastic.

We had a lovely few days at Marks flat for the Brighton Marathon. Lovely quiet road and great location. Flat was immaculate and Mark was there to welcome us and settle us in. Very comfortable and homely.

Die Wohnung liegt mitten in London, in einer wunderschönen und ruhigen Straße. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, und obwohl der Weg in den 4. Stock etwas herausfordernd ist, lohnt sich der Aufstieg absolut! Die Wohnung entspricht genau den Bildern – alles ist blitzsauber und bestens ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts, und die hochwertige Einrichtung sorgt für ein echtes Wohlfühlambiente. Besonders angenehm: Im Badezimmer gibt es sogar Rituals-Produkte. Beatrix hat auf unsere Fragen immer sehr schnell und lösungsorientiert reagiert. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Diese Unterkunft ist eine 10/10 – wir kommen gerne wieder und können sie uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Wow, das Penthouse in Embassy Court ist wirklich klasse - Modernistische Architektur direkt am Strand mit toller Aussicht auf Strand, Meer, Pier und Stadt. Es ist sicher DER Ort in Brighton, an dem sich Geschichte, Form, Funktion und Lage perfekt treffen. Und Stephen und James sind super Gastgeber, wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Das lag nicht nur an der Lage, sondern auch der hervorragenden Kommunikation. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche - Danke!

What a lovely place to stay in London! I was so fortunate to find this beautiful place available. The residence was fantastic in every way - close to the tube, nice neighborhood, and everything we needed for our stay. You would be wise to stay here.

We had a lovely stay at Katie’s apartment. Check-in and out was easy and the apartment was a beautiful base for us during our stay. It was great to wake up to the sea and within minutes of kemptown’s many cafes, restaurants and bars.
